I’ve successfully updated the email we use to login from a former teammate to mine. However, Manychat is not allowing me to login with my email. I’m still forced to login using the previous email and we haven’t been able to deactivate that email because of this situation. How can I troubleshoot this?

Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

I created a ManyChat account and connected it to my Instagram. Since then, an automatic message is being sent whenever someone new follows me. I have already turned this automation off and, as far as I can see, I no longer have an active account, yet the messages are still being sent. When I try to log in, I get a message saying that my Instagram account is already connected to another account. If I log in with a different Facebook profile, I see the message: “You don’t have a channel.” I’m completely lost at this point. I would like to use the automation, but I can’t log in anywhere because the system says I’m already connected somewhere else. What should I do to resolve this?

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with the "New Instagram Follower" automation on Instagram.Here are the details:My Instagram account is connected correctly. All permissions have been refreshed. The automation was enabled before I launched my campaign. The trigger is "When someone new follows you." My account is a Creator account. I'm using a Profile Visits campaign to gain followers.According to Instagram Insights, I gained over 1,000 new followers this month, but ManyChat has only triggered the automation around 36 times.Has anyone experienced the same issue?Is this a limitation of the Meta API, or is there something I should check in my ManyChat or Instagram settings?I'd really appreciate any advice or solutions. Hi Manychat Community / Support Team, I am reaching out for help with a recurring billing issue on my account. My Pro trial has just ended, and I am trying to subscribe to the Monthly Pro plan!Every time I select the "Monthly" option and proceed to checkout, the system automatically switches it back to the "Annual" model. I have tried this over 10 times, but the payment attempt always shows the full annual amount, which I have to decline each time.Has anyone else experienced this "forced annual" bug? I simply want to proceed with the standard monthly billing.I have already tried:Selecting the monthly toggle multiple times. Clearing my browser cookies and trying a different device. Double-checking that I haven't accidentally enabled any annual-only add-ons.If a member of the Manychat Support Team could look into why my account is stuck on this annual loop, I would greatly appreciate it. Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone can help — I'm stuck on a very common issue but can't find a way around it.I just set up a new ManyChat account and trying to connect the Instagram account. Facebook is already connected and working fine, but when I go through the Instagram connection steps, I keep landing on this screen:"Your account is already connected to .... Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner."I've already hit Request Sent, but we have no idea which ManyChat account the Instagram is tied to — it was likely set up by someone previously who is no longer with the brand. The actual Instagram account owner (Karena Thek) has confirmed she doesn't have access to that old account either.I've tried:✓ Refreshing permissions✓ Removing ManyChat from Facebook Business Integrations and reconnecting✓ Toggling "Allow access to messages" on in Instagram settings✓ Using desktop (not mobile)Has anyone managed to get this resolved without access to the old

I’ve got a TikTok business account, but trying to authenticate my TikTok account via manychat won’t work.I’ve tried in two browsers (chrome and safari). I’ve tried signing into my TikTok using different methods (QR code, password, phone number). I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in. All give the same error when trying to authenticate. Telling me to switch to a business account when it is a business account. It used to be a creator account then TikTok removed creator accounts and now only offer personal and business. I think that changed caused ManyChat’s integration to break. After clicking Continue in the authentication popup, it always shows the business account popup as in the screenshots below. I click done, then nothing happens. I’ve checked multiple times and can confirm my account is 100% a business account.What is the solution here? My feeling is that ManyChat development team needs to fix the TikTok integration.For additional context, I am based in South Africa and

However, everytime I edit the new duplicate and make it live, a popup “Your first automation is live!” shows with celebrations. It was fun the first time, the 45th time it is already too much.Any idea? It seems it’s somehow keeping the tag of the first automation even for duplicates.Thank you in advance.

Hello, manychat is not working when I connect instagram via meta, many chat only works when I connect it via instagram, when I connect via meta no automations work and no messages enter

Hey Manychat and Manychat community! I recently set up an automation that would trigger when anyone commented a keyword on one of my Instagram posts, and as long as people mentioned the keyword in a normal comment, the automation triggered just fine. But if they used the keyword in a REPLY to a different comment on the same post, nothing happened. Is there something I need to include in my flow to capture those comment replies? Or can Manychat only trigger a comment to DM on original comments and not replies? Thanks for any help!

Dear AllI have searched the forum and asked the AI’s here and there - but can’t seem to find the reason why my automation on Facebook has stopped.One clue though - someone is mentioning that they experienced it after applying for Meta Monetisation - I did that also - probably around the time it stopped working.But I don’t know if I am chasing shadows of if this is the real beef. - I can’t find much about this elsewhere.Do any of you know about this being an issue? Thank you  Asger, Denmark

It amazes me that a company known for chatbots does not have a chat integration built into their platform. I have a question that I would like to talk to an actual human being about, but I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to set up an Facebook Ads Trigger in Manychat for a Meta campaign that sends people directly to Facebook DM.The goal is simple: when someone clicks the ad, the Manychat flow should start automatically. I do not want to use a keyword trigger.My setup:Trigger: User clicks an Facebook  Ad First block: Facebook Send Message First message contains text + Quick Replies No First Name variable No buttons, only Quick Replies No delay No image/media No automatic next step before the Quick Replies The Quick Replies are connected to the next messages Flow has been recreated from scratch I also tested with a very simple first message like: “Hallo?” + one Quick ReplyBut I keep getting this error:“Add at least one Quick Reply to the first message to set up Instagram Ads”I already deleted and recreated the first message block and the trigger, but the issue remains.Does anyone know why Manychat is not recognizing the Quick Replies in the first message? Is there a specific setting

Hi,I created Comment to DM automation in Manychat but  I cannot choose it in Meta partner apps. I can only see flows  users clicks an instagram ad.I have no idea how to fix this. Can  you help me?

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone from the ManyChat team or the community can help because I'm stuck after reconnecting Instagram.Here's what happened: I wanted to enable the new "Say Hi to New Followers" feature. ManyChat asked me to update Instagram permissions. During the authorization process, Instagram returned: "Invalid Redirect URL". I found a community post describing the same issue and used the workaround of changing login_options[0]=IG to login_options[0]=FB in the Meta authorization URL. After doing that, I was able to complete the Meta Business authorization successfully. The good news: The "Say Hi to New Followers" feature became available. Instagram is connected. ManyChat appears in Meta Business connected apps. Instagram messaging permissions are granted. Instagram comments permissions are granted. The bad news:After reconnecting, ALL Instagram automation triggers stopped working.Current behavior: Comment Automations do not trigger. DM Keyword Automations

Hi Everyone, I just re-opened my account in manychat and I see that I already have 41 active contacts for whom I pay (essential plan). but I don’t have any automation set yet. So manychat takes money without doing anything?  I need manychat for DM automation. Is there something I miss? :-( 

Hi there. All of my automations stopped working today. I have refreshed my permissions several times. I received zero warnings from Instagram / ManyChat. I have been trying to reach someone and am coming up empty. Does anyone know what I can do? Everything was working until 1130AM EST and then suddenly just stopped.  TIA!

Recently, I can’t reply the message anymore, the premission change it as “Admin”, and I do refresh the premisson but it shows “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.”…. Do you have experience it? How I can solve it as well? Ready needs help, thanks a lot!
