I have a client trying to connect IG via Meta but every time she follows the steps listed here, it gives her an error that says “Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI”. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Hi all - I just started ManyChat and I believe I did all the features right. I have a feature where I want to send (1) a reply to a person who comments the word “Self-love” on any of my posts, and then immediately send a simply follow up DM. I believe I have everything right. When I comment as another user I get nothing. No reply, no DM. Is this an issue on the Instagram side? I feel like I troubleshooted everything. I’ve already integrated the right social media channel(s). Really would like to get this going. Thanks!    

Hi everyone,We’re trying to connect our Instagram account through Meta in order to send welcome messages to new followers.The issue is that when we go through the Meta connection flow, it asks us to log in through the Instagram account. After completing the process, we get an error saying:“Invalid redirect URL”We haven’t been able to resolve this so far.The problem is that when we try connecting the Instagram account through other methods, we don’t get access to the specific feature we need — sending automated welcome messages to new followers.Has anyone experienced this issue before with the Meta/Instagram connection flow in ManyChat?We would really appreciate any guidance on:Why the “Invalid redirect URL” error happens How to fix the Meta connection process Whether there is another valid way to connect Instagram while still enabling welcome messages for new followersThanks in advance for your help!

E eu já revirei a net, youtube, instagram, já mandei e-mail para suporte, porém ainda não tive nenhuma resposta.Eu tenho um perfil de achadinhos e queria fazer aquela automação do - Comente “quero” - e vem a mensagem com VÁRIOS links. Eu coloco lá a lista dos itens, mas nenhum deles ficam clicáveis na conversa, aparecem como texto normal. Como eu faço para colocar um lista com vários links na mensagem?Já atualizei tudo, já vi vários vídeos.. mas nada de me ajudar. Teria como alguém me dizer como arrumar isso?

Posteriormente, alrededor de las 10:00 p. m., el sistema volvió a funcionar con normalidad.Sin embargo, hoy 23 de mayo, desde las 11:30 a. m., nuevamente la plataforma presenta fallas: la página carga de manera intermitente y los mensajes no aparecen correctamente.Adjunto una imagen como referencia.¿Alguien podría ayudarme indicando qué es lo que podría estar sucediendo o qué acciones podría realizar para solucionarlo?

Hi guys, I'm running a Comment trigger automation on Instagram where someone comments a keyword on my post and ManyChat sends them an automatic reply.The issue is that my first message is going directly to the recipient's spam folder or message requests, so most people never see it.In the beginning it was fine so the conversion rate was high. And after a few days, I noticed that no one was converting (like 20 people straight) so I decided to create a new account and test it and it was going to the Spam folder..Has anyone experience this? what’s the solution? 

. abt stoping the automation and replying manually ik i can di that inside of manychat but is there a way i can do that without entering manychat, because i have a workflow abt this ai automation ig dms , and when i sell the service i wont give the clients any access to the many chat panel , i hope u can help and thnx

I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?

I want to set up a simple automation with the trigger being “user comments on Instagram reel or post”. Then, I’d like the response to be 2 gallery cards with buttons underneath. I’ve been working on this for hours and can’t figure out how to get that trigger to work in the Flow Builder where the gallery cards are. I’ve searched and searched for the answer and can’t find it. I’m sure it’s something SO SIMPLE, but I can’t figure it out. Help?

Hello everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with my Instagram comment-to-DM automation. It works correctly for users with public accounts, but it does NOT trigger for users with private accounts.Here's my setup: Trigger: Instagram Post/Reel Comment containing a specific keyword Action: Send a private DM with a message + image Plan: Pro The problem: When a user with a PRIVATE Instagram account comments with the keyword on my post or reel, the automation does not send them a DM. No message is delivered at all - not even to their Message Requests folder.However, when a user with a PUBLIC account comments the same keyword, the automation works perfectly every time.Why I believe this is a bug: I personally have a separate PRIVATE Instagram account. When I comment with keywords on posts of OTHER creators (who also use ManyChat or similar tools), I receive automated DMs immediately - without any issues. This tells me that Instagram's API does support sending automated DMs to private accounts

I’m trying to set up a gallery reply in Instagram for the first time, but it gives me this error - Mark this message as a "Private Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post, reel comment, a follow action or share to story reply.It seems I can’t change it to private reply if I’m using cards, and I don’t want to add a message before the gallery. I’ve seen other people do it recently, so there must be a way. What am I missing? 

Hi, my Manychat doesn’t seem to be connecting with my IG account even though it says it’s already connected. Where is this ‘REQUEST SENT’ sent to?   

Hi everyone,  I am hoping someone may be able to help, I have had manychat connected to IG for a log time, randomly it stopped working, I can see in instagram it is listed as an expired app, not active. I have refreshed the permissions, disabled and enabled it and I cannot seem to figure out how to connect it again as an active app. Any thoughts? I have gone through most of the trouble shooting help center instructions

i have a free trial running until March 15 but want some of the pro features and cannot find a way to activate pro right now.  do I have to completely cancel my trial subsription in order to activate pro.If I do have to cancel, will i lose all my automations?

For example, messages like a welcome message or a notification that their booking received a new review.I've been trying to do this with ManyChat, but I'm a bit confused about the correct setup.Do I need to make sure each user is subscribed to my ManyChat account first? If so, should I check whether the user is already subscribed before sending the message?Since I already have an active system with active clients, what would be the best way to handle this?I originally thought I could trigger an automation when ManyChat receives a webhook, but I couldn’t find a way to create or listen to a webhook in ManyChat.Also, I noticed that you can’t use an external request as the first step in a flow — only after another step.Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!Thanks 🙏

Hey guys, looking for help troubleshooting Instagram comment automations.My ManyChat account is connected, permissions refreshed successfully, automations are live, trigger words are correct, and it’s set to trigger on comments across any post/reel + story replies.Problem is: when someone comments the keyword, absolutely nothing happens. No DM, no trigger, nothing.I’ve already:refreshed permissions confirmed IG account is connected properly checked notifications/settings verified keyword spelling read through the different articles on thisStill not working at all.Has anyone run into this and found an actual fix?

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat-to-MailerLite integration and could really use some help.The Setup: Trigger: Instagram User comments a specific keyword, e.g., "Fix" Flow: An automatic DM is triggered asking the user for their email address. Action: The email is successfully captured in ManyChat, and an action is set to send that email data directly to MailerLite. The Problem: Everything was working perfectly for the first 135 commenters, but then it suddenly stopped. ManyChat is still successfully capturing and storing the emails. The data is just not being pushed over to MailerLite anymore. I’ve already checked my MailerLite account, and there are no issues, limits reached, or errors at that end. What I’ve Tried So Far: Refreshed the MailerLite API key. Deleted the MailerLite action from the flow and entirely recreated it. But the emails are still stuck in ManyChat and aren't moving over to MailerLite.Any advice on how to fix this is much appreciated.
