I’m trying to figure out if there’s any way to obtain a WhatsApp user’s geolocation using Manychat.At the moment, the only user-related data I can access is the last input message, so even if the user sends their location via WhatsApp, I’m not able to capture or process it as structured data.I also considered an alternative approach where the user manually sends their exact address, and then consuming an external geolocation API (Google Maps, Mapbox, etc.) to resolve coordinates. However, before going that route, I wanted to ask: Does Manychat provide any native way to capture WhatsApp location data? Is there any workaround, integration, or custom development approach that could make this possible? Any insights, experiences, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙌

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great!

Is there a way to keep track of the Post ID that someone commented on with IG or FB?  I am always wondering what posts are actually getting the most people involved but I don’t have the data point to do so!

I noticed that there are times when the Get Updates button to subscribe to a Messenger list does not trigger or show up even though it’s part of my flow.Is this a bug or is there a limit for Get Updates button to only show once (for example) in every 24 hours for a contact?

Hey everyone.I’m running into an issue where within my automation, I’m trying to send two external request to my GoHighLevel account, and no matter what I do, the second one will not fire.I have tried moving it, putting it behind a time delay, even switching to a second request URL with a separate webhook URL from GoHighLevel.No luck at all.Does anyone have any idea what might be going on or what the solution might be?Thanks in advance!Justyn

Post content:Hi everyone,I’m running into an intermittent delivery issue with ManyChat API and would really appreciate some insights from the community or the ManyChat team.Setup Platform: Facebook Messenger API used: POST /fb/sending/sendContent Message type: Image + text + quick reply API is called from n8n HTTP response from ManyChat: success / 200 OK Subscriber ID is valid and active The issue In the morning, everything works perfectly: Flow runs smoothly API sends messages successfully Users receive image + text as expected However, in the evening, delivery becomes unreliable: Sometimes the message is delivered Sometimes it is NOT delivered at all n8n still reports the request as successful No error response from ManyChat API This happens even though: Subscribers are active They have recently interacted Message volume is very low (definitely not near 5 requests/minute) Same payload structure is used every time Additional context T

Hi, What is going on with the new pricing structure?It’s confusing, previously you paid for active contacts within your account and these accumulated.Now its based on the number of contacts who are engaged during that monthly billing period? Is that correct.That may work out cheaper for some but the cost per contact is substantially higher.Previously you had a pricing calculator (slider) but that's now been removed.Am I seeing this correctly??

I’d like to talk with other artist about how they use Manychat. I mostly see Insta Growth accounts using Manychat. And often talking about astronomical numbers they have reached. Do you think these numbers are true or are they making them up for clout??Are any artist using Manychat to build relationships or just send people to their website? My card is working and active. I have made payments to manychat using the same card for the previosu months as well but since yesterday - even though i renew subscription (pay with link and pay without link - tried both methods), it processes the card successfully only to bring me back on the dashboard page and there i see the renew subscription message again. No error, no payment failed, no card declined message -  just shows me the the renew subscription message box again. This is a business critical issue for me - need this enabled so that i can set my workflows live. Notw: i have used the same card to make payments for the previosu month as welland i have followed the instructions in this link as well - “https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15404249418524-Payment-issues-for-Manychat-users-in-India” but still not working.

How are doing follow ups with this 24h restriction?People are all the time in their phones not emails so i want to nurture AND CONVERT THEM INSIDE MANYCHAT and this happens every 3 days at first then every 5 daysCan you share how are you doing so or template that i can use Thank you

I created a system with manychat + n8n. However, manychat gives random data without waiting for the data coming from n8n.What kind of solution can I apply for this?When I asked GPT about the issue, it said that manychat is timing out, so it does not wait for the data from n8n.

I tried to create an automation where: User comments on my reel  User gets a DM from me. The message will be like “Hey thanks for the interest. Could you tell me abit about your goals and challenges? this will help me see if my coaching is the right fit for you”  Wait for user to reply.  When they reply, I send another message: “Thank you, I will get back to you ASAP”  If they don’t reply, I don’t send the second message. Its not working because its asking me to mark the message as “Private Reply”. And when I marked as Private reply, it can only send the first message and use the button to trigger the second message.  Any one having the same issue or if anyone have any suggestions, pls let me know. I’d appreciate it! 

Hey guys, is it possible that I can manually add a tag to multiple contacts and that will work as a trigger for my new automation flow. Actually we are providing a free demo session, so for the people who registered and joined the demo session online and I want to send them the message.  As manychat won’t be able to know who joined and who did not (atleast without the Zoom API and I don’t want to dig deeper for now as it is our first time), I am thinking to manually add the tag to the ones who joined. Now that “Tag is applied to a Contact” will work as a trigger and the automation message is sent to them automatically and the flow is being continued.  I tried this… but it is not working. I have checked all the basic things to make sure I am not doing some mistake.

I am unable to configure the Goal Conversions API. I followed Manychat's step-by-step instructions to configure it, but every time I enter my Data Set ID and the Token generated by META, it always gives an error saying “Invalid conversion API credentials”. How to solve this problem?

Hello,  When the automation (When someone new follows you trigger) is active and (When someone comments on) also.And the user first starts the automation When someone comments on and then within 10 seconds clicks on follow button. Normal the automation When someone new follows you trigger will start. Is there a way that the automations not overwwrite.  Hope you understand what i mean ;) Thank you

Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with an issue where Quick Replies are not working at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Refreshed permissions multiple times Removed and re-activated my Facebook/Instagram page several times Double-checked my automations and blocks to make sure there are no empty steps or button conflicts Despite doing all of this, Quick Replies still do not appear or function.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any guidance from the ManyChat team would be greatly appreciated.
