Ask and troubleshoot

Just trying to set up the most simplest automation “Auto-DM links from comments” but I keep getting “Looks like there’s no connection” and when i click “try again”, a red error message “instagram channel is not active” comes up. Everything is connected! Very frustrating - any help out there would be much appreciated! ;)

Hola comunidad, soy nuevo en este rubro. les pongo en contexto.Estoy creando un bot para una colchoneria y va todo bien el siguiente flujo, que filtra si el cliente no contesta (lo manda a un embudo de remarketing), si pregunta horarios usa un condicional mandandole un mensaje con los horarios, y si pregunta por algun producto lo manda a PRODUCTOS y hago ahi otra CLASIFICACION MAS CON UN GET REQUEST en donde etiqueta si quiere un colchon o producto de 1 plaza , 2 plazas, accesorios como almohadas etc. La verdad estoy hace 3 dias sin dormir buscandole la forma. La idea mia es la siguienteAntes habia hecho un solo AISTEP y le puse todos los precios en el contexto pero tiene un LIMITE DE CARACTERES, lo cual me hizo llegar hasta donde estoy hoy (estructurarlo). En resumen es hacer un vendedor tipo empleado que responda todas las consultas e induzca a las ventas.Logre que el bot cuando el cliente pase datos lo guarde en un EXCEL con nombre, direccion y t

Hello, Just started with ManyChats. I am confused with what a “contact” means. If I have my set audience and followers, and they engage in my content and continue to use various “trigger words” for various automation replies, will each time they “trigger” count as a new contact, or do they get stored as a saved contact that does not affect the 500-1000 free contacts you get with the first subscription tier. I can’t seem to find an answer to this in the FAQ. Thank you, Luci 

Estou com problemas na minha conta Pro, o Manichat nao esta entregando nenhuma resposta aos comentários dos meus reels . O que pode ser? 

Configurei 3 automações com envio de mensagem inbox, caso o usuário comente o reels no Instagram e os seguidores estão recebendo a mensagem que eu havia configurado alguns meses atrás. Acontece que a promoção que eu envio inbox, mudou. Fiz alteração na automação mas os usuários continuam recebendo a mensagem antiga. Verifiquei e foi salva, consta como nova, mas quando verifico as últimas mensagens enviadas, o texto é o antigo. Em algumas outras automações, nos últimos 5 dias, o sistema parece que parou de trabalhar. Alguém poderia me dar um help, por favor? Obrigado.

Saludos comunidad. Teno un problema con una de mis automatizaciones. Fue importada desde una escuela donde estudié. El editarla, todo se guarda muy bien, le hago la prueba de funcionamiento en el editor y en Instagram. El problema es que al salir del editor, e intentar la prueba desde otra cuenta que tengo, sigue saliendo el flujo original. Cuando entro a ver la automatización, sigue siendo la original, pero al tocar el botón de editar sale la versión actualizada, no me deja duplicarla ni pegarla en otra página. Guardo todos los cambios y vuelve a lo mismo, solo cambia el nombre y los disparadores ¿Qué puedo hacer?

I have set up an automation where people wil comment on a post to get a DM, how do I then send a follow up message to these people 5-7 days later to see how they found my resource? 

I’d like to run keyword comment automations on 2 IG posts.Can I use the same keyword for both IG posts? will the corresponding UTM link be sent to commentors? Thanks! 

Hey Manychat community, i’m having trouble stopping messages from sending if someone clicks the link multiple times. So with the links, I thought tagging would work to stop this, but it isn’t, so for example, if someone clicks the first link, they get tagged and then a 2nd message 1 minute later. I’m having issues where someone will clicked the 1st link on 3 separate days, and then they got the same message (message #5) 3 separate times. I’m wondering how i can prevent that as people keep coming back to the first guide i send and clicking it. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Why can't I rename an Account once created?  I looked around but can’t find any option to do so not even under Manage Accounts.

Hi.  I need help with the referral link automation. I set up the referral link as my IG bio link. The user is supposed to click the link in bio, which will then send them a DM with a link to sign up for the free ebook i am offering as a lead magnet. Bom dia, usuários do Manychat :)Será que existe a possibilidade de apresentar o calendário e o fuso horário corretamente para os países de língua portuguesa? O padrão de data está no padrão dos Estados Unidos.  A data está em um campo de usuário de data e hora e coloquei o campo em um modelo de mensagem, mas por mais que eu configure o modelo de mensagem para o idioma português, o formato continua no padrão americano.

why is the key word not triggering for all facebook posts, it used to, and i haven't changed anything. it is set up the same, but im having to manually message everyone with the link

Until recently, everything was working fine, but after connecting my Instagram account to my Facebook account, the automation stopped working.Currently, the Facebook account has already been disconnected from Instagram and the automation has been reconfigured, but it still does not work correctly.I kindly ask for help in solving this problem.

Hey guys, I’ve got an issue where I’ve had to create two accounts as can't seem to link the Instagram account at the sane time as the Facebook. When I created my Many Chat account I set up the Insta and got an automation working, but then when I went to link Facebook it asks me to log into Facebook then swaps to a new Many Chat account in which it made me sign up again. Not sure what to do as the Instagram and Facebook are the same brand. Hope that makes sense :-)

Hi, I created a quiz where you get different recommendations based on your response (I used tags to segment this). I am stuck on the final step. At the end of the quiz, I am trying to have certain response generate based on the users selections. I don’t know how to make the conditions flow so that based on your answer, you get the correct response.Is there a way to link (1) Instagram message to multiple conditions at once? and if not, how do I get this condition flow to work properly? I originally had the conditions stacked vertically, but did not see an option to attached the (1) Instagram message of “Okay you’re all dome” to all the the different conditions to generate the results, so I switched to a horizontal method you see below... 

I have a PRO ManyChat account connected to all my Instagram profiles. Each profile has its own ManyChat account, at the tabs on left side of the website. If I create a Reels post using the "collab" feature between my own profiles, will the automation still work—specifically the comment triggers? Do I need to set up the exact same automation on each ManyChat account of each IG? Here’s my strategy: I want all my posts to be collaborative between 2 or 3 of my profiles. So if the main profile publishes the Reels and the automation works there, will the secondary profile (that accepts the collab) also would works (trigger the comment-based automation)?? My idea is making sure the exact same trigger is active on all profiles and nothing goes wrong. Should I accept the collab first, or can I select the post inside ManyChat before accepting the collab? Thanks for your help!

I want to know that I want to send messages to WhatsApp customers in the same broad. For example, I need to send three messages today with a three-hour interval. Can I make three messages in the same broad? No button is needed. Then is it calculated as one price or one message per price?
