Auto DM from comments is not working on promoted posts (reels, pic, etc) If the person goes to the post itself and comment, it does work, but if they comment directly from the ad the auto dm wont work. Anyone else with this problem and how to solve it? I am paying Manychat just for this and I am considering to cancel it because of this problem. 

Hi I added a new Keyword for when people are commenting a Reel/Post, i also added the keyword if they message it to me. Messaging is working but not when they comment. I need help. Is this a bug? can someone please help me?

NOW I want another automation to begin, that collects the First Name and E-Mail Adress. However, the Follow DM option only lets me send a message (+link).Question: When I have another automation going with the Trigger Phrase “Yes, sounds good!” - will it be activated? Or must the Trigger Phrase/Word be the FIRST message someone sends me via DM?So basically:DM Flow: Someone follows → DM → User sends “Yes, sounds good!”Leadgen Flow: Trigger “Yes sounds good!” → Collect Data (E-Mail, First Name) → Send freebie via E-MailThank you so much for your help!

Hi,in my automations I have a button with “I agree 👍” being sent to the DM of the user, however, it happens quite a lot of times that I receive just the blue thumb up of facebook messenger from users instead of this button content, which obviously is not being catched by the automation.Is this some kind of issue maybe with older facebook messenger version not showing buttons properly?It started happening a lot right after I added the 👍emoji to the button text.Thank you.

Hello Manychaters,I need help setting up the "Instagram Comment Automation" (Auto-DM) for specific ads created directly in Meta Ads Manager.The problem: These are Dark Posts, so they do not appear on my main Instagram profile feed. Consequently, I cannot find them in the "Select Publication" list in ManyChat triggers.My constraint: I cannot use the "Any Post" trigger because I am promoting multiple different offers simultaneously (Summer Camps, Weekend Tours, etc.), and I need to send a different specific flow for each ad.The question: Is there a way to connect a specific Flow to a specific Ad Post ID manually? Or is the only solution to use "Any Post" combined with unique keywords for each ad creative?Thanks for your help!

Hello, I have tried to use the utility message but every message that I put is rejected. From looking on META, it looks like you have to follow a certain format to get accepted but it is not clear, how to get these messages on Manychat. Any help appreciated on what to do. I am trying to reach contacts outside of the 48 hour period. Thanks 

Hi guysI have just paid the $99 subscription to add a team member as an inbox agent. but they can only get full inbox permissions in EITHER instagram or messenger, not both?Does the $99 not give them access to all my connected account inboxes?

Manychat somehow swapped my email to an old email from college that doesn’t even exist anymore. So, I have no way of accessing it on the desktop and getting into my account. I’m confused how this happened because all the emails go to another email, so this is odd. Could someone assist me with this?

When a new customer messages for the first time, sometimes they receive the auto-reply and sometimes they don't — it seems random.2. Ok, so ChatGPT says i can create “admin commands” for within the live chat that trigger automation, and surface buttons, but only to me, not the person the live chat is with. Hi:I’ve setup a sequence were the a client send an Instagram DM. If the message cotains hi, hello, or something like that it replies with a custom message. That works fine.But sometimes clients don’t even say hi, they just ask some random question, so I create another sequence using Ifmessage doesn't contain hi, or hello… but it doesn’t let me save it. Is it broken? What I need to do is to send a message to the cliente regardless of what the client writes first.

I use Facebook Messenger to communicate with people on my page, but now I’ve bought ManyChat and want to use it for messaging on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.On Facebook and Instagram, when I have ads published and someone sends me a message, it shows up from which ad they’re sending me a message. However, in ManyChat, I no longer see any information about that. This is a crucial problem for me because I run multiple ads for different products. When someone sends me a message asking about the price of a product, I don’t know which product they’re referring to.How is it possible to see from which ad someone sends a message? Is it possible to do so?

Why does the auto-message to follower feature use a different font and require a button at the bottom? It doesn't look like a natural message, and because it appears automated, the response rates(double tap like) are quite low. I usually send these messages manually myself. It takes a bit more effort, but the response rate is much higher. While this new feature saves some time, it makes the greeting feel less personal and less like it was sent by a real person. Is it possible for us to change these?For example, can we at least have an option to remove the button at the bottom. Otherwise, it looks exactly like an automated system message and comes across as really insincere.

Hi everyone! I’m experiencing a strange (but very critical) issue with Instagram integration.• My Instagram business account is connected to my Facebook Page.• I am the Business owner and have full control in Meta Business Manager.• When I try to connect Instagram in Manychat, it says the account is already connected.• However, when I log into Manychat (via Google or Facebook – both show the same profile), my dashboard is completely empty and shows “You don't have a channel”.It looks like the Instagram ID is assigned to an existing Manychat workspace, but that workspace is not visible in my account.I did not create multiple Manychat accounts. I always used the same Google/Facebook login. Has anyone experienced a workspace mapping issue like this?If anyone knows what to do with it, pls help! :)  Thanks in advance.
