Hi all—hoping someone here has tackled something similar or can steer me in the right direction. I’m trying to build an automated reposting and messaging agent for my wife’s affiliate videos using Make, Manychat, and a few AI tools.Here’s the setup: My wife creates ~5 TikTok videos per day, each promoting one product from the beauty/health space. Olá pessoal,Minha página já trocou de nome algumas vezes e esteve conectada no ManyChat com outro nome. Depois da mudança do meu negócio e do @ da página do FB/IG eu conectei ela aqui e criei uma automação de boas vindas. Porém, depois de uns dias o maychat começou a mandar - aparentemente - uma frase de boas vindas em nome da página antiga! O problema é que não tem nenhuma automação na minha página conectada e não consigo excluir essa mensagem. O manychat fica mandando sempre 2 mensagens: 1 da página antiga e 1 da página nova (a que é a que tá valendo)! Como excluir essa mensagem ou fazer que ela não seja enviada??? Veja: só tenho uma página conectada! Só tenho essa automação ligada: O mesmo para o IG: Vejam que não tenho mais nenhuma automação aqui: A mensagem 1 é a atual e a que está valendo. Eu faço fluxo e configuro para ativar com um comentário em um post do Instagram. Não tenho palavras chaves cadastradas, digo que qualquer palavra ativará o gatilho. Preciso de ajuda. =(

 Hey everyone! 👋🏼I’m building a flow where I need to make sure the bot was the last one to send a message and that the user hasn’t replied since.Here’s what I’m trying to do: I add a Smart Delay of 30 seconds after sending a message. After that, I want to check if the last user interaction happened more than 30 seconds ago (to confirm they didn’t reply and that it’s safe to continue). Ideally, I would use a condition like: 👉 “Last Interaction on Instagram more than 30 seconds ago” 🚫 The problem: In the condition settings, I can only compare using minutes — the smallest option is 1 minute. So I can’t check for interactions in the 30-second range.🧠 Has anyone found a workaround for this? Any creative way to check interaction time with more granularity? Can this be done with a custom field + API or HTTP request? Or is this a hard platform limitation that requires redesigning the logic? Would really appreciate any ideas or experiences — thank you in advance! 🙌🏼

Hola a todos Alguien sabe cuál es la mejor forma de configurar los anuncios de Meta (Facebook e Instagram) que dan click a WhatsApp?Ya vi los vídeos donde se explica esto y tengo dudas de cuál debo implementar ya que encontré 3 formas de hacerlo:Configurando los anuncios con estrategia de tráfico y usando el link wa.me/…. + texto con mensaje predeterminado. Configurando los anuncios con mensaje directo a WhatsApp con texto predeterminado o keywords. Configurar los anuncios con mensaje directo a WhatsApp + FAQ’s de opciones para el cliente en WhatsApp. En estos momentos tenemos corriendo varios anuncios que llevan a nuestros clientes al WhatsApp para cerrar ventas, y queremos migrar esas campañas a ManyChat para tener todos nuestros leads integrados en una sola plataforma, gestionar mejor nuestras campañas automatizando los procesos y reduciendo los tiempos de respuesta. Gracias de antemano! 

Hello!I’m experiencing an issue that it seems many other users are experiencing.As can be seen in the screenshot below, I’m trying to select a Scheduled Post on Facebook for an automation. However, the only 2 posts that appear are 2 posts from 6 years ago.When I try to enter the ID of a scheduled post, I get the error “Post Not Found On Facebook” as can be seen in the bottom left of the second screenshot.Is there any solution to this or an ETA on if/when this might be resolved?I have already reset my permissions, so it’s not related to that.Any help is much appreciated!Thanks a million :)AJ  

Hey everyone!Currently run FB/IG accounts for a video game title.On FB we have a Freebie URL with each post that followers can click to be taken in-game to receive free currency. We send this link out via Story posts on IG as URLs and IG Feed copy are not a good mix.I’m planning on testing an automation where if a user comments on specific FB or IG feed posts, we DM them with a Freebie link.I’ve tested this flow and it works quite well.I do have some questions about how flow affects contact limits, especially as this would be something we would use on an ongoing basis.Does a user count as a contact when they are sent the DM or only if they reply to the DM? Do they count as a contact if they don’t reply but simply click the Freebie button in the DM? If a follower is already a contact but then we do a similar automation with a new Freebie code will they count towards my contact limit or will they just be able to interact as usual?I am very new to this so am a little unsure how my idea wo

Hello everyone,I am a newbie in Many chat. Currently I am planning to run the Health Checkup Promotion Campaign on Facebook so that I want the Facebook users to choose Female or Male option. And I want to save this information to my Google Sheet. So which option do I need to choose? Now I choose Multiple Choice but there is only question Please choose your gender only and not showing the Female and Male. How could I solve this problem? I understand that having Facebook contacts is helpful because I can broadcast to those who have opted in. However, can I just delete the contacts from instagram or those who haven't opted in for broadcasts? I dont see their purpose as I cannot contact them and dont care about their tagged data

The lists being showed in ManyChat do not update to showcase all of my lists within Klaviyo. This has been happening for a few weeks now, does anyone have a solution to this?

I have now added a new admin to my ManyChat account to create and edit automation flows. However, this new admin cannot view or manipulate any flows in the Automation section, while the three old admins (including me) can still access and edit normally.I checked the role and the new admin is also assigned "Admin" like the previous admins. I don't know why the rights are limited like that. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or know how to fix it?Thank you everyone in advance!

That webhook sends the message to n8n. n8n uses a RAG system to generate a smart reply and sends it back to the user via Manychat. So far, so good — but here’s my challenge:Sometimes our team replies directly to users through the Instagram app (not through Manychat’s Live Chat). When that happens, I want the automation to pause for a set period (e.g., 2 hours) so the bot doesn’t interfere with the human conversation.I thought of using the “Pause automations during conversations” feature under Live Chat settings, but it seems it only works if the reply is sent from within Manychat’s Live Chat — which is not our case.Has anyone found a workaround for this?Is there any way for Manychat to detect when a message is sent by a human agent outside the platform (e.g., from the Instagram mobile app) and p
