Olá!Fiz minha integração com Instagram, aparece tanto no Meta quanto no Instagram que Manychat está ativo, mas no Manychat não aparece meu canal, trava em uma página que diz: convite enviado. O que pode estar acontecendo, por favor?

 Hi everyone,I’m looking for a bit of support inside ManyChat.I’ve already set up an automation where someone DMs me a specific keyword and it triggers my paid guide flow. That part works perfectly.What I now need help with is this:I want people to be able to comment the same keyword on my posts, reels, and reply to my stories — and have that send them into the exact same automation flow.I understand that comment triggers need to be set up separately and can’t live inside the same automation as the DM keyword trigger. I’m just unsure of the cleanest way to structure this so everything feeds into the same system without duplicating flows or breaking anything.It’s likely just one or two structural changes, but I’d prefer someone experienced to either consult or set it up properly for me.If you specialise in ManyChat systems or Instagram automation builds, please comment or DM me. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat and I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before.My Instagram was previously connected to a ManyChat workspace (codewith-imraan). Now the Instagram channel is no longer visible inside that ManyChat account, so I can’t manually remove or disconnect it.However, when I try to connect the same Instagram account to a new ManyChat account, it shows errors like: Already connected Request sent Instagram channel not active I have already removed ManyChat from Instagram → Apps & Websites settings.It looks like the Instagram account is still locked to the old workspace on the backend.Has anyone experienced this?How did you get it released or unlinked?I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to check if there’s anything else I can try in the meantime.

Hola amigos.No puedo ver los mensajes automaticos desde whatsaa que envia el sistema de many chat. Desde mi dispositivo me aparece como ËSPERANDO MENSAJE, ESTO PUEDE TOMAR TIEMPO. Esto me sucede desde mi dispositivo con los mensajes automaticos que envia many chat, sin embargo si yo intervengo  en forma manual, esos mensajes quedan con normalidad.Por otro lado, al cliente le llegan e interactua con normalidad con los mensajes, hasta incluso lo he probado con otro dispositivo para comprobarlo, el cliente puede leer los mensajes normal.Si alguno tiene idea de la  solucion se lo agradeceria porfavor.

Hi everyone,I’m on the 14‑day Trial in my current workspace, but I’ve already entered my payment details and need full Pro features (especially the Broadcasting tab) immediately. Right now the sidebar still shows “TRIAL”, and Broadcasting isn’t available. The Billing page displays my card on file with a charge scheduled for the day the trial ends.Is there a way to skip/terminate the trial period and switch to the paid Pro subscription now, or must I wait until the trial expires automatically? If the only option is to contact Support, what’s the quickest path (info to provide, form link, etc.) to get them to flip the workspace from Trial to Pro?Thanks in advance for any tips!

Hi everyone,I’m setting up an Instagram comment-to-DM automation in ManyChat and want it to trigger only when someone comments exactly “Thanks”.From what I can see, the IG comment trigger only supports keyword inclusion, not an exact match — meaning it also triggers when there’s additional text before or after “Thanks”.Is there any workaround (filters, regex, conditions, tags, etc.), or is exact-match triggering simply not supported for Instagram comments at the moment?Appreciate any confirmation or best-practice insights!

Hi everyone, quick IG automation question.I’m trying to send weekly follow-up DMs for 4 weeks (non-sales, relationship-based), but I keep hitting the 24h rule. I often receive follow-up messages from other IG accounts, so I know it’s possible — but I can’t get it to work.I don’t see Instagram Marketing Messages in my ManyChat settings, and “Wait until” / Smart Delay doesn’t send messages outside the 24h window.Can anyone clarify what setup actually allows weekly IG follow-ups and whether this requires Marketing Message opt-in or special account access? Thanks! 😃

Since about 1 hour messages via API no longer send with existing parameters. Nothing was changed and suddenly it’s breaking.We are not using message tags and the type is Instagram, not Facebook. Something must be broken here on ManyChat’s side.Please let us know how to fix this asap. Thank you!

Have set up a very basic DM automation for testing purposes and it simply does not seem to be working for me.Is there anything I could try troubleshooting? I’m not sure what might be causing it not to work tbh.  

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with sending WhatsApp messages via the ManyChat API and I’d appreciate some guidance.Here’s the situation: Incoming WhatsApp messages are received correctly in ManyChat. The message is successfully sent to n8n via an External Request. n8n processes the message correctly and returns a response. The HTTP request to set custom fields in ManyChat works fine (I’ve confirmed the fields are being updated). However, the reply message is not sent back to the user, even when using a fixed text message in the flow (no variables). I’ve tested: sendFlow with a very simple WhatsApp flow A fixed message (no dynamic content) Correct subscriber_id and flow_ns Correct API headers and API key Everything seems correctly configured, but the message is still not delivered.In the WhatsApp settings panel (see screenshots), my account status is shown as “Pending”.My questions are: Could the “Pending” account status be preventing WhatsApp messages from being sent vi

Hi Team,Our WhatsApp AI integration has been running for months without issue. As of today, ALL!! calls to the /sendContent API are failing for users within the 24-hour window.This is a business-critical issue for us. We have not changed our code or payload structure.The error we receive is: ”Message tags are no longer supported for Facebook Messenger.”.Please confirm if this is a known issue or an unannounced update to the API requirements for WhatsApp.Regards,Alexander

Não estou conseguindo fazer os disparos em Massa de Whatsapp. Estou usando os mesmo templates que sempre uso até o último dia 06/02/2026, porém, hoje (09/02/2026) o ManyChat informa um erro ao tentar fazer o disparo, segue o print abaixo:  Alguém saberia explicar o motivo e o que eu preciso modificar para conseguir disparar? Hi  Is there any built-in trigger or contact/conversation event that fires when a WhatsApp conversation is marked as “Closed” in the Inbox? My goal is:- When an agent clicks “Mark as Closed”- Automatically reset custom user fields (language, menu_choice, session fields)- So the next message always starts from language selection Currently, I don’t see any trigger like “Conversation status changed to closed”.Is the only workaround using Tags, or is there a native solution I’m missing?  Thanks!

Olá pessoal, eu queria ajuda de vocês para resolver um problema. Eu estou enviando os dados dos meus leads do make para o many chat via campo personalizado, mas para enviar uma automação ela só funciona se o campo for do sistema, para isso eu posso fazer essa transferência la no many de forma manual, mas eu queria fazer algo automatico. Eu via que dava para fazer com regras, mas la não vi nada que desse para fazer isso. Se alguem puder me ajudar fico grato. Obg

I set up a flow3 days ago - tested it completely - was working great and then sent ads to the post. Now the automation is not working.    It should have 3 sections - the first is the introduction - hello which completely disappears when you save now. I deleted the working one thinking maybe it had a bug and completely rebuilt it - and the exact same thing happens you now get a message that says “nothing here to automate” - so when you edit. - you see it - when you save - it disappears.  and on Instagram its not working at all when someone types in WIN.  HELP. 

Hi I’m new to manychats and wanted to try the essential paid class but I hit the account limit even though I deleted all contacts and chats and now I’m afraid that the paid account will behave the same and I won’t be able to send automated DMs because of the contact limit.I would really appreciate your help🙏

Hello I’m a very new user so the issue could be entirely user error.  That said, what drew me to Manychat was the ability to DM new followers.  However when I try to set up this automation I am seeing that it’s a Beta feature and not available to me, which is strange because I see tons of advertising about this.  Am I missing anything?  Is it just not available to me yet?  Anything I can do to enable this feature/automation? TIA!
