E a mesma mensagem apareceu. Tentamos usando google chrome e via microsoft edge. E a mesma mensagem apareceu. “Não conseguimos autenticar o método de pagamento. Escolha um método de pagamento diferente e tente novamente.”Vocês sabem sair desse looping? Como podemos resolver? Tentando a sorte abrindo um ticket com o suporte, mas demoram muito a responder.

So I have a 3 step automation where the user gotta click a button for the next step to be sent. But most of the time they dont click the second button and just type in a question or something and the flow does not deliver the last step.Anyway to have it “answered” by sending the remaining part of the flow?

Hi! I use Bitrix24 CRM, which is already connected to my Instagram and Facebook accounts.I would like to use Manychat to collect customer information through Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger and automatically fill in custom fields in my existing Bitrix24 dealsHow can I set up this integration between Manychat and Bitrix24 so that the collected information is automatically saved in the correct existing deal, without creating duplicate deals?Could you please provide step-by-step instructions?

Hi everyone, I know that sometimes Comment Replies can be going out slower, but now DMs after somebody comments have been missing in large number of cases.Leads would comment the right keyword, for the first time on that post, all of that. Manychat permissions have also been refreshed yesterday. Does anybody else keep having that bug, and if so, I’m curious how have you been able to solve itThis is seriously impacting our business, as both this and new follower automation haven’t been working for months now

Is anyone using MailChimp with ManyChat? Can you advise on the setup? It seems like MailChimp plus is added but none of the emails are flowing to MailChimp. And I don’t see the API link on MailChimp. The Support at MailChimp has recommended that I seek help with ManyChat as it’s a third-party tool and they can’t identify the issue on their side.  Just a quick background:  I’ve also create a Zap for the workflow but it’s showing an error on Zapier that email is null. However, I see that there’re users who have provided emails on the ManyChat automation.    Are you using MailChimp Plus under Apps? I don’t see ‘Integrations’ as an option in Settings. The last update on this topic was 2 years ago so I reckon some things have changed on the platform.

I created a flow to DM new followers in Tik tok a while back. Now I can’t seem to find it so I can edit.

A automação “DINHEIRO” funciona. O que devo verificar?

Hi Guys! I attended all 3 webinars from Elaine and can’t find the recordings. I remember getting them in email, but still can’t find it. I came here to check, but no success. Can you guys get me the links to all three?I really want to digest about the 3 types of posts she was talking about, and want to sit with it to find out for myself how is that going to work out. Want to create vids that support all three, but mainly the first type which has lots of views so I can get reach.Thank you in advance! Cheers,Tomi

Hi everyone,My Instagram @bfaconsultoresfinancieros can’t be connected to my ManyChat account (emilbaez26@gmail.com). It keeps showing “already connected / Request sent”, and my dashboard says “You don’t have a channel.”After investigating, I found the cause: the channel is linked to a different ManyChat account created under bfaredessociales@gmail.com, and that account is tied to a Facebook profile that Meta has disabled/banned, so it is completely inaccessible via login. I can’t get into it to disconnect the channel myself.I own all the legitimate assets: the Instagram @bfaconsultoresfinancieros (professional account), the Facebook Page “BFA Consultores Financieros”, and the Meta Business Portfolio “BFA Consultores” (I’m admin). I already removed ManyChat from my Meta Business Integrations and re-authorized through Meta, but the channel still won’t appear because it’s locked to the inaccessible/banned account.Could a moderator or staff please unlink/release this Instagram channel so

Hello,I want to know if I’m the only one with the issue but the metrics to our automations are not updating correctly therefore I cannot see the true number of “Sent” “Clicks” “CTR”, etc. This started to happen about a month ago. For example, the following Instagram Post has 38 comments with successful automation launch but my ManyChat profile only shows 1 sent.

I already have a REPLY to a trigger word set up for my Reels. Will that flow fire off automatically for my Ads? OR do I have to set it up separately for replies to my Ads? Sometimes people comment under the Ad and they do not go through the landing page.

Hello ManyChat Community,My Instagram account @mehmetdemirmekanaliz is already connected to a ManyChat workspace, but I cannot identify or access that workspace.I own the Instagram account and currently have a ManyChat workspace called "İmza Gayrimenkul ve Yatırım Danışmanlığı".I am using the Free plan, so human ticket support is unavailable. How can I recover access to the original workspace without losing my existing automations?Thank you for your help.

Hi! None of my Instagram automations are sending messages anymore: not “Say hi to new followers” and not my comment keyword automations. In Instagram, Manychat showed as “Expired” under Apps and websites. My Facebook Page wasn’t linked to my Instagram account, so I linked it again and refreshed permissions in Manychat. Manychat now shows Instagram as connected and Manychat is active in Facebook Business Integrations, but a test comment with my keyword still gets no DM. How can I fix this?

Dear Manychat Support Team,I am writing to kindly request a review and removal of a device hardware ID restriction on my account.Previously, my brother logged into his account using my personal device, and his account was subsequently banned. I recently realized that his session was still active on one of my devices, which caused my devices/IP to be included in the automated block.I have now completely logged out of his account, cleared all app data, and removed browser cookies across all my devices. My account (mimogja4447@gmail.com) is completely independent, and I strictly follow Manychat's terms of service.Could you please lift the device restriction from my devices so I can manage my account and channels properly?Account Email: mimogja4447@gmail.comDevices: iPhone 17, iPhone se2022, iPad 2025Thank you for your support.

Hello ManyChat Support,I'm experiencing an issue with both "Say Hi to New Followers" and the Follow Gate inside a Comment-to-DM automation. Before contacting support, I completed all the recommended troubleshooting steps:Reconnected Instagram using the new Unified Instagram Onboarding. Refreshed Instagram permissions successfully. Confirmed my Instagram account is a Professional account. Confirmed the automation is Live. Configured "Say Hi to New Followers" with a 5-minute delay. Waited more than 10 minutes after following. To rule out any contact or automation limitations, I also performed the following test:Created a completely new Instagram account. The account had never followed my profile before. It had never commented on any post. It had never sent me a DM. It had never received any ManyChat automation. It simply followed my Instagram account. I waited more than 10 minutes.Result: No welcome DM was sent.I also tested the Follow Gate inside a Comment-to-DM flow. After following my a
