Criei um post onde a pessoa comentará uma palavra e eu vou enviar uma lista na dm dela, entretanto, o post que eu preciso automatizar ainda esta agendado e não foi publicado ainda. Eu consigo usar esse post para automatizar, ou preciso esperar ele ser publicado?

I am signing up my clients for manychat and of course wanting to get referral commission. If I create an account for them and connect their pages and help them with sign -up process this counts as a referral assuming I use my affiliate link? Also, I would use my socials to connect their page and ad account as I am doing a DFY managed service, would this affect how it shows up as a referral or do they need to connect from their social profile initialy. Thanks!Austin

Hi everyone, I’m facing a serious issue with my Instagram account and I’d love some help or insights from the community. Whenever someone tries to follow me, a pop-up appears saying “Beware of potential scams” and shows my account creation date with a confirmation button. My account is old, active, and I post regularly. It’s verified on Meta with my ID — so this warning makes my account look suspicious even though my activity is 100% authentic. Since it started, my daily follower count dropped from 100+ per day to barely 10 😩 I’ve already contacted Instagram support. They told me to reinstall the app, but that didn’t fix anything. The only thing I can think of is that I use Manychat (a Meta partner) to send automated messages when people comment on my posts asking for free resources. It works really well — people engage a lot — but I’m wondering if this automation could have triggered the warning. Has anyone here experienced the same issue or found a fix?Any help or advice would be hu

Hey! I am setting up a new follower DM automation and I am asking a each new follower a question. They then click on a button to answer the question and then are supposed to be sent a reel. But I can only figure out how to send the reel where it opens a browser inside the Instagram app. It doesn’t just take them straight to the reel. See screenshots for context. Is there a better way to do this?  I am just adding the URL of the reel to the bottom action. But this opens it in Instagram as if you’re opening an external link. Any tips?  

Hi, I am a pro account holder with you, and I need assistance with running an email campaign in ManyChat to inform my clients about my Black Friday discounts. Currently, I can only access Instagram features, which is preventing me from sending the campaign. I feel forced to rely on low-quality, free servers for this, and it's not ideal. Additionally, I have set up a feature to collect my customer's email addresses through Instagram chat and have gathered about 4,000 contacts (subscriptions) in ManyChat. Unfortunately, Many Chat software only displays phone numbers or Facebook IDs, which do not meet my needs, as I require the email addresses. I urgently need your help with the following: 1. Enable my Pro account to send an email campaign to all of my 4,000 contacts (and more in the future). 2. Retrieve the email addresses I collected through ManyChat automations as soon as possible.  Thank you!

I'm trying to set up a reminder for our upcoming automation where people can sign up for our ticket drop by sending their email in the DMs. One hour before we release the tickets, we’d like to send them a reminder through DM – but this would exceed the 24-hour time limit rule.I’ve tried talking to the AI bot for help, and I get the impression there might be an exception to this rule. I am making a multi flow chatbot, how do i make it so a flow can be triggered by another flow? for example:If Flow 1 ends with: start Flow 2 automation In flow 2, which first step should i put so its triggered when a action is Flow 2 automation?

Let me elaborate, many customers via FB or IG do wire transactions. To accept these payments they have to send them via WhatsApp to have everything done, the thing is that if they repeat the keyword the same automation that they previously triggered on other platform will on the chat and may be tedious when we´re talking about closing a sale. What do I need to do in my WhatsApp automation? 

It shows Free contacts limit2788/1000but I have only 2 contactsI restarted everything but it doesn’t help what can I do without going premium? Need help , I just need last clients to answer and that is all.

Hi, I have a paid plan with ManyChat, and I'm trying to publish an Instagram automation flow that I've created. However, every time I click the 'Publish' button, a modal appears offering to upgrade to the ManyChat AI plan ($29/month), which is blocking me from publishing. This happens repeatedly, even though I already have a paid subscription.Questions:1. Does my current plan limit the number of flows I can publish?2. Is there a specific feature in this flow that requires the AI plan?3. Is there a way to bypass this modal or contact support directly?4. Could this be a billing/permission issue with my account?Thank you.

Anyone having issues with their automations? Literally ALL of my Instagram automations have stopped. Like years of automations. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions twice, and nothing. Also weird stuff is going on with my Instagram (it’s only allowing me three hashtags on posts, and my scheduling o  Updates: First I discovered my story automations ARE working. But posts/reels aren’t. Also if this is applicable to anyone...all this mess started when I tried to post today and Instagram wouldn’t let me post more than three hashtags. Then I noticed my scheduling option on Instagram disappeared. And then I noticed none of my automations are sending. My scheduling option is finally back, but I’m still having the hashtag issue and the automation issue.

Hi everyone,we're working with WhatsApp in coexistence mode, and we're running into an issue where automations don’t stop when a user sends a message.The problem seems to be that the user is sending a message from WhatsApp Business, not from the Live Chat window—so ManyChat doesn’t detect it as user activity that should pause the automation.Is there any automatic solution or recommended setup that will stop/pause the automation as soon as the user replies from WhatsApp Business?Any insights or workarounds would be appreciated!

Question about automations.. does Manychat gather location data based on IP of the person that opts in to DMs? It would be great to be able to segment audiences without segmenting them through questions or data collection in DM.For example - for an artist or musician looking to market a tour. Without having to get the location from the contact in the DMs, does manychat pull their location from their IP when they respond to a DM thereby opting in?That way, if I want to send a broadcast to people in Atlanta or within 50 miles of Atlanta in my contacts list I can send a message specifically to those people rather than EVERYONE.Does this make sense?

Creo que hice todos los pasos bien al vincular un número nuevo al API pero me sale un mensaje de felicidades tu cuenta de conectó a manychat pero me dice en un plazo de 24 horas revisaremos que cumples con nuestros parámetros y de allí no avanza, en el meta business suite dice el número en estatus pendiente, que puedo hacer para solucionar?Al darle actualizar no hace nada 

Hey!I’m running a Instagram account and I have an automation set up:When someone replies with a keyword (for example “more pension”), they get an automated message where they enter their email address and then I send all the info via email.Everything works fine the first time someone does it.But here’s my problem:If the same person does it again (for example me, because I want to test my flows after making changes), manychat doesn’t trigger the flow anymore. It looks like manychat recognises that the user already went through the flow once and then refuses to collect the email again or re-trigger the automation.How can I disable this behavior so users can run through the entire process as many times as they want? Thanks for any help! 🙏

Good morning,We would like some clarification regarding the pricing and monthly fee thatwe should pay to Manychat in the following cases: - in month 1, we reach 500 users and pay $15.- in month 2, another 500 users are added, so we'd pay $25.- from month 3, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25.- from month 4, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25. Are unique users calculated on a monthly basis or are they cumulative?Is there a way to save on the monthly fee? If I decide to cancel my PRO subscription after finishing an Instagram activity,to stop paying, can I later subscribe again? Thanks in advance for the clarification.Best regards

quisiera saber como se cobran los contactos x el plan de 15$ mensuales para máximo 500 contactos. son 500 nuevos contactos mensuales?  son 500 contactos en total, es decir, se suman los contactos de meses anteriores? y si llego a 500 y solo estoy usando 50 en el siguiente mes, puedo borrarlos para que no me cobre adicional? o no se pueden borrar contactos? para mantener la lista de contactos en menos de 500
