hi there,  Im wondering about using many chat to push people to a trivia page with Quiz Questions to warm up potential attendees to quiz events.  It would look like this -  Ad is running for a Harry Potter quiz evening event. The ad is pushing people to the ticket purchasing page. Within the Ad is a prompt for people to comment something like ‘comment POTTER10 and we will send you 10 free questions that will be asked on the night to prepare you’ the viewer would then comment POTTER10 and a message would then be sent to their inbox with a link to the page with the 10 questions and answers.  Am I able to do this? I want to the AD to go to the ticket purchase page. I DONT want the ad to be solely for the purpose of sending them the link to the questions.  Is this possible? Thanks in advance! Andrew

Hi,  we are trying to sale different products on our Instagram Lives based on keywords in our live chat. The issue is only one automation is firing, but after, say they want to view a different product the next automation won’t trigger even though it’s set to a different keyword. In settings, I see there is a “Pause automations during conversations” but no way to turn off or lower the “30min” timer. Is this option limiting the automation from triggering, or are we not setting up this process correctly? 

if i want a log of all the whatsapp messages sent today or yesterday or oany date rangeis there a way to do that ?maybe there us addon ?

Hi.I have an issue with an integration from ManyChat to Kit. Here is the ManyChat automation: cf. screenshots.The part happening in the ManyChat DMs is working, but then my test contact (email) isn't being added to the Kit form and my Kit integration doesn't start.Meanwhile, when I opt-in directly via the Kit form, the automation starts and runs normally.So the issue seems to be in the connection between Manychat and Kit.Any advice?

Hey everyone! Excited to get started with manychat!  I need to sign into my outlook email in order to access my work account, but I don’t have that option or at least I can’t find it anywhere. Do I need to create a new gmail and then switch the email on my IG account to the gmail. or is there a way to get my outlook email into manychat so that I don’t have to go through the headache of creating something new and completely switching it out?Thank you! 

Hi everyone – I’m building an AI-powered Instagram DM assistant in ManyChat (Pro plan) for a coffee shop, and I need help bypassing the built-in “Default Reply” greeting so that the very first customer message goes directly into my ChatGPT action. Here’s what I’ve set up and where I’m stuck:  1) What I’ve Built  Automation type: Instagram Default Reply (Automations → Basic → Default Reply) Trigger: User sends a Direct Message Canvas flow:   Default Reply (pink card that says “Hey, how can I help you?”) AI Step (ChatGPT integration with my full FAQ-style context & system prompt) Send Message ({{response}})  This consistently returns perfect context-driven answers… but only after the user sees the greeting and has to re-ask their question.  2) The Problem  First DM: User writes “What milk do you offer?” → Bot replies “Hey, how can I help you?” Second DM: User must repeat “What milk do you offer?” → Bot finally returns “We have Whole, Oat, Almond, Soy, Coconut…”  I

I recently launched a load of new automations for a client - and they have absolutely flown, which is amazing!BUT - this has left them with the issue of having so many messages in Live Chat that they are struggling to sort the DMs from automation from the ones that are manually sent.They need to be able to quickly respond to people who manually send them a question - but these are being lost among the sheer amount of automated conversations.How can we filter Conversations where the last interaction was a manual activity, NOT an automated one?

I need some help with a sudden issue.I’ve always been able to upload PDF files (and other file types) to my WhatsApp automations on ManyChat but today, I’m getting this error message:“File type not allowed. You can upload: aac, mpeg, mp3, ogg, mp4, 3gpp, gif.”I’ve already tried switching browsers, computers, and even internet networks, but the problem persists.It seems like something changed from yesterday to today. Has anyone else experienced this?Could it be a temporary bug or a recent update?

We're attempting to use a Custom User Field (e.g. User_Question) in a webhook body using the + Add a Field feature within the "Edit Request" screen. However, when the variable is inserted, it does not auto-wrap with double quotes or curly braces ({{ }}), which causes the JSON to become invalid. Even when manually adding the correct format ("{{User_Question}}"), the system either strips the quotes/brackets or continues showing Invalid JSON. We've followed all official instructions, but the variable remains unrecognized and the request fails to trigger the webhook correctly.Help as the manychat Helpdesk are asleep at the wheel

Hi all, I’d like to build an AI assistant chatbot using ChatGPT that can save the messengers inputs to certain custom fields. I tried the AI Step and was pretty underwhelmed by it. I saw the documentation for connecting ChatGPT, but from reading through the forums, it looks like the Assistants API can work with some workaround. If anyone is able to share some guidance, I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Hello guys! For some reason my flows on Instagram (specifically for posts) are being triggered only once. If you’ve already triggered it using the keyword and you try do that again, it won’t work. It didn’t use to be like this and I’m not sure what changed.Anyone got any light to shine on this? Thank you!

Hey, I’ve got an automation set up like this: User comments on Instagram post Message sent to user User clicks button + receives new message with link User clicks link After link click, + 5 minute wait – then, a message is sentThe problem I’m running into is if the user goes back to click the link again, the message after the 5 minute wait is triggered again. I just had a user receive the samme message 8 times… How do I make this message run only once?

I’ve encountered a situation where I have three different IG Automations set up. When a user triggers more than one Automation at once, only the first Automation is activated. Even if they continue to leave other Automation keywords in the comments afterward, those do not get triggered. I’m not sure what is causing this issue.

Cuál es la opción en el caso del AI STEP? sería utilizando una condicion para verificar si el campo tiene algun valor o hay otra forma más práctica de hacerlo?
