Olá! É possível o Manychat disparar uma notificação por e-mail quando alguem envia uma mensagem para o WhatsApp?Tenho notificações configuradas nos fluxos mas somente funcionam quando a pessoa clica em um botão. Ocorre que várias pessoas não clicam no botão, mas enviam um áudio ou uma mensagem. Como não tenho recebido qualquer notificação, as mensagens acabam não sendo respondidas, e a janela de atendimento da Meta é encerrada. Alguém já passou por isso?

Preciso remover o facebook atual da minha opção de login, como faço isso? Ou então como tirar o google?

Hello, I want to create an automation where I create a chatbot for Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct. The initial triggers are configured, but I can't access the part where I choose the specific channels for the flow. In other words, it forces me to create different branches for each channel (select the Messenger message block, WhatsApp message block, etc) to create the flow. Is there no way for the flow blocks to be the same?  

Hola soy nuevo en esto y estoy aprendiendo, tengo dos casos, quiero iniciar mi automatización cuando un cliente nuevo me escriba a mi WhatsApp, no quiero por palabra clave por qué puede escribir desde un hola hasta info y otros usuarios q ya son clientes también podrían escribir hola, entonces quiero que se inicie la automatización cuando el usuario no tiene historial de en la conversación de WhatsApp (así lo tengo como contacto), otra como borro la conversación de un contacto en manychat para que se inicie la automatización o no es necesario, como en caso de que escriba alguien q si tiene historial pero yo quiero que inicie toda la automatización como hacerlo porfavor, se los agradecería de antemano muchísimo.

Hace dos días abrí Manychat y cada vez que alguien me etiqueta en una historia automáticamente se me coloca como contactos, y yo no tengo ninguna regla puesta para ello, se me pone automáticamente así, ¿cómo puedo quitar eso? Estoy en la versión Pro que admite solo 500 contactos y en un día ya tengo mas de 100, que no me interesan.Por otro lado he intentado eliminar contactos de manera manual y no me lo admite, adjunto pantallazo , poniendo la palabra que me dice y no se me queda clicable el botón de eliminar, si por favor me podéis ayudar lo agradezco infinito ya que si no me van a pasar el próximo importe de facturación, de contactos en breve.Mil gracias

Hi there, New to Manychat and trying to send up automation to collect email and send freebie. Did this successfully via DMs but everyone seemed to be adding keywords to comments instead of DMs so tried to add an additional trigger to the same automation to pick up comments also. However, it will not allow me to enable the additional trigger and I receive the message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.” I have no idea what this means or where I am meant to mark message as comment reply. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Hi,I hope you’re all well. I’m writing from Guayaquil, Ecuador.Recently, I connected my company’s Instagram account to the ManyChat platform to automate messages. Since then, I have been unable to add captions to any posts, reels, or collaborations. The caption field simply doesn’t allow me to edit with an error message.After noticing the problem, I took the following steps: Removed the ManyChat connection from Instagram. Deleted the ManyChat integration and permissions from Facebook/Meta Business Suite. Tried posting from multiple devices (iPhone, Android, and computer). Contacted Meta support and verified that no applications are currently connected to the Instagram account. Despite all this, the issue persists, and I still cannot add captions to any type of post.Could you please help me resolve this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.Thank you very much!

When are you guys unrolling the ManyChat Integration for WhatsApp Business with co-existence globally? I could really use it. After using ManyChat on Instagram for the last few weeks, I’m excited about the possibilities it could unlock for me on WhatsApp. About 50% of my customer interactions and conversions happen on WhatsApp. Can I be on the beta program for Kenya?

hola! tengo una duda, por alguna razon en esta automatización no llega el mensaje 4 se queda en lo anterior, no se por que no llega, realice pruebas pero despues de pinchar en el link del mensaje 1 no pasa nada

Im unable to export all my contacts information for a re-engagement campaign. There is no “Bulk Action” allowing me to bulk export my contacts. 

We’re experiencing an issue with an automation that contains both messages with buttons, and with quick replies.Some users are able to view and click the buttons, but when they receive a message with a quick reply, they see the message but not the quick reply (hence they can’t click it).All these people are using the official Instagram app.Has this ever happened to anyone here?

My flow has been running for months, and yesterday it started sending messages repeatedly. Is anyone else having this problem? 

My API sends responds back but sometimes it needs a little bit more time to process data and answer. I checked my logs the answer from my server was sent but it was too late for many chat to waitI tried to add delay method in the many chat but it didn’t work.Can I adjust responds wait time?

If I cancel my Manychat subscription, will my existing WhatsApp QR code still direct people to my WhatsApp chat? I would like to message them manually during developing stage of my business.If I restart my subscription in a few months, will everything (including the same QR code) be restored to the current state? On my products there is QR code printed and I have to make sure that when the business will be doing better I have the same QR code.

I’m running into an issue with the Gallery Image Block on ManyChat. I’ve tested the same block on two different phones, but it displays differently on each (I have screenshots showing the difference). Does ManyChat render the Gallery Image Block differently depending on the phone/device specifications? Is there a known workaround to ensure a consistent display across devices? I’m concerned this inconsistency might affect the user experience and potentially cost me sales opportunities on certain devices.Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you handle it?

He preguntado en dos ocasiones qué sucedería si hago el cambio, y las respuestas han sido dispares. Necesito saber qué para realmente si cambio mi número considerando qué pasaría con mis flujos de whatsapp, los contactos que tengo en manychat, y cómo afectaría a mis contactos que cambie mi número de whatsapp. Adjunto las dos respuestas que he obtenido hasta ahora.  

Olá, bom dia! Identifiquei que o meu limite atual de conversas diárias no WhatsApp Business está em apenas 250, quando, na verdade, deveria ser de 1.000 conversas em um ciclo de 24 horas, conforme disponibilizado pela Meta.Suspeito que o aumento desse limite esteja relacionado à Verificação Empresarial, que é a única etapa que ainda não está aprovada na minha conta. Gostaria de saber como posso concluir essa etapa de Verificação Empresarial.
