Is there any way to delete or edit a wrongly sent message in WhatsApp Live Chat?

Hi, I’m building a service booking automation for a local Ford dealership on Whatsapp.As part of the booking process, the dealership requires users to upload a picture of their vehicle registration disk which contains useful identifying information about their vehicle (VIN Number, Registration Number etc). Allowing uers to upload this images saves them typing out numerous numbers and minimises the possibility for mistyping etc.I’ve added a flow in the automation where users are able to upload an image from their mobile device, and this works 100% (from the user’s side) BUT I can’t find any trace of these images once the user completes the flow and the conversation is closed.I can’t find a way to save the image as a user field, in fact, there’s no sign of the uploaded image anywhere. Any ideas 🤷🏻 Thanks,Wayne  

Hi ManyChat Community,I'm facing a strange issue with the /fb/sending/sendContent API endpoint for my Instagram account, and I'm hoping someone here might have some insight.The Goal: I have an n8n workflow that, once a user completes a process, sends them 3 images via Instagram DM.The Problem: My n8n workflow calls the sendContent endpoint. The API call is successful every time and returns a 200 OK with the body {"status":"success"}. However, the images are never delivered to the user in their Instagram DM. The message just silently fails after being accepted by the API.Here is a summary of my debugging so far: The API Call is Correct: The request is sent via POST and receives a status: success response from ManyChat, so the connection, authentication, and request format seem to be correct. The Instagram Channel is Active: My Instagram channel is active in Settings → Channels. The conversational part of my bot works perfectly; it can receive messages from users and reply instantly. T

Hi everyone, I’m struggling with a segmentation issue and wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this.Here’s the situation: I have a campaign where the user comments on an Instagram video, receives an automated DM, and in that DM I send them the WhatsApp link (our official campaign number) so they can register and receive information about a launch. The problem: this same WhatsApp number is also used for other parallel campaigns. I need each user to get different content depending on the campaign they came from. I can’t use another phone number, and I also don’t want to add an extra step asking “What’s your interest: X or Y?” In ManyChat, WhatsApp link-based segmentation only works if the user sends exactly the pre-filled keyword. But many users delete the pre-filled message and type something else, which breaks the automation. Also, I can’t identify that the user coming from Instagram is the same one who entered through WhatsApp, since ManyChat treats them as differe

Hi,I am trying to figure out how to send voice messages or basically sound of any type, that will then appear as voice note in the chat. I dont want to send it as a separate file because that then ruins everything. In the documentation they say that it needs to be hosted somewhere, but i can’t figure it out?

how can I build a Telegram bot using ManyChat and Make.com :When a user clicks Start, the bot checks if they are subscribed to a specific Telegram channel.If they are subscribed → they can continue using the bot.If they are not subscribed → the bot sends them a message with the channel link and only allows access after they subscribe.

Hiya guys. I would like to set up an automation when someone clicks the emoji stick in my stories. But when I go to set it up in Manychat, if I say “click on a specific story” it only shows my first instagram story, not the following ones afterwards (which is where my stick is, on the 4th story, not the first). Is there a way to change this, or is the only option to do it on the first story? TIA

Hey! TLDR: If I actively keep my Contact list under 500, will that keep me at the $15 Pro Tier?Have been testing and now using ManyChat’s automation in a way that is perhaps a little different from the traditional “Comment “X” and I’ll send you my Ebook” approach. I run social media for a video game where we use deeplinks in pretty much all of our posts to drive DAU to our game from our social channels. I’ve been using ManyChat’s automation features to drive engagement by asking user to comment “X” and our official account replies directly to their comment with a deep link. I run these for 3 days and then turn off the automation. We were doing it on a small scale at first so didn’t need to worry about contact limits at the time. Eventually switched to PRO and had no issues the first month at all. Month 2, we did a few campaigns and I guess this took me over the tier limit and ended up paying $30 as opposed to $15 the month before. Not a big deal tbh but after watching the video here, I

Hi I want to ask you I am collecting emails from people, I used to set different tags on different leadmagnets, but now I have an issue with the condition that will check if people gave me their email once.  What I wan to do is that I have 6 tags created and I want to add all the contacts from these tags to one core tag, that would be “GAVE EMAIL” then I can setup condition for email checking easily.  Can someone give me advice how to do it ?  Thank you.

En este momento tengo una nueva lista creada pero me gustaría usar mi lista principal para que no tenga que traspasar contactos todo el rato. ¿Hay manera de identificar los contactos que entran por Manychat en Klaviyo? Hay alguna propiedad que se recoja?I am using Manychat to collect emails in Klaviyo. I am using the feature called “Action for Klaviyo” and I have one question: if i connect with my main list how do i know which contacts came via Manychat? I work for a big brand and I’m worried about people abusing the comments to DM automation and commenting the prompting word but sneaking in abuse/ rudeness/ comments that don’t align w our image.Is it the case that only comments that contain the prompt word and only that will receive a DM?

Quero implementar isso, só que as únicas matérias que encontro são quando já estou usando o WhatsApp Bussiness e vou incluir o Manychat. DÚVIDA:Como pegar meu número do Manychat e incluir no WhatsApp Bussiness?

OLD ACCOUNT MANYCHAT: I've reached my limit of on my free plan. Can't use contacts because of 24h rulesCan't add more than 1k, unless I pay a plan I don't need on this account... What if I delete contacts? Do I have other new 1k contacts "space" available? Thanks
