Hello Wizards! I need your help...please.I need to change the name of my account in Manychat. it's the same FB business page with a new name. Currently my business icon shows up correctly, however the name associated with the icon is the previous name of my business page and I need both to be the same.Please help.Thanks in advance.Skip

Ao conectar uma conta do WhatsApp Business, o assistente finaliza com sucesso, porém ao voltar para o Manychat para carregar, ele retorna o seguinte erro na tela: “Esse número de telefone já está vinculado a uma conta do Manychat. Para usá-lo com outra conta, primeiro desconecte o número da conta atual”E um Toast vermelho: “Account already has WhatsApp channel”Já consegui fazer um envio de teste usando o ManyChat, porém não consigo usar a tela de conversas, pois o sistema pede para vincular à conta do WhatsApp.

Does this mean the second message and third etc in a sequence can be promotional?

Looking for some assistance….  I am extremely frustrated with Manychat right now.  I just joined and everything is a dog’s breakfast.  I cannot find anything and it’s all changed and I cannot get answers, everything sends me back to the Growth tools which as everyone knows does not exist!! Where can I find out how to get a FB Messenger Ref URL.  This should not be this difficult.  Patrick  

Hello, i’m trying to send an automatic message everytime i receive a DM on my IG profile but it seems there’s no option such this.I can only select the trigger “send message” and then select a keyword that activate the trigger…?? How is possible? Thank you.

How does ManyChat work when collecting emails? We would love to set up a funnel where “you put your best email” and our freebee will be sent straight to their email. Instead of sending them a link to sign up to our Freebee, they will automatically be opted in. Is this possible? Can this work with our platform Groove CM?

From what I understand, both deleting and unsubcribing a contact have a similar effect: once done, they’re no longer an active contact and you don’t have to pay for their presence in your base. However, when you delete a contact you lose them permanently, while when you unscribe them you still have their infos, but you can no longer send them messages.Which of the two options do you use the most? Which one usually works best for your strategy? Or are differences too irrelevant?Thanks.

Looking to trigger a bot based off a user voting in a poll, unfortunately manychat doesnt have this yet so I am employing someone to message everyone who votes in the poll. I want my chatbot to begin messaging the user after the user responds to the message my employee sends. What is the best way for me to do this?Do I setup a trigger for a specific word and make the user reply quoting a certain word or is there a better way that I haven’t thought of.

I understand you can only add one link in the automated dms. I always have multiple links I need to send. I tried to put them in the text reply and they are not clickable, forcing my followers to have to copy and paste, which is not ideal. How do I connect multiple links that are clickable?

But these reels were published before January 1. But these reels have automation - we send useful materials. So we are breaking the rules if the reel is published before January 1, but a person leaves a comment now? And in the future, we should not say the phrase "subscribe" in reels at all? Gostaria de alterar o numero ‘’virgem’’ que registrei na API do WhatsApp para usar no ManyChat. Ja deu tudo certo e até criei um bom fluxo de mensagens automáticas para as atividades que temos por aqui, mas agora gostaria de trocar o novo numero para o antigo que ja usavamos antes na conta padrão do whatsapp (que era conectada no celular da empresa). Acontece que o motivo para a troca do antigo numero, são os mais de 15 mil contatos nele, e preciso saber se é possível recuperar esses contatos antes de desconectar a conta dele do Whatsapp e assim eu poder fazer a troca para o Manychat. Tem alguma forma de transferir os contatos do numero antigo para a a nova conta que fiz pro manychat e depois eu desconecto o antigo do whatsapp para fazer a troca dos números ? Assim os nossos contatos poderiam iniciar uma nova conversa pelo numero que eles ja tinham registrado nos seus dispositivos mas agora com as automações do Manychat.
