Olá pessoal, eu queria ajuda de vocês para resolver um problema. Eu estou enviando os dados dos meus leads do make para o many chat via campo personalizado, mas para enviar uma automação ela só funciona se o campo for do sistema, para isso eu posso fazer essa transferência la no many de forma manual, mas eu queria fazer algo automatico. Eu via que dava para fazer com regras, mas la não vi nada que desse para fazer isso. Se alguem puder me ajudar fico grato. Obg

I set up a flow3 days ago - tested it completely - was working great and then sent ads to the post. Now the automation is not working.    It should have 3 sections - the first is the introduction - hello which completely disappears when you save now. I deleted the working one thinking maybe it had a bug and completely rebuilt it - and the exact same thing happens you now get a message that says “nothing here to automate” - so when you edit. - you see it - when you save - it disappears.  and on Instagram its not working at all when someone types in WIN.  HELP. 

Hi I’m new to manychats and wanted to try the essential paid class but I hit the account limit even though I deleted all contacts and chats and now I’m afraid that the paid account will behave the same and I won’t be able to send automated DMs because of the contact limit.I would really appreciate your help🙏

Hello I’m a very new user so the issue could be entirely user error.  That said, what drew me to Manychat was the ability to DM new followers.  However when I try to set up this automation I am seeing that it’s a Beta feature and not available to me, which is strange because I see tons of advertising about this.  Am I missing anything?  Is it just not available to me yet?  Anything I can do to enable this feature/automation? TIA!

Hi everyone,I’m facing a critical issue: My chatbot sends a welcome message with "Yes" / "No" buttons.  On desktop, buttons work perfectly.  On Telegram, everything works.  But on mobile (Facebook), the buttons appear but are not clickable — tapping does nothing.  I’ve tested on multiple Android devices. Cleared cache, reinstalled Messenger, refreshed permissions but no fix.This was working until last week, and no changes were made to the flow. Has anyone experienced this recently? Could this be a Meta-side issue?  Any workaround or fix?Need help urgently, blocking client demos.Thanks in advance!

Hi, so I’ve set up an automation where I want every comment on my reel to get a DM. With the important condition; that if someone comments 10 times, they only get the DM once. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but it does not work. Can anyone help as to where the issue lies? See the setup below:

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end.   Hi everyone,I’m already approved in PartnerStack for the ManyChat Partner/Affiliate program and I’m currently receiving commissions.　I want to confirm what happens if I cancel my own ManyChat Pro subscription.  If I cancel Pro, will my PartnerStack referral link remain active and continue tracking new sign-ups/upgrades? If new users sign up through my referral link and upgrade to Pro (or if existing referrals keep paying), will I still receive commissions even if I’m not a Pro user myself? Is having an active ManyChat Pro subscription a requirement for payout eligibility (now or in the future)? Hi,I recently saw an option to create Manychat application and i got me wondering what is the difference between that and installing a template.My specific use case is that we are developing an AI DM setter that runs on Manychat with some parts of it being on proprietary servers. Right now, clients download a template and need to do few other things and the bot is set up. My questions is how can i use Manychat applications to help make the installation process be easier.

Hi everyone 👋I’m relatively new to ManyChat and I’ve hit a bit of confusion I’m hoping someone can help clarify.I seem to have two different ManyChat workspaces:One created via Google login (on a paid plan), but with limited features and no Meta channels behaving as expected.Another created via Facebook login, connected to Facebook/Instagram, where I have full AI + automation features available (currently on a free trial), and where all my main work/flows live.My questions are:Is this expected behavior (separate workspaces per login method)?If I upgrade the Facebook-connected workspace to the Pro plan, will all my existing automations and AI agents remain intact?Is there any recommended way to consolidate or should I simply abandon the Google-login workspace and continue with the Meta-connected one?I want to make sure I’m upgrading the correct workspace before committing to the $44 plan and avoid rebuilding anything unnecessarily.Any guidance from experienced builders would be hugely

So i have intergrated Whatsapp business into manychat. I want to add a new contact on whatsapp business. I go to add contact and then create the details. When i want to start a concersation after i have saved the details it says i need a template which i created - waiting for Meta approval ...is this the only way to do this ?

Hola, quisiera saber si alguien puede ayudarme con esto. Me pasa, desde que inicie con la automatizacion, de que de 100 mensajes que se contestan con el flujo, 10 o 15 los tengo que contestar yo porque no se les envia nada. Este o no usando el whatsapp, lo tenga abierto o no, y en el disparador puse todas las palabras claves necesarias, y para probar si era por el tema de palabras claves, probe agregando los ID de los anuncios hechos. Yo hago meta ads y lo conecto con whatsapp. Algun consejo? Del porque algunos si se conttestan, y otros no? Y para que sepan tambien, personas que se contesto automaticamente me mandaron las mismas palabras exactas, provenientes del mismo anuncio, y en diferentes o casi mismos horarios, y a unos se contesto y a otros no. 

Não consigo configurar a mensagem de boas vindas. Faço todo o passo a passo, mas quando vai pra tela do meta pra conecat o instagram, aparece essa mensagem: "Você não pode entrar com esta conta do Instagram, Tente usar uma conta do Facebook que vc saber que esta conectada a esta conta do Instagram. 

Estou com um problema grave onde as informações da minha planilha CSV não estão preenchendo os campos personalizados do ManyChat. Possuo diversos campos personalizados e é fundamental no meu fluxo, porém, na data de 29/01/2026 os contatos sobem, mas o ManyChat só preenche o nome e o Whatsapp ID. Nenhum campo personalizado é preenchido. Alguém já passou por esse problema. Lembrando que sempre subi planilhas antes dessa data, normalmente, preenchendo meus campos personalizados.

Excited to try the DM to new followers automation with my Pro account but my delay time options are only 5 minutes and 10 minutes which seem too long for my preference.  In the step by step guide as well as YouTube videos I have seen that there are several other options available - no delay, 30 seconds, 1 minute.  How do I gain access to those options?  Thank you

finding in doc, i figured out is also possible using validation in whatsapp manager on meta ads but in this case i cant use CoEx and have to disconnect. i already using messages in batch and trading conversations with my custumers i cant delete this one. i have to dispatch more messages but i cant validate my current number to increase the number of messages. and is quite important for my bussiness use coex , as actually working now and very well.

Hello, I scheduled four messages to be sent on January 31, 2026, each set for different times: 1st message: 07:00 AM 2nd message: 07:55 AM 3rd message: 09:30 AM 4th message: 12:30 PM However, the following issue occurred: all messages were sent at the same time as the first one, specifically at 07:00 AM.This is a serious problem, as all messages were scheduled for the same contact base, which directly impacts communication quality, user experience, and may cause deliverability issues.I need to understand what went wrong with the scheduling system and what measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
