E ai galera! Não achei na plataforma a informação de quantidade de contas de instagram que podem ser vinculas a cada formato de plano, e também não achei quantidade de automações que cada conta pode gerar no plano free e pago. Alguem sabe essa informação?

Este numero que é o profissional e tem WA BUsiness não se deve de usar com o Manychat, porque apaga a conta. Mas a minha pergunta e duvida é se tenho de eliminar o meu numero da página do FB, para que não haja dois numeros?Quando entro no Manychat entro com o facebook, ao configuar o WA ele pergunta se quero utilizar o meu numero ou usar numero novo. Recientemente he estado tratando de crear una automatización con Make que mande un ChatBot de Manychat a los clientes potenciales que rellenen un formulario de un anuncio de clientes potenciales en Facebook.  El problema es que en la plataforma me aparece que se ha mandado la automatización al nuevo lead pero, cuando voy a la plataforma de Manychat, no me aparece ninguna conversación iniciada, y, cuando voy a los subscriptores que se agregaron mediante la API de Manychat en Make, no me permite mandarles la automatización.Mi pregunta es ¿cuál puede ser el error por el cual no se manda la automatización en automático?.

I am trying to get a single user’s information to be collected in a single row. I’ve tried both Insert Row and Update Row, and all of my Fields are named appropriately (I believe). Can anyone show me a simple walkthrough? I’m new to using ManyChat, and I likely need to have my hand held through this. Additionally, any idea why the “Worker Experience” column will never show any input data? Perhaps this is a symptom of the same issue affecting this creation of a new row for each user input; but again, I am not sure. Thank you in advance! Isaac

Once they submit the form, I want to send them the guide via email and initiate a WhatsApp message sequence in ManyChat.I'm using Zapier to connect Wix Forms → Formatter (to split name) → ManyChat (Create Subscriber). However, I'm getting the following error in Zapier:"Failed to create a subscriber in ManyChat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this feature."I have already submitted a ticket to support, but has anyone encountered this issue before? Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with list buttons not displaying custom user field values correctly. Here’s the problem:I successfully assign a value to a custom user field using the API. When I print the field inside a text message, it displays correctly.However, in list buttons, it only shows the field ID (e.g., {{cuf_12345678}} instead of the actual value) in WhatsApp.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround to make list buttons properly recognize the user field values?Thanks in advance!

I’m using ManyChat to automate a follow up when someone clicks one of my Instagram ads.This is working fine.However, I want it to send them a second chaser message ONLY if they don't respond to the initial message: if they do respond, they should not receive a second chaser message, as I will be taking the conversation myself.Is this possible? This surely must be a common use case but  I can’t find anything about it anywhere. 

It happens to me that my Instagram followers receive the message in duplicate and it is very disturbing, is there a way to deactivate the automation once it has been sent so that they do not receive it in duplicate

I started using my WABA account last friday (March 7th), When finalizing the tests, the account was suspended. All I got in response was “This account doesn't meet our policy guidelines.” despite having all the verifications required by them, the ManyChat credit line was shared successfully and we sent two messages to our company’s employees using approved templates. I can’t find a way to actually talk to Meta Support, their emails are automatic responses, their documentation only redirects me to other documentation which hasn’t been helpful at all. I can’t even get a detailed report on the reasons for the ban. I’m running out of options. I thought about getting a new number, I’ll always run the risk of getting banned without a clear reason and no way to dispute the decision. I’m posting this to see if anyone has been through that and which actions did you take? Were you able to come up with a backup plan for when that happens? Thanks in advance!
