Hi! I am trying to use quick replies as a way to force engagement coming from my meta ads for attribution via a tagging and user fields system Basically, I try to force them to select “Get Info,” or “Unsubscribe” to set appropriate attribution in a specific ad entry flow before sending them to whatever general flow they belong in The default reply settings are supposed to be making them click for 5x attempts I also have flows going for various keywords It appears when they enter the flow but send a message that contains one of my keywords, without clicking a default reply, it is taking them out of the flow and as such not giving the the attribution I either want:The tags/user field actions to fire for the ad attribution before sending to the keyword flow Or, the keyword flows not to trigger on this entry message and force the default reply engagement instead (and then have the keyword flows work as expected after that)I can go back to a button system if that would be better. The end go

I’m running a Meta Lead Generation ad (using the "Instant Forms and Messenger" hybrid type) where my video script has a soft CTA asking people to "Comment AD" for a free PDF. Because this is a "dark post" created in Ads Manager and not on my profile grid, I’m struggling to get the ManyChat Instagram Comment Trigger to recognize the ad and fire the DM automation.In ManyChat, when I try to use the "Specific Post" trigger, the manual "Enter Post ID" box isn't appearing, and the post doesn't show up in the "Promoted Posts" list. I’ve already set up a Ref URL as a backup on the Lead Form's thank-you page, but I really want the "Comment" trigger to work for the social proof. Has anyone found a reliable way to link a comment automation to this specific "Instant Form" ad type without having to post the ad to the main grid?

How can I rename these widgets? In the automation tab They all have proper names, but here the system uses some default backend naming which I cannot change.It makes it extremely hard to work with contacts like this.

Bonjour,Manychat me redirige vers la version payante alors que j’ai réalisé qu’une automatisation test qui n’a rien généré comme retour et que j’ai seulement 570 abonnés sur mon compte.J’ai l’impression qu’il prend en compte TOUTES les interactions que j’ai sur mon compte même celles qui n’ont rien à voir avec l’automatisation que j’ai faite. Du coup en effet, le nombre de contacts est bien supérieur à 1000…Je ne comprends pas comment faire pour supprimer tous ces contacts et revenir à la version gratuite pour l’instant…Merci pour votre aideGaëlle

I have certain followers on Instagram who comment on my posts regularly, and the automation keeps sending the comment-DM automated message EVERY TIME. The same happens to non-followers who just happen to have commented on multiple posts. HOW DO I STOP THIS MADNESS?It comes across as extremely spammy when someone gets THE SAME message every single time they comment on any post I have ever published instead of only ever doing it once.

I'm trying to move this number to a new platform, but the new provider keeps returning an error: "Number is already linked to another partner (Manychat)."The critical details:Dashboard Clean: The number has been completely deleted from the Manychat dashboard. Meta Business Suite Clean: I have already checked my WhatsApp Accounts > Partners section in the Meta Business Manager. There are 0 partners assigned to the WABA. The Loop: If I try to add the number back to Manychat, it works instantly. If I try any other system, it claims Manychat still "owns" the integration.It seems like there is a backend registration between Manychat and Meta that wasn't fully severed when I deleted the channel.My Question: Is there a way for Manychat support to manually "release" or "flush" the partner ID associated with this specific phone number? Or is there a hidden setting in the Meta developer/business port

Hi! I an running a Sales Objective campaign with a conversion location of my FB page and message destinations of FB and IG. Every ad has it’s own MC automation that tags it and then triggers a follow up automation.  For example, Service A ad 1, Services A ad 2 and Service A ad 3 all have their own flow as an ad entry point and after some tagging for attribution, they all go to the same flow, like General Service A Flow Problem is, General Service A Flow needs to be on both IG and FB. It’s not triggering if someone comes in through IG Hope that makes sense!

I have been trying to access the message to new follower Instagram automation and I am having no luck.I have followed instructions including resetting permissions, connecting all pages, but I am still getting this: I’ve already logged in meta business suite and confirmed that MC is connected via business settings. Further if I click connect through IG with the page account and the master account, it says some type of url issue and won’t load the page.Not really sure what to do here.Thanks in advance to the community for your help. Hi, I want to send a welcome video when someone new follows me. I used to do this manually writing a message and sending the video file directly into their inbox. It would be great to have this automated! But, the setup only seems to allow for sending the link to the video which then opens up in their browser or dropbox. Is there a way to send the video direct into their inbox like when I do it manually?Thank you

Hi there,  Wondering if anyone can help. I set up an automation after the post had already gone up and users had started commenting the trigger word. There are at least 16 iterations of the users commenting before I set up the automation that do not appear to have triggered the flow to send them a dm. There are 3 iterations where users commented after the automation was active and that has run.  Any ideas why those previous comments did not receive the dm? My understanding is that Manychat should work even if the automation is setup after the user comments? Am I wrong?  Thanks,C

I have been attempting for so many hours (with help from the AI feature and little to no help from the “human” the AI sends my way) to turn on the facebook comment to messenger.The tutorial clearly shows that I need to set the first as a comment reply.I can not get that option no matter what I do.I have started over, I have not clicked any other links or added buttons.The top of my message node only has the 24 - private options.Please help.

Hey! I would like a DM automation where a person comments, I send them their freebie and ALSO send them an audio message, not just one or the other. A person sent this to me the other day and I saw that they were able to do both. Would appreciate any help!
