Hi everyone,I’m on the 14‑day Trial in my current workspace, but I’ve already entered my payment details and need full Pro features (especially the Broadcasting tab) immediately. Right now the sidebar still shows “TRIAL”, and Broadcasting isn’t available. The Billing page displays my card on file with a charge scheduled for the day the trial ends.Is there a way to skip/terminate the trial period and switch to the paid Pro subscription now, or must I wait until the trial expires automatically? If the only option is to contact Support, what’s the quickest path (info to provide, form link, etc.) to get them to flip the workspace from Trial to Pro?Thanks in advance for any tips!

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. Hi! My Instagram Post/Reel Comment automation is not triggering at all.My Instagram account is connected and has the required permissions. I've already refreshed Instagram permissions through ManyChat, upgraded my account from Free to a paid plan, confirmed the automation is LIVE, and confirmed the trigger is set to respond to ANY comment on a specific Reel.I've also tested the Reel with another Instagram account, and absolutely nothing happens — no public reply, no DM, and no activity/send is recorded in ManyChat.Could you please check whether there is an issue with my Instagram/ManyChat connection or the Post/Reel Comment trigger on the backend and reconnect/reset it if necessary?Thank you!

This morning I was able to edit a ManyChat automation, and an hour later I received an email saying that my subscription had expired because apparently the last payment couldn't be processed. But that's not true—all payments are in order, my account is fully funded, and I still have 5 days left on my subscription.At the same time, I can no longer log in to ManyChat; I get the following error:{“0”:“Access denied”,“state”:true}What happened? Was I banned?

This was working fine a few days ago but now when I Preview the Automation for Facebook Messenger I only get past the first questions and then it just hangs and does not advance. I have refreshed Facebook permissions and no change, and have also checked that the automation is published and live. See screenshot. I have to believe it has something to do with Facebook since this automation worked fine the other day. Any help is appreciated!! 

Hi Everyone!A quick question about whatsapp and pricing plans.Does the Active Contacts limit included in the plan count WhatsApp contacts as well, or only Messenger / Instagram / other channels?Specifically:1. If the same person contacts me on Instagram and on WhatsApp, are they counted once or twice?2. Is a WhatsApp contact counted as "active" only when they interact within the billing month, or as soon as they are in my audience?3. Do WhatsApp contacts I import (rather than ones who message me first) count towards the limit?I'm already using Manychat for Facebook and Instagram and I'm evaluating whether to move my WhatsApp automation over as well, so I need to understand whether that would push me over the included threshold.Thanks!

I was a manychat user back in 2018 and I stop using it, now that I am back, everything is so different. Anyone willing to help me navigate around Manychat so I can quickly get up the speed. Of course I will compensate you for you time. I want to connect it with my Ads on Meta and also get phone numbers or maybe invite them in my skool community or Whatsapp Group. Use Broadcast the right way without violating the rules etc. Let me know.

Hi everyone, after two and a half years of organic growth on Instagram I thought it was time to up my game with manychat, only to get shadowban for using manychar, could anyone help me solve this problem, please? This is quite maddening, I’ve just payed for a service that has jeopardised all my work.Thank you in advanced, greetings from Spain. 

I have my Meta Business account connected with ManyChat and it was running fine up to now. Then I received an email from Meta saying my Meta Bussiness account got restricted because “It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules.This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity.”I’m requesting Meta to lift up the restriction, but is there anything should I can do in the future to avoid my account getting restricted again? 

I tested this for 12 hours, I have the trial and I had to upgrade my trial unfortunately because of what happened. The problem was that the platform added 170 new contacts to my plan, but the actual number of accounts that got the message was maybe 20. I’m afraid this tool will send messages to bots, etc. Compared to the 'comment a word' automation, this feels like losing my monthly contact so fast and I went close to the limit for nothing. I regret even running it for 12 hours :( I Wonder if there is any way to repost this? Or did I just loose the contacts for non working tool? 

Does anyone know why URLs and QR codes as a trigger went away. I can see just 4 months ago people were able to use them and this app is useless to me as only a social media tool.  I want to be able to get people on my list at networking events and speaking engagements and I don’t want them to find some random post and leave a comment just to do a quiz I spent time creating.  As we can see with TikTok all social media platforms are not promised to us and if one of them goes down our entire funnel can be broken. It feels like because they can collaborated with Meta they have changed the features to force you to only be on social media tool use them. I want the option to do both. I want to be able to text a link, include it in an email, create a QR code. Not everyone is on FG/IG and certainly not the other platforms. I focus on YouTube and putting a link in the description would be helpful since they don’t have DM options.  This is frustrating!

I created a brand-new automation → User comments on your Post or Reel → selected Any post or reel → entered trigger keywords and continued to the DM setup.My workspace never displays the “Exclude certain words” option that your documentation and AI assistant mention.Could you please confirm whether this feature has been removed, is still being rolled out, or is unavailable for my account?

I dont see import emails on my end I’m not sure do I go inside the automations?

Hey, I set up comment keyword to receive guide automation on Facebook, and people have to write their emails, which should trigger automatically that they are added to sequence on KIT. It works flawlessly on instagram, but on messanger it just doesnt trigger the email, although collection field is set as email for their reply. Any ideas? :) 

Hello!Free plan for Ukraine is just only for individuals, not for business? I register my 2 account - one private - its free, another for business - is payable. Or I did smth wrong?

So far I have 1.5k contacts with about a 15% delivery rate which is awful. When I went onto the ManyChats Q&A and asked about delivery rate it was mentioned that it just means if people opened the message and not if it actually lands in their inbox. So I went out to test this and encourage people to open their messages ect. Nothing changed, same 15% overall delivery rate. I have tried without links in first message aswell and no change. There are no restrictions on my account aswell.Is anyone having/had same issue on FB? I am probably going to see which countries actually have it delivered but not sure if manychats has that information. Is it some geo location issue? (EU restrictions)?Literally cannot find anything to help with this.

Our production WhatsApp channel is down, so this is time-sensitive.After re-authorizing the Manychat integration in Meta to fix my Instagram connection, WhatsApp disconnected. Reconnection now fails at the final step of the wizard with "Something went wrong."Root cause (confirmed): in Meta Business Manager → Billing Hub → Credit lines, Manychat's credit line allocation shows "Access removed" but is still attached to my WABA. Meta rejects sharing a new credit line while the stale one is attached. Meta support confirmed in writing that only Manychat (the BSP) can remove this allocation — I can't delete it from my side.Already ruled out: Meta authorization is OK, no payment method on the WABA, currency USD, 2FA not involved (fails before the PIN step).Action needed: remove the stale credit line allocation and re-share Manychat's credit line with the existing WABA (not a new one).Ticket: 539380 (Pro plan).​@cata_rendon

We noticed that an “Offers and announcements” message is appearing in our chatbot, even though we did not add this in our automation. Most of our customers are receiving it, and we do not want users to see information that is not part of our chatbot flow.At the moment, we are not sure where this message is coming from or how to disable it. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently, or does anyone know what might be causing it and how to turn it off? It has been happening in our chatbot over the past few days.

Hi everyone,I've been experiencing an issue since I started using ManyChat, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.When people comment on my Instagram post, ManyChat triggers the automation, and they receive the notification saying that I sent them a message. However, when they open the chat, there is no actual message. They just see something like "sent a message," but the message itself never appears, so they can't access the link or continue the conversation.This has happened maaaany times, and people often end up messaging me to tell me they never received anything, even though they got the notification.I'm worried these are just wasted leads because they never get the automated message.Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a known Instagram/ManyChat issue, and is there any way to prevent or fix it?Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hey there - we are launching a new chapter page for our company - @sobersupper.atl - and when I go to connect ManyChat with the account, it says the password is wrong. I then changed the password to confirm I knew it was correct, and it still said it was incorrect. I changed it a second time just to be even more sure, and still - it says the password is wrong. I tried to connect it via meta - access denied. Then I selected the option to connect it via Instagram - access denied. Please help ASAP, as we are launching the new page this week. Thank you!

I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly. But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support.
