Fala pessoal, alguém pode me ajudar com a personalização da minha visualização de contas (a imagem dos avatares).Eu gerencio várias contas no Manychat, como pode ser visto na imagem. Atualmente, a maioria delas exibe um ícone de avatar genérico, o que torna a identificação rápida de cada conta bastante difícil e confusa no dia a dia.Eu entendo que a imagem da conta deveria ser sincronizada automaticamente a partir da Página do Facebook ou do Perfil do Instagram associado. No entanto, mesmo com as contas devidamente conectadas, as imagens de perfil das minhas páginas não estão sendo puxadas para o painel do Manychat. Apenas uma das minhas contas exibe o ícone correto do Facebook.Gostaria de saber se existe alguma maneira de forçar essa sincronização ou de definir manualmente uma imagem/avatar para cada uma das contas na minha lista. Isso melhoraria muito a minha eficiência ao navegar entre os diferentes bots.Agradeço quem puder responder.  

Hello!I have the following case:I set up a block that collects data from WhatsApp, I place invalid responses, and I test it. First, it responds correctly with the response configured for invalid responses. Then, when the maximum number of attempts is reached, the flow skips without showing the "skip" button. It simply continues as if the user had responded correctly.Do you have any idea what could be happening? Could it be a mistake on my part, or is this part not working properly? 

Hi everyone, i am new to Manychat and i am trying to set up tracking so that whatever we set in facebook ads will pass through to the messenger and then to our landers. More specifically, if we have utm_campaign = {{campaign.name}} and ID=123456 set in the ads manager, how do we make sure these persist all the way to our landers?Thank you so much for your help in advance.

I'm new to ManyChat and I'd really like it if you could help me please. My question is focused on the following: I'm a lawyer who wants the AI to automatically respond to messages to filter clients' basic questions. However, I also have an assistant, and the idea is for her to be able to use ManyChat. I'm going to pay for the Pro + AI. Should I also pay for her as a user, or is she already on my team because she's in my account? Thanks.

I have set up a ChatGPT Action for my Whataspp ManyChat workflow, but it is not able to maintain a natural conversation because it does not retain the context of the previous messages. Is there a workaround to handle this scenario?

Is there a way to filter on live chat only responces from clients instead of showing my response because one will get confused with this. This will help in seeing who is serious and who to follow up on.

However, I want to use the auto DM feature on here but it says I need a business page. Is there any workaround or any solution that you guys have that can be done for this? Then my Account automatically sends a public reply “Check DMs” on his comment. After that, my Account sends the User who commented, a message “Thanks, here is the link!” (Including a “Open Website”-Button who leads to a landing page.Now I want to send an additional message, after the first “Comment-Trigger” Message was send, with a Delay. Unfortunately it won’t let me add next Steps as the “Send Message”-Box is set to “Send as comment reply”.I saw that there is an option to add next steps when the User clicks the link on the first message, but I want to send the second message either way. So I want to create this automation:User comments Trigger-Keyword “ABC” on a specific Reel → I publicly reply “Check DMs” → User gets a message from me “Thanks, here is the link”, including a “Open Website”-Button leading to a landing page → e

Tengo un flujo conectado con n8n el cual genera las respuestas con exito, solo que manychat activa una pausa “inteligente” que NO existe en el flujo y no se envian las respuestas creadas por n8n.Quiero saber como eliminar esta pausa “inteligente” y que los mensajes que envia n8n se envien con normalidad al usuario. 

ive created a column in google sheets with a calculation from other manychat fields, but when a new row of data is inserted, obviously the calculated cell is empty. how to make a calculation and return the value to a manychat whatsapp message? 

On my reels, I ask they comment  word so I can send them a freebie.  I do this with multiple freebies. How can I upload the product on Manychat so they get that pdf file link once they commented. I know they ask for a website link.But my PDFs are not on a website, they are just a file in my google drive. But sharing that google drive link doesn’t seem to work, as I have to give them permission to access it. Is there a way to upload a file or do I have to use another platform for this matter?If so what could be the platform I could use to put my digital product freebies and link them to my manychat DM automation? Thanks 

Hey everyone – I’ve been using the AI Step on ManyChat and while it’s helpful, I’ve noticed it keeps sending these robotic, cringey messages like:“Have you ever sent me the message ‘READY’?” – which sounds super unnatural.I want to use AI Steps to detect vague messages like “ready” or “is this real” and route people to the correct automation or process. But right now, the replies it sends are weird and off-brand, and I can’t find any option to turn off the auto-response or customize what it says.I’ve looked through the settings and even tried editing the AI step logic, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to: Disable those auto-generated replies Send people into a flow without that weird AI chat popping up Just treat the AI step like a filter/trigger, not a “talker” Anyone know a fix? Is there a workaround, or is this just how the AI Step works right now? Paying $29/month, so really hoping there’s a way to make it cleaner. Appreciate any help.

Hey, I have created a 10 step flow with buttons and text/number inputs. I want to pull the responses into a file (csv, xls, etc). How to do that? Also, if a uk postcode is entered, can a check be made that it is valid? Finally, i want to process all the response data in order to calculate a quotation: can that be done ‘on the fly’ or could the responses be dynamically stored in a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet include a calculated quotation column that is returned to the user in real time?? Thanks 

Hola a todos, espero me puedan ayudar con mi petición, actualmente tengo un flujo muy funcional para una Taquería en donde el usuario puede ver los paquetes y seleccionar para un evento cuántas personas serán para recibir por imagen una cotización respectivamente, sin embargo cuando un usuario hace una pregunta fuera del flujo que no tiene contemplada quiero que Step AI lo conteste correctamente pero sin que se pierda el hilo de la conversación y el flujo actual.Así tengo ahorita el flujo

I have a manychat automation setup for the keyword “LIST” along with a few other keywords. But when ever someone replies to one of my instagram stories, it will trigger the automation for my “LIST” even if the instagram story reply doesn’t have the keyword “LIST” in it.  This issue also happens if I tell my instagram story viewers to comment another keyword like “MEAL PREP” manychat will still send the “LIST” automated message. Not sure how to fix this issue. I even deleted my automations and reset them up and the issue is still happening. I also, refreshed my instagram permissions inside manychat but this did not fix the issue neither. Manychat sending wrong automation to my instagram story replies. How do you fix this issue? Help
