Hello everyone,I’m using code with manychat api to send messages to WhatsApp users who have replied within 24 hours. Although I’m receiving a response of {'status': 'success'}, the users are not actually receiving the messages.On the other hand, if I use the same method with a subscriber_id corresponding to a Facebook user, the messages are sent successfully.Could anyone help me figure out what might be going wrong? Saludos chicos, me podria ayudar, soy nueva, llevo dos meses cancelando el servicio, pero estoy realizando la cancelacion de pro, pero el cobro me dice 15$ pero cuando lo intento cancelar me llega un correo con que le pago son 32$ la verdad no comprendo, porque tengo actualmente menos de 500 personas, 462 y no se como el eliminar esto que me aparece, no se si ustedes me podrian ayudar, se los agradeceria  muchisimo, por la informacion,  le envio la imagen, para ver si entienden y me pueden ayudar. pero cuando intento pagar me envian esto al correo electronico.  

Caros colegas, Gostaria de saber se é possível adicionar automaticamente uma tag com o nome do atendente a um caso assim que ele for atribuído. Seria ótimo se o sistema pudesse identificar o atendente atual e adicionar a tag sem a necessidade de uma automação manual. 

Crie uma condição que verifique o horário atual e o dia da semana:- Se for sábado ou domingo → mensagem "Voltamos na segunda-feira".- Se for entre 18h e 23h59 → mensagem "Boa noite, nossa equipe já encerrou".- Caso contrário → mensagem padrão de atendimento.Tem como ser feito isso?

Oi, eu gostaria de saber se é possível criar uma automação onde, assim que um atendente assume uma conversa que estava como “não-atribuída”, seja enviada automaticamente uma mensagem de apresentação, por exemplo: “Olá, eu sou a Bruna e serei responsável pelo seu atendimento”.  Gostaria que o campo com o nome fosse preenchido de forma dinâmica, usando o nome do atendente atual que assumiu a conversa.  Isso é possível configurar no WhatsApp e também nas outras automações, como Messenger, Instagram e TikTok?

I have set up a new automation that I want to link to my welcome message. I have set it up per all the instructions but it is not working. The automation works as the default replay but that means I can’t have a conversation with potential clients as it triggers every time they type something!I had an old automation that was linked to the welcome message - could this be the issue? Can I unpublish it without deleting it?

The message was set up as a marketing message, but I feel like it didn’t go through—normally I get responses, and today I didn’t see any. I was running a WhatsApp broadcast and, due to an incorrect calculation, I ended up sending it to more people than my balance could cover. As a result, the broadcast stopped. When I top up my wallet, will the broadcasts resume automatically? If so, how can I stop that from happening?

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I’ve been trying to find the answer on Google with no luck.I’m trying to set up a very simple funnel where a contact receives an initial message containing an open-ended question (without a button or Quick Reply — the goal is to start an organic dialogue). I’d like to send a follow-up message 24 hours later to those who didn’t respond to the first message. From what I understand, I need to use tags and conditions to do this. I created a tag for “responds to message” and then set a condition that will send the follow-up message if the tag isn’t “responds to message.” What I can’t figure out is if this tag will be applied to a contact automatically if they respond to a message, or if I’ll have to tag them manually?I’ve found articles that indicate tags can be applied automatically using the “Actions” feature, but when setting up the tag itself, I can’t figure out how to tell the system what act

 My account was only set up for insta but my ad also shows up on FB and when people comment on FB Manychat won't work. I think may be FB uses Messenger not DM? How do I get it to work on both FB and Insta? Thank you so much in advance!

Hello ManyChat Team,I need clarification regarding how the active contacts are counted for billing purposes in my account.My Case:In the first month, around 400 people messaged me.After 3 days, I received 700 more messages from new contacts.So, total in one month = 1100 contacts.My Questions:1. Will my billing plan count all 1100 contacts in the same month (and require me to upgrade from $15 to $25 plan)?2. Or will the system only consider the active contacts of the last 30 days, meaning that when the new billing cycle starts, the old inactive contacts will not be counted again?3. In short:If I cross 500 contacts in the middle of the month, will I be immediately upgraded to the next plan?Or is the count reset after each billing cycle (so that inactive contacts are not carried forward)?Purpose:I want to understand if contacts are accumulated forever (total 1100+) or if they are recalculated monthly based only on active users. This will help me plan whether I need to move from $15 → $25

Hey everyone! 👋I’m currently building an Instagram automation that collects user info (name and WhatsApp number) and stores it in a Google Sheet.So my goal is : Automatically send users a WhatsApp message right after they submit their info. Is there a way to link this Instagram automation directly to WhatsApp within ManyChat? Or do I need an external tool or integration to achieve this? Thanks in advance for your help. 

I need my marketing manager to be able to use manychat, however I don’t want to give them my personal google login. Is there a way to either sign in by just an email and password or allow them to access another way? They are admins on the pro facebook page, but I think that would then create their own account, which would defeat the purpose of allowing me to see what they are doing.

Hi everyone! I just pushed my first Manychat flow live 🙌  and am testing it in IG’s preview mode. The first part of it is working great, but I’m running into issues with the 23-hour SmartDelay. Here is a screenshot of one “branch” of my flow. If the contact clicks my scheduling link, I tag them and send a message 20 seconds later -- that SmartDelay is working. But if they don’t respond, I want to send them a message 23 hours later. That message doesn’t seem to be sending. In another part of the flow, I have something similar, except I ask for their email. In that case, I have the SmartDelay + follow-up message as a next step for everyone, whether they provide an email or not.In testing, I’m not receiving any of the messages delayed by 23 hours. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks so much!
