Hola, estaré sin conexión pronto y quiero seguir avanzando con los flujos. Probé quitar el wifi de mi computador para modificar y sí se puede, pero luego arroja un error de conexión (Dice: “Algo salió mal en el servidor. Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo.”). Alguien sabe si se pueden modificar los flujos de manera offline y luego se guarda cuando se vuelve a conectar? o queda en el punto donde último tuve conexión?  Muchas gracias

Explico el problema.- Quiero evitar que me de error una automatización por culpa que un usuario introduzca datos que ManyChat no acepta y ManyChat me pause la automatización y deje de funcionar para el resto de usuarios.- En ocasiones me encuentro que algún usuario se vuelve a registrar de nuevo en mi web, eso provoca que vuelva a lanzarle la función CreateSubscriber de ManyChat.- En mi cuenta de ManyChat sólo puedo guardar el Whatsapp ID (Teléfono de Whatsapp), pero no el Teléfono.- He creado una campo personalizado "phone_cliente" (field_id=13170369) donde guardo el teléfono del cliente.- Desde Make hago que el teléfono tenga que incluir un 34 delante pero pueden seguir colándose errores como un teléfono inventado...- Desde Make el siguiente paso era hacer un HTTP Make a request GET donde utilizo la URl https://api.manychat.com/fb/subscriber/findByCustomField?field_id=13170369&field_value=[Teléfono] y busco a ver si lo encuentra- El pr

Please how to do I check the status of my ticket on my account?

I have just signed up with the free plan to test manychat. I sent a message to the linked whatsapp number. I can see the message in the live chat tab (area) but I cannot reply. It keeps giving me an error message to activate pro as marketing pro subscription is required to perform this automation. If I cannot live chat in free, what can I do?

¡Hola!Hace poco mi número de WhatsApp Business fue suspendido por Meta por error, el problema fue resuelto luego de una apelación. Todo fue un error de los sistemas de Meta. Sin embargo, ahora estoy teniendo dificultades para volver a conectar mi número de WhatsApp Business con ManyChat. Actualmente mis automatizaciones no funcionan debido a ese error, ya refresqué y nada, sigue sin funcionar. Alguien que me pueda ayudar, por favor.

Hello, I’m just getting started with manychat on my instagram page.  I’ve been observing that the opening DM with the link (“send me the link”) doesn’t work on desktop instagram apps. Only mobile.  Clicking that link in the desktop app only refreshes the chat page, without advancing to the next step of the automation.  Can anyone confirm if this is normal behaviour?  Any suggestions to fix it?(if you want to test it you can comment on the reel at https://instagram.com/theprocomposer)Thank you!Robbie 

I did a lead magnet on instagram and got a lot of emails to my direct messages, too many to copy and paste to a spreadsheet. When I am in contacts I can see the emails if I go into each contact, but how do I export the emails all at once so I don’t have to copy and paste them over to my CRM? 

ManyChat is replying to the wrong posts. For example, I posted a reel today, and whenever someone commented, it replied with an automated “Sent to your DM’s!” message. The problem is that I did not set any automations up for this new post, and none of the words in the comments made by followers were keywords attached to any automation I had created. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

If connected to ManyChat via WhatsApp Business Coexistence, can I continue to receive and make calls on the WhatsApp Business App?I know all other forms of connection will probably not allow me access to voice calls anymore. We are a small local business owner, and certain features on WhatsApp Business App is very important for us - think Voice Calls. Some customers (and demographics) prefer to call us over message. That being said, we still want to use automation to help with certain top related questions. I was excited to find that WhatsApp Coexistence finally existed. To make sure the platform and Coexistence feature suits us, I have been reading up on the feature (both at ManyChat, Facebook Developer, and other platforms). Ive been using many chat since 2023 and never had any trouble with my automations.My strategist has always been the person responsible for the hardest flows  but the regular ones for leads, landing pages etc… I used to doit myself. She got out last year and Ive stopped to use many chat for a while. This year I came back and set up my automation for capture informations through a form. The first one it works. They had to comment "Pilares" to receive a message. After that all the automations just STOPED to work. Nothing works. That one should work for any reels and it didnt. And any other that I've been trying to create since then. I need help.

assim que criei a conta assinei o pro, foi cobrado 149 mês, mas tive a surpresa de ser cobrado para o dia 10/07 um valor de 449. A duvida é este valor será cobrado a partir do proximo mês ou já sera cobrado devido a quantidade de contatos que subiu do whats? Outra pergunta, como eu posso voltar para o plano inicial de 149 e como faço a exclusão das 2.500 contatos que foram importados indevidamente do whats, pois não tenho como arcar o custo de 449.

Hola comunidad, saludos! Recientemente, estoy intentando vincular el WhatsApp business app de uno de mis clientes con Manychat.Pero al momento de intentar vincular el número me sale este error, cabe aclarar que el número de WhatsApp es un número nuevo.Respecto a esto tengo una duda que es cuánto es el tiempo mínimo que tiene que tener una cuenta de WhatsApp Business para que se pueda vincular como coexistencia con Manychat?Un abrazo!
