Hey everyone, I have a Pro account and my Instagram comment trigger has completely stopped working. When someone comments on a post, no DM is sent at all.Here's what I've already tried:- Reconnected Instagram from scratch (deleted and reconnected)- Updated Instagram permissions multiple times- Recreated the automation from zeroStill nothing works. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a Meta webhook issue on specific accounts?Any help appreciated!

Hey,I have deleted all my contacts and im trying to re import them. Systems show 0 subscribers but after importing it says 406 contacts ignored as if they still exists. There was no change in the contacts’ details, i just removed some of them.

I'm having a problem getting my Facebook and ManyChat to work together. When someone goes to my auto DM and types in the keyword word, I get a notification on my phone that they did it, but they don't get the link to my registration page in their comment section like it's set up to do. Does anybody have any idea as to how I can fix that? 

Hi everyone I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Channel in Manychat.I go through the setup, but when I reach the final step I get this error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support.”I attached a screenshot of the error screen.A few details: I’m currently on the Free plan, so I don’t have access to direct support (only the AI bot, which didn’t solve it). I’m following the standard WhatsApp setup wizard from Manychat. The error appears right after I try to connect the number. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help or workaround would be really appreciated  Thank you!

I have my Meta Business account connected with ManyChat and it was running fine up to now. Then I received an email from Meta saying my Meta Bussiness account got restricted because “It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules.This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity.”I’m requesting Meta to lift up the restriction, but is there anything should I can do in the future to avoid my account getting restricted again?

However, I can't figure out how to associate the First Name and Last Name data that I've collected with those fields in the record in Active Campaign. Hello everyone,I have an automation in ManyChat that is supposed to reply to Instagram DMs.However, I’ve noticed an issue with line breaks (\n):When I send a DM that contains a line break, the automation does not trigger. When I send a message without a line break, the automation works as expected.Additionally, I am using n8n for the response:If the message received by ManyChat does not contain a line break, everything works and a reply is sent correctly. If the response from n8n contains a line break, the message is not sent in the DMs.Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue?Best regards,Marko

My messenger manual replies and automation are not wokring, people are still able to send me messages and i can recieve them. However, i can not reply and their messages do not trigger the automation. tried everything from refreshing permissions to giving full access through my page to manychat. The error message is “Message failed to send, please contact manychat support” Instagram manual and automation is working with no issues.

Hello together,unfortunately, I cannot find the area to create a Flow. Is there a specific tool for it what is missing? I just see Automation. The Flow Builder is missing. I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems.

Hi! I am trying to use quick replies as a way to force engagement coming from my meta ads for attribution via a tagging and user fields system Basically, I try to force them to select “Get Info,” or “Unsubscribe” to set appropriate attribution in a specific ad entry flow before sending them to whatever general flow they belong in The default reply settings are supposed to be making them click for 5x attempts I also have flows going for various keywords It appears when they enter the flow but send a message that contains one of my keywords, without clicking a default reply, it is taking them out of the flow and as such not giving the the attribution I either want:The tags/user field actions to fire for the ad attribution before sending to the keyword flow Or, the keyword flows not to trigger on this entry message and force the default reply engagement instead (and then have the keyword flows work as expected after that)I can go back to a button system if that would be better. The end go

I’m running a Meta Lead Generation ad (using the "Instant Forms and Messenger" hybrid type) where my video script has a soft CTA asking people to "Comment AD" for a free PDF. Because this is a "dark post" created in Ads Manager and not on my profile grid, I’m struggling to get the ManyChat Instagram Comment Trigger to recognize the ad and fire the DM automation.In ManyChat, when I try to use the "Specific Post" trigger, the manual "Enter Post ID" box isn't appearing, and the post doesn't show up in the "Promoted Posts" list. I’ve already set up a Ref URL as a backup on the Lead Form's thank-you page, but I really want the "Comment" trigger to work for the social proof. Has anyone found a reliable way to link a comment automation to this specific "Instant Form" ad type without having to post the ad to the main grid?

How can I rename these widgets? In the automation tab They all have proper names, but here the system uses some default backend naming which I cannot change.It makes it extremely hard to work with contacts like this.

Bonjour,Manychat me redirige vers la version payante alors que j’ai réalisé qu’une automatisation test qui n’a rien généré comme retour et que j’ai seulement 570 abonnés sur mon compte.J’ai l’impression qu’il prend en compte TOUTES les interactions que j’ai sur mon compte même celles qui n’ont rien à voir avec l’automatisation que j’ai faite. Du coup en effet, le nombre de contacts est bien supérieur à 1000…Je ne comprends pas comment faire pour supprimer tous ces contacts et revenir à la version gratuite pour l’instant…Merci pour votre aideGaëlle

I have certain followers on Instagram who comment on my posts regularly, and the automation keeps sending the comment-DM automated message EVERY TIME. The same happens to non-followers who just happen to have commented on multiple posts. HOW DO I STOP THIS MADNESS?It comes across as extremely spammy when someone gets THE SAME message every single time they comment on any post I have ever published instead of only ever doing it once.
