How do I set up an automation to ONLY respond to comments and not send DMs?

Fiz uma automação básica que após um usuário entrar em uma tag X a automação espera por 5 horas e dispara uma mensagem.Ela funcionou perfeitamente para o meu usuário de teste mas os demais usuários que comentaram naturalmente não receberam o restante da automação mesmo entrando na parte de espera inteligente.Já aconteceu isso com alguém?Veja que tem 7 pessoas dentro do atraso inteligente, 2 esperando a aprovação, 5 aprovados. Desses 5 aprovados somente uma pessoa (meu usuário de teste) que recebeu o restante da automação, sendo que pelo menos mais 1 usuário deveria ter recebido essa primeira mensagem já que ela estava qualificada - a mensagem dela foi há 18 horas atrás. 

Hi, I'm trying to set up automated public replies to Instagram comments (not DMs). My automation triggers correctly (runs are counted), but no replies appear under the posts. I've tested with different accounts, reconnected Instagram, and checked all permissions. Can you help me figure out why public comment replies aren't posting? I’m trying to setup an Instagram and a FB Ad Trigger that is based on the conditions of following both respective channels. I believe the triggers need to be live before I can connect the Ads Manager to ManyChat, but I keep getting weird setup errors like “You can’t use Next Step for the first message with Facebook Ads trigger” and “Add at least one Quick Reply to the first message to set up Instagram Ads”.I’ve tried troubleshooting these by redoing the flow from scratch, but it’s just not working.

Is there any way to prevent yourWhatsapp co-existence from triggering automations for the recipient? If a team reaches out tp someody through the app. It triggers the default automation and causes confusion.

Can the chatbot respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager? Because I had the same problem when I used a different chatbot platform, and the automation only worked for organic traffic, it couldn't respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager. The scenario works as follows: Google Sheets – Watch Changes → detects updated payment status. Set Multiple Variables → prepares reservation/payment data. Google Sheets – Update Row → writes reservation code or status back into the sheet. Manychat – Set a Custom Field → should update a custom field inside Manychat for the corresponding Instagram user. The issue I am facing relates to the “Subscriber ID” input in the Manychat: Set a Custom Field module.Problem:Make.com requires a numeric Subscriber ID (matching the pattern /^[0-9]+$/), but in my scenario I only have the user’s Instagram ID/Username that is stored in Google Sheets.I am not sure: Which Manychat field corresponds to this numeric Subscriber ID? Hello community, I’m a newbie.. I’m trying to setup comment to dm flow for Facebook Messenger.I have different keyword triggers for different posts. So, in the trigger block, i’m using multiple triggers.  I have to know in the end the post where the automation was triggered? So i am trying to use facebook_last_comment.post_permalink.  I have created a User field which i am trying to update with this value, but i am not sure where to place it in my scenario.  When i place it in the way i have shown in attached image, i get invalid variable error. Would be thankful if someone can share best practices on how to capture facebook_last_comment.post_permalink in a multi trigger scenario like this. Thanks.

Hey everyone,I use ManyChat to deliver a free training video whenever someone opts in through my Meta ads.To keep my bill low, I log in every Friday and delete the previous week’s contacts. I don’t need to keep them in ManyChat since I handle all messaging through Instagram and Go High Level.It only takes a minute but I’d love to automate this so I don’t have to think about it.Has anyone set up an automation to automatically delete contacts every couple of days to keep costs down?Would appreciate any insight!

I use ManyChat with webhook to n8n Ai Agent. After a user enters their phone number on Instagram during a data collection step, the automation sends the response twice. ManyChat interprets the Instagram phone number recognition as an “Unsupported message type” and resends the last message.This behavior is unwanted. I understand it happens because the data collection step doesn’t receive the expected input type (Text) and tries to retry. However, I’d like to prevent ManyChat from repeating the last message in this case. I used the Facebook Ads Trigger for my advertising here. And it’s restricted me to use send message with button as the first step.But sometime customer didn’t click on the button I set but directly type the reply. And the problem is that sometimes they type short question without detail like “I’m interested” or “How much?”But our admin don’t see which ads they came from and the first message box I set up also not show on Manychat too.We will know which product they are interested in only when we go to look at Meta inbox. It’s really inconvenience. Can anyone give me an advice?

He sumado en mi cuenta 260.000 contactos que NO USO! y de los cuales no guarda ningún mail, ya que solo utilizo intagram y NO VENDO PRODUCTOS, solo comparto informacion de interes a mis seguidores. Necesito eliminar esos contactos que no sirven para nada y saber si funciona realmente eliminarlos, ya no puedo pagarlo. Dejo captura
