I also noticed that under my account settings, the Website channel doesn’t appear as an available option.Is this feature no longer supported?Or is it available only for the workspace owner or certain plans?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Hello community! I want to know, if Whatsapp users that interact with my account and send messages count as contacts or if they are kept separate. Also, if I already have an existing contact list of Whatsapp users that have interacted with me, can I import them in Manychat and would I have to get their permission to send them messages again, even though I got that permission in the past? Pessoal, migrei minha estrutura pro manychat e no momento farei só campanhas para o whatsapp pelo meta ads; minha pergunta é, eu consigo ver de qual anúncio um lead veio subindo a conversa olhando no início da conversa?Percebi que tem a função “O usuário seleciona o anúncio para iniciar uma conversa no WhatsApp” e no gatilho coloco o ou os anúncios; o problema seria ficar adicionando sempre anúncios novos nesse gatilho ou ficar retirando anúncios que não estão perfomando bem. E para esse cenário, caso eu coloque todos os meus anúncios aqui para dar início a esse mesmo fluxo na automação, o manychat me falaria em qual anúncio esse lead veio? Grato.

Hello. I am trying to set up an automation where someone comments “train” on my Instagram post. When this happens, I want them to get a message asking them if it is ok to send a lead magnet (the next step is to get their email address, but I haven’t gotten that far yet).When someone comments “train”, they get the message, but the button that I have to ask for their ok to move on the the next message where I get their email address is not working (it just reloads the Instagram message page).They are getting stuck in the first step right after the trigger. Here is a screenshot of how I have the first “send message box” above set up...can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hello, Just started with ManyChats. I am confused with what a “contact” means. If I have my set audience and followers, and they engage in my content and continue to use various “trigger words” for various automation replies, will each time they “trigger” count as a new contact, or do they get stored as a saved contact that does not affect the 500-1000 free contacts you get with the first subscription tier. I can’t seem to find an answer to this in the FAQ. Thank you, Luci
Configurei 3 automações com envio de mensagem inbox, caso o usuário comente o reels no Instagram e os seguidores estão recebendo a mensagem que eu havia configurado alguns meses atrás. Acontece que a promoção que eu envio inbox, mudou. Fiz alteração na automação mas os usuários continuam recebendo a mensagem antiga. Verifiquei e foi salva, consta como nova, mas quando verifico as últimas mensagens enviadas, o texto é o antigo. Em algumas outras automações, nos últimos 5 dias, o sistema parece que parou de trabalhar. Alguém poderia me dar um help, por favor? Obrigado.

Hey Manychat community, i’m having trouble stopping messages from sending if someone clicks the link multiple times. So with the links, I thought tagging would work to stop this, but it isn’t, so for example, if someone clicks the first link, they get tagged and then a 2nd message 1 minute later. I’m having issues where someone will clicked the 1st link on 3 separate days, and then they got the same message (message #5) 3 separate times. I’m wondering how i can prevent that as people keep coming back to the first guide i send and clicking it. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

O padrão de data está no padrão dos Estados Unidos. A data está em um campo de usuário de data e hora e coloquei o campo em um modelo de mensagem, mas por mais que eu configure o modelo de mensagem para o idioma português, o formato continua no padrão americano.
