Hi everyone,I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.Does anyone know how to: Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access? Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement? Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar. Thanks so much in advance!

Can I get Manychat to reply to comments on a facebook PROFILE in other words the profile for me? Or does it have to be a PAGE? Because I just did a live stream from my page and had people comment a specific word to get my free gift and I got about 500 replies! I never expected that. But this is on my profile not my business page

When WhatsApp is linked & Approved on Manychat, does Manychat controls this WABA?That means the WABA is locked to ManyChat's platform and Meta intentionally restricts direct API access to itself directly. Is this is by design? ie. ManyChat manages the API layer on my behalf. I ask this because I’m trying to build a Make workflow to send an HTTP scenario from Google Sheets directly to a WhatsApp number via the META Whatsapp API. (to access it independently, via Meta).  I’m hitting a permission wall over and over again here.Im not successful yet with A below. I want to try B now. SUMMARY:A:  Meta Cloud API — works only if YOU own and control the WABA directly, not through a Tech Provider like ManyChat B:  ManyChat API — works only for existing subscribers, but since ManyChat owns the WABA, this is the correct path for your setup

Hello, I’m Brazilian and I speak Portuguese. I’m experiencing a problem with the contact limit. It says I can have up to 1,000 contacts, but it also shows that I already have 1,475 contacts. However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?  

Hi everyone,In my “Say hi to new followers” automation, I offer a free recipe guide in the initial message. If the follower clicks the button, that triggers the next message with an external URL button to the guide. I get quite a few people that don’t click, the button but rather write a reply like “oh yes please!” and then the automation stops. Is there a workaround where I don’t have to manually action all of these?

hello i'm just trying to understand the free account - it says 25 contacts but i've jsut set up an auto dm link from comment. does this mean it will only work for 25 people?

 I’m facing an issue where the pre-filled message from my WhatsApp ads is not being properly detected by ManyChat.When a user clicks the ad and sends the default pre-filled message, the message is delivered normally to WhatsApp. However: ManyChat does not recognize it as an ad opt-in The Ad ID is not detected The trigger based on Ad ID does not fire The contact appears as unattributed Because of this, I cannot trigger flows based on the ad and have to rely on generic triggers.Has anyone experienced this issue with WhatsApp ad attribution and pre-filled messages not being recognized?

All of my automation on both my account aren’t working anymore for 3 days.I’m desperate for help from Manychat, but…. it’s not really fast.Since I tried “say hi to news follower” every thing stop.It was working very well for the last 2 year.But now, it’s over, I tried everything recommande by the AI Chat bot, stuff ask with the 2 emails from ticket, but that’s all….Any idea ? When I tried the routing message in Business Facebook, I got this error message.    I tried of course to disconnect Manychat, reconnect, refresh everything, with no result...

Indica “no disponible por ahora” y cuando ingreso a la información, arroja el siguiente mensaje: “Dado que Seguir para enviar DM se encuentra en Beta, Meta ha limitado el acceso y tu cuenta de Instagram no es elegible en este momento”. ¿Qué puedo hacer si contraté Manychat para un servicio que no me está dando? ¿Me devuelven el dinero si cancelo la suscripción?

I receive errors when trying to send out messages using the Manychat Make modules for “Send text” and “Send message”  Could someone shed some light on what they intended for? I am planning to collect leads via Instagram and Telegram and to then send out Texts/Messages via the according channel where the contact came from. However the errors claim there was no prior contact and no message can be sent and also mentions message Tags:[400] Content can’t be sent to the subscriber without a message tag. Subscriber’s last interaction was over 70h ago (more than 24 hours ago)When adding a Tag I receive:[400] Validation error: Message tags are no longer supported for Facebook Messenger.This leads me to believe that those modules are supposed to be used for Facebook Messenger and not Telegram and Instagram. Is that correct?I assumed you can use the modules “send text/message” for any of the channels and that the subscriber ID would carry the attached channel so that Manychat know via which chann

I automated a Comment/Reply/DM for my ebook months ago for all posts.  The Keyword was “VIBE” but it would send replies randomly to people who didn’t comment the keyword.  I ended up having to delete the automation because it began replying back to EVERY SINGLE COMMENT.  The setting was set to “message a keyword” and not “message all” so I’m not sure why that happened.  And even with the deleted automation, my followers are STILL getting replies and DM’s.   I’ve refreshed my permissions, the only thing I can think to do is delete my ManyChat altogether and start over.  But that would delete everything I’ve automated too.   Ugh, please help.  ALSO WHY IS THER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MANYCHAT!?! I need to talk to a person.

Inserto grabación. Justo en el paso de dar autorización en la pestaña emergente en instagram, le doy clic y luego se cierra la pestaña emergente y aparece un mensaje de error en la pagina de meta diciendo:“No puedes iniciar sesión con esta cuenta de InstagramPrueba a usar una cuenta de Facebook que sepas que está conectada a esta cuenta de Instagram.”En configuracion de mi cuenta manychat pone: Actualmente estás conectado a través de Instagram OAuth. Para desbloquear todas las funciones, conéctate a través de Meta for Business.

Hi, i have a question about the pro account I was wondering if I pay for the $25 plan for 2500 contacts and I don't use those contacts anymore can I delete them and always keep my budget under 2500 contacts? thanks

I am creating a manychat subscriber using api.Create failed, attempting to FIND existing user. Error: {"status":"error","message":"Validation error","details":{"messages":{"wa_id":{"message":["This WhatsApp ID already exists: 91*********"]},Now the frustrating thing is how do i get the subscriber id of this id so i can update some important fields that i need to communicate with this customer.There is no search by wa_id feature available. And it would make more sense that when this error is thrown you should also give the subscriber id of the contact already in manychat.  

Hi,I need the VAT number of Manychat company for my accountings (not my own VAT on invoice, that I already have).The address of Manychat is not enough and the rules in Denmark requires applying the company VAT from every company we buy from.I can’t find it anywhere and Chat GPT couldn’t help either. It doesn’t seem to be official anywhere, so maybe someone before me has had the same issue and been in contact with the support. I need the VAT ASAP. Does anyone know the VAT for Manychat?  

From my understanding, you can only get the JSON code to connect to the FB ads if you select the “user clicks on facebook ad” trigger. However, when I try to activate it, I get an error message like in the first image. But I’m confused because nothing in my initial message has those variables (see 2nd screenshot).

My Google Sheet has 2 columns, IG_username and Message_to_blast.In Manychat, I build a flow to lookup the IG_username, and put the Message_to_blast into Manychat Data, and then send to the user.It works great at first, but after I edited the Message_to_blast in Google sheet, Manychat still kept sending the old data.I am not sure if there is cache issue since it is the same IG_username.I have tried many efforts, still doesn’t workI tried clear my browser cache I tried disconnect Google Sheet and connect again I tried clicking “refresh” on action  I tried deleting the action and adding back in (well I was using 2 different IG account to test this, one works, meaning it send the updated message, but the other doesn’t, it still send the old message, weird… ) I am new to Manychat and I appreciate any sort of help / tips! Thank you everyone in advance!
