I tried to create an automation where: User comments on my reel  User gets a DM from me. The message will be like “Hey thanks for the interest. Could you tell me abit about your goals and challenges? this will help me see if my coaching is the right fit for you”  Wait for user to reply.  When they reply, I send another message: “Thank you, I will get back to you ASAP”  If they don’t reply, I don’t send the second message. Its not working because its asking me to mark the message as “Private Reply”. And when I marked as Private reply, it can only send the first message and use the button to trigger the second message.  Any one having the same issue or if anyone have any suggestions, pls let me know. I’d appreciate it! 

Hey guys, is it possible that I can manually add a tag to multiple contacts and that will work as a trigger for my new automation flow. Actually we are providing a free demo session, so for the people who registered and joined the demo session online and I want to send them the message.  As manychat won’t be able to know who joined and who did not (atleast without the Zoom API and I don’t want to dig deeper for now as it is our first time), I am thinking to manually add the tag to the ones who joined. Now that “Tag is applied to a Contact” will work as a trigger and the automation message is sent to them automatically and the flow is being continued.  I tried this… but it is not working. I have checked all the basic things to make sure I am not doing some mistake.

I am unable to configure the Goal Conversions API. I followed Manychat's step-by-step instructions to configure it, but every time I enter my Data Set ID and the Token generated by META, it always gives an error saying “Invalid conversion API credentials”. How to solve this problem?

Does this affect reach, engagement, or the algorithm negatively? Are there best practices or tips you’d recommend when doing this? Hello,  When the automation (When someone new follows you trigger) is active and (When someone comments on) also.And the user first starts the automation When someone comments on and then within 10 seconds clicks on follow button. Normal the automation When someone new follows you trigger will start. Is there a way that the automations not overwwrite.  Hope you understand what i mean ;) Thank you

Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with an issue where Quick Replies are not working at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Refreshed permissions multiple times Removed and re-activated my Facebook/Instagram page several times Double-checked my automations and blocks to make sure there are no empty steps or button conflicts Despite doing all of this, Quick Replies still do not appear or function.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any guidance from the ManyChat team would be greatly appreciated.

Will keyword automations work the same if a customer comments the keyword from a paid ad or does it have to be an organic post or story?

My instagram automation is not working in android phones, and I don't know what I can do to solve this. I know that Instagram web hook is not working well, but if someone know what to do to solve this, issue will be thankful! Button is not appearing for some reason Other button is creating (with an random text) In the workflow, starts a part, like in an random time even if this part of the flow was gone People dont receive my message, appears like a clear message 

I’m running a WhatsApp automation with ManyChat + n8n. Everything works fine when the client sends a message — it goes to n8n, automation replies, no problem.The issue:When I, as the human agent, reply manually to the client in the chat from my Phone Whatsapp, ManyChat still sends the client’s last message again through the webhook to n8n.Im looking for a way to block all the automatization (for a X time) once I send a message from my phone or Whatsapp Web

Hello everyone!I just created my first automation and immediately ran into a problem. The automation and the trigger work correctly, and the user receives a calendar entry as a download, which is generated in the background via a link/URL using “AddsCal”.However, after clicking the link, the in-app browser opens but the download does not start — the page remains white (see screenshot).If I open the page in the external browser via the three dots in the top right corner, the calendar entry loads successfully.Has anyone tried something similar or experienced the same issue? Buongiornoè fattibile collegare l’automazione di many chat con google calendario affinché mandi in automatico ai clienti i promemoria degli appuntamenti su whatsapp?Ho provato un’altro sito in cui basta creare l’evento su google calendario inserendo il numero di telefono e tot ore prima manda il promemoria in automatico al cliente su whatsapp; è possibile anche qui? Sto provando a fare dall'automazione i vari messaggi, ma poi non trovo il modo di collegare il tutto con l’account google Grazie

Hi everyone,I’m noticing something odd with the Instagram "Say hi to new followers" Flow and I’m wondering if this is expected or if it can be improved.Whenever a new follower gets the Welcome Message and clicks the link inside the flow, Instagram shows a long white “redirecting” page with the ManyChat domain before the actual URL opens.This delay feels unnecessary, because normal redirects on the web don’t show a visible intermediate page like this.Is there a reason this Flow forces this visible redirect layer, and can it be disabled or optimized?A direct, clean redirect would dramatically improve the user experience.Thanks!
