Hi everyone! I just pushed my first Manychat flow live 🙌  and am testing it in IG’s preview mode. The first part of it is working great, but I’m running into issues with the 23-hour SmartDelay. Here is a screenshot of one “branch” of my flow. If the contact clicks my scheduling link, I tag them and send a message 20 seconds later -- that SmartDelay is working. But if they don’t respond, I want to send them a message 23 hours later. That message doesn’t seem to be sending. In another part of the flow, I have something similar, except I ask for their email. In that case, I have the SmartDelay + follow-up message as a next step for everyone, whether they provide an email or not.In testing, I’m not receiving any of the messages delayed by 23 hours. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks so much!

Hi there hopefully some one help me for this… When I test it like inputting wrong info and it still going to message #1 but off course the custom field is empty because the last input text is not match in the data... which is supposed to be will go to my message 2 that the data is not much…Thanks in advance more power to you all...

Hola apenas pago el plan pro de manychat hasta el momento tengo instagram, pero al conectar el messenger de facebook se crea como otra cuenta y me vuelve a pedir datos de compra. ¿eso quiere decir que me van a cobrar un plan pro por cada red que yo añada al manychat?

I’m receiving messages from users in different countries 🌍. I’d like to set up my ManyChat flow so that when a user shares their phone number, the system can detect the country code (e.g. +971, +966, +249, etc.) and then send them a specific WhatsApp message depending on their country.👉 Is there a way to make ManyChat automatically recognize the country code in the phone number and trigger a different message for each country?Any tips, best practices, or examples would be really helpful 🙏

I dont see import emails on my end I’m not sure do I go inside the automations?

For some reason I am not able to use the {{First_Name}} in live chat. When I do this, it just sends as a blank. The System Field for the First Name in the profile I am trying to get this to work on has a value, but I’m not sure why it’s not working. Any help would be appreciated!

We have an automation that triggers from any comment on our post/reels to:Ask a question. The response tags the type of user (custom tag) After action to tag, the Follower Condition is checked. If Yes they follow us, it sends the download links. If no,  the “ask to follow link” is supposed to be sent. That “ask to follow link” lets users click to automatically follow our account then move on to the next step to deliver the download links.The follow-link is not being sent. Is this happening (or rather not happening) because we have to wait 24 hrs from the 1st user response (their comment on our post and response to the initial question?

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with ManyChat.I find it a bit disappointing that there’s no proper video tutorial for this, or an option to directly contact support (especially for the price – that really should be available).I’ve been searching for 4 days now for the right settings to create a follow-up, but I can’t find anything. And honestly, what’s explained here so far doesn’t really answer my question either.Example:Person X comments with the “keyword” → Then they receive a message and a link to click… and that’s where the problem starts. I want to set up a follow-up so that they automatically get another message one day later to “check in” with them.I know this might not sound like a big thing, but it’s frustrating that there’s nothing concrete out there. A tutorial video would help a lot.I really hope you can help me. If you need any additional info to give me a better answer, please just let me know.  

Is it possible to let the user choose several answers at once. For exampleWhat is your favorite team?1. Barcelona2. Madrid3. BayernFor example, the user wants to choose Barcelona and Madrid together. Can he choose this with 1 action so that the answer is saved in the fildes or as a tag?

Is this normal?Also, I would like to use ManyChat’s auto-reply feature, so that the bot can automatically reply to messages on WhatsApp. Does this require per-message charges? Bom dia, fiz o pagamento do plano PRO basic, coloquei valores na carteira e minha conta não mudou de FREE para PRO mesmo já debitado do meu cartão. Ainda tive um problema ao importar os 500 contatos permitidos no plano PRO que gerou uma cobrança de 75 reais, já coloquei o numero do cartão já aprovei no banco e a cobrança não sai da tela principal. I am needing to set up an automation that splits based on the action taken The goal is to deliver the link to a free resource upon clicking the initial link we send them1: When link is clicked, prize is automatically sent as a follow up 2: If the link not clicked....we want to send a follow-up message telling them they're missing out on a free gift and prompt them to click the link again. Then once they click the link they receive the gift as a follow upI tried setting up and testing a dummy version (the the text and links aren’t what will be used) but I can’t get it to work. hi! Could someone let me know what’s wrong with my automation? The ‘if link is clicked’ part works fine but not the ‘condition link isn’t clicked’ (obviously the time delays will be moved to 24h this is for the sake of testing 😊) Would really appreciate help thanks

Quisiera saber como hacen el cobro en Manichat. Es por el numero de interacciones que haga una automatización? o por el numero de seguidores que ya tienes en Instagram? Hicimos una automatización hace 3 meses la cual tuvo 24 interacciones, es decir 24 personas entraron a la automatización y resulta que me aparecen un contador que dice 3257/1000 😱 yo pause la automatizacion antes de llegar a las 500 para utilizar en otra publicacion y ahora nos tocaria pagar nuevamente.

Hola Tengo una duda! n0 se estan agregando los mail a la lista de correos por lo que no se esta activando el flujo de correos, el caso que nuestro mensaje pide el correo pero una persona me dijo que aparece la opcion de skip y que salta y no pide el correo. Edu
