Hi, I own the Instagram account @kovira.tech (display name "Kovira").When I try to connect it to ManyChat I get "Kovira already connected toKerem OLGUN," but I cannot access that account. I re-authorized via Metaand still hit this wall, so the permission side is fine — it's a staleconnection on ManyChat's side. I have NO ManyChat account via Facebook,Apple, or Telegram, and my Google account (keremm.olgun@gmail.com) isempty with no channel. Please release/disconnect this Instagram accountfrom the old "Kerem OLGUN" account so I can connect it tokeremm.olgun@gmail.com. I can verify ownership of the Instagram account.Thanks.

Hello to ANYONE who can help!THIS IS LONG, BUT PLEASE READ! I’m so frustrated, I’ve been paying for Manychat for months, while it hasn’t been working. I haven’t had any success with the support either. It has taken forever for a support to get back to me via email, and I’ve spent hours on the chatbot doing the same thing over and over again that it suggests with NO success.I’ve almost given up on Manychat and hooked up my Stan Store auto DM to respond to my comments on IG this last 2 weeks, which worked fine too up til yesterday, when even those would not reply to the IG comment, but would still send my product to their DM. The problem is the customer doesn’t know it is in there or to check their “message request” for it, so I’ve had to go back into each individual comment and tell them to look there. My content and comments are popping off and I don’t have time to do that and am losing a ton of business with it.  I know ManyChat is the best option IF I can get it to work again, but I

Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Can someone give me a definitive answer on if manychat works with collab posts and can do this? To be clear we are the collaborator, not the original poster. Thanks!

Hello,i am a Pro customer (€39,49/month).My account reached 2500/2500 Active Contacts.I deleted many contacts, but the Active contacts counter still shows 2500/2500.New Instagram contacts are not receiving automations anymore.Can you please explain:When do deleted contacts free up Active contact slots? Do I have to wait until my billing date (June19)? Hi all - long time user here, with an odd issue. I have a fairly basic flow:specific comment word triggers DM DM offers 3 button options Each button sends response with a unique link After link, option to join mailing list with Y/N N ends flow Y checks if they are in list already, and if not goes through email collection For some reason, no matter what I do… the link and the messages that accompany it in that step are sending anywhere from 3 to 5 times on a single button press. Screenshots below. I’ve tried separating the link and the accompanying messages into different steps, I’ve tried delays and no delays, I’ve even tried adding tags + conditions in between various steps to try and stop the re-triggering. But no matter what I do… when people hit a button, e.g. “Pinehurst”… they receive the link five times consecutively, and the following message 2-3 times as well. Any ideas??? I’m stumped. 

Hi everyone 👋I’m trying to set up ManyChat so that when someone comments a keyword on a post in my Facebook Group, it automatically sends them the link in Messenger.Here’s where I’m stuck: In ManyChat, I can only see posts from my personal profile, not my Page. In my Group settings, I can’t find the option to link my Page to the Group. 👉 Has anyone here successfully set this up? Do I need to create or switch to a Business Page first? Is there a workaround if the “Linked Pages” option doesn’t show up in my group? Any step-by-step help or screenshots would be super appreciated 🙏

So far I have 1.5k contacts with about a 15% delivery rate which is awful. When I went onto the ManyChats Q&A and asked about delivery rate it was mentioned that it just means if people opened the message and not if it actually lands in their inbox. So I went out to test this and encourage people to open their messages ect. Nothing changed, same 15% overall delivery rate. I have tried without links in first message aswell and no change. There are no restrictions on my account aswell.Is anyone having/had same issue on FB? I am probably going to see which countries actually have it delivered but not sure if manychats has that information. Is it some geo location issue? (EU restrictions)?Literally cannot find anything to help with this.

ive got suspended by instagram after using manychats to automate some reels and dm … tbh i lost the trust with manychat and their talk that they are safe to use … if any one could help me to recover the account and to make sure this not happening again plz tell me

I have about 1.5 million followers online with 658,000 being directly from Instagram.  I installed Manychat about a week ago and Manychat has responded to about 3,500 comments and sent about 3,500 DMs to followers that have commented on my Instagram posts.  I just got banned from commenting on my or any Instagram posts. I’m guessing it may be because of the volume of comments that Manychat responded to or the lack of variety in them as I only had 4 variations set up to respond to comments.  So Manychat is currently not able to reply to the comments on my post but it CAN still send direct messages. Should I stop using Manychat or use it less?  I don’t want to get banned from sending DMs either and currently I’m probably sending about 500  per day.  Can someone please help me and give me best practices here and please give me some guidance on what to do to prevent this from happening again once my commenting has been restored?

I’ve been following the steps of the AI Chat Bot for hours and my Facebook and Instagram automations are still not working. I’ve also searched and worked through many of the old posts. The bot won’t connect me with an agent. I am more than willing to pay for ManyChat if it works!! Please help!!

I have it set it up to say hi, send a message, then send a free resource. It says Live and has been live for 3 days. Since sending I have recieved 25 new followers but no messages have been sent. I checked by following myself from a different account and I can confirm i didn’t receive the flow. Any Ideas?

So I created an automation that sends a DM when someone comments a specific word on my reels or stories. The first message gets triggered correctly and shows a button saying “Yes, I want this.” The person clicks on it successfully, but the second message sequence never gets triggered after that. I’m not sure why this is happening or where the issue is in the automation flow.

Hi! I had to disconnect manychat temporarily but now that I’ve connected it again, the chats aren’t synced. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions. Is there any other ways to sync chats?Cheers
