Estoy usando el período de prueba y estoy satisfecho con el resultado pero me marcan más de 1900 contactos y a mí al mes apenas me escriben más de 1000 nuevos interesados.Me vino la alerta que me cobrarán $25 el 18 de noviembre. Yo contaba con pagar $15.Vi que eso depende de los CONTACTOS, pero yo solo he conectado whatsapp y repito al mes me escriben entre 1000 y 1100.No es posible que ya hayan habido más de 1900 contactos como pone el sistema

How do I subscribe profile to Opt In Email Marketing in Klaviyo?  I've tried using the Klaviyo Action, creating webhooks, and nothing is working. Profile in Klaviyo does import and is added to a list but it says "Email Never subscribed". Please help!

While troubleshooting the issue found here and here the Meta support staff told me manychat is no longer a partner. “As per our team, the ManyChat was a third-party night integration app which we used on our platform, but with the updated meta policies, the ManyChat is being removed from our ecosystem and it is no longer supported on our platform.”  What is going on here? Could we get an offcial reply from ManyChat, please??

Hi,I would like to subscribe for our company, as we want to use it for our posts, but we manage two Instagram accounts.The pricing isn’t very clear. I already have another bot that sends welcome DMs every day, and each message counts as a contact. In the same month, I can reach over 3,000 new accounts.How can I manage this? I don’t want to take a subscription and end up paying around $70 in three months just because of my welcome messages.Thank you for your help!

Hi I just want to ask, if it is possible to set up manychat automation for commenting on trial reels ? If I have a reel a want to reach new audience and also customers, I would set reel as a trial and then if someone comment on my reel manychat would automatically send them a message. Does this work ? Thank you for quick response. If it does not work is there any other option how to use manychat on trial reels ??

Can we still use whatsapp with a UK number?  I notice the option for United Kingdom has been removed when registering a new number. If so, how do I do it?Thanks in advance, Mark

Dear ManyChat Support Team,I am currently experiencing an issue with the Facebook Ad Comment Auto-Reply feature in ManyChat.Normally, when setting up the auto-reply for a Facebook ad, the system allows me to choose Partner App → ManyChat → select specific flow. However, now the button no longer functions properly — instead of showing the standard ManyChat selection interface, it only displays a JSON code block.This means the auto-reply function cannot be linked to any ManyChat flow, which has disrupted our ad automation process.I have already tried reauthorizing the Facebook page and ManyChat connection, but the issue still persists. For one of my clients we collect their baby’s date of birth as a custom field in Manychat so that we can send them age-relevant information.We now want to improve this automation by following up with access to an age-related baby sleep masterclass.So I want to check we have the Baby’s DOB via a condition and then calculate the current time from this date. ie if Baby’s DOB is June 1 2025 - we’d send them to one type of masterclass as they’d be 5+ months old. But if their DOB was September 1 2025, they’d only be 2 months old so more relevant for a different masterclass.I’m struggling with how to make that calculation - is it even possible? Thx

Estou criando algumas automações via N8N com o Manychat, porém estou enfretando o seguinte problema:Quando envio uma requisição de CreateSubscriber o contato é criado dentro do ManyChat, porém, os únicos campos que estão sendo preenchidos são os nomes e o número de WhatsApp, enquanto que os campos de email e telefone não estão sendo preenchidos nesse contato que foi criado.O que me causa estranheza é que eu já pedi (e me foi concedida) a autorização para importar contatos por email e telefone.

However, I’m struggling with implementing a smooth human handoff.My business often requires a personal touch after the chatbot handles the initial inquiries, but I haven’t found a consistent or reliable way to transfer the conversation to a live agent. I also can’t seem to identify any payloads or variables in ManyChat that distinguish between user-generated and automated/AI messages.Has anyone here successfully implemented a WhatsApp chatbot with a seamless human handoff? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys, I just wanted to set up a new automation to welcome new followers. I have updated permissions and want to create the first message but can’t use the variables. Specifically I would find it very useful to greet them by first name. Anyone experiencing the same problem or have a solution for it?  

I need some help to send customer notifications via API. I am receiving a notification from an external service everytime our customers get paid. I would like to send customers a WhatsApp notification about payments they received, incl. the amount. I have done this succesfully with https://api.manychat.com/fb/sending/sendContent for Instagram notifications, but I can’t seem to make it work for WhatsApp notifications. I also tried to solve this with templates, but I can’t trigger templates from external APIs.Does anyone know how to send a custom message to a WhatsApp contact via API? 

Hi so as part of my Instagram DM automation, I’ve implemented the AI step to engage with commenters, and hopefully lead them to my monetized content. The number one complaint I get is the AI instantly answering, and I have not yet figured out how to fix this. I am not connecting it to chatgpt or anything. Everything else is working well, but its a shame as this (allong with little to no chat context/memory) seems to ruin the user experience. I would appreciate any help or workarounds.

I hate that the first initial message comes with a button, it gives away that this is not a natural conversation. I want the customer to respond naturally, not hit a button is there anyway to get rid of that button?

Has anyone run into the issue of seeming to be stuck in the basic builder? I am pretty new to many chat but used to see the full Flow Builder. The chatbot keeps telling me to toggle or hit the 3 dots, but there is no toggle and the three dots only allow me to delete? I am trying to add actions to my flow but am hitting a wall. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello. We have messenger list we were sending broadcast to on a regular basis (~daily). We were doing it for a long time (year or so). There are ~10k users on the list. Since beginning of October we do it in the same way but the result changed. Broadcast goes to the full list like every 3 days. On the other two days ONLY 50-100 users is being sent. Is there any change of the allowed frequency or something like this? In the settings I see no error logs.

Tudo bem com vocês? Eu gostaria de receber um orçamento do Plano Elite do Manychat para implementar em um de nossos clientes aqui da agência, pois precisamos de 8 ‘live chat agents’, o que o plano Pro não permite pois é limitado a 3.Já enviei uma solicitação através da página inicial de contratação e recebi a resposta, por e-mail, nesse sentido, em resumo: “Você provavelmente não precisa desse plano.” Alguém saberia me dizer algum outro contato do Manychat que posso conseguir um orçamento personalizado?  Desde já agradeço grandemente!

I am interested in using a feature that allows automatic DMs to be sent when comments are made on specific content. However, I would like to know if this feature also works with Instagram's sponsored posts. If I run an ad on a specific post and someone clicks on the ad and leaves a comment, will a DM still be sent?

I would like to trigger the automation to send personal welcome message to everyone who follows my page. Is that allowed, cause I don’t see any standard trigger for that?
