I want to know how to delete the WhatsApp number that ManyChat provides when opening the account, as they charge me 0.66 cents for this, but I am no longer using it because I entered my own number. I don't know how to cancel this subscription.

Estou aprendendo a mexer na plataforma e assinei um wpp do manychat por 0,66 centavos de dolar. Caso eu queria cancelar essa assinatura o que eu preciso fazer? Não achei.

Estoy configurando el chatbot, pero cuando lo pruebo para mencionar el nombre del cliente, no lo reconoce. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar esto? 

Hello team,  I’m so familiar with manychat since I was a social media manager at a company last year, I created Manychat Account for them and created many automations for them.  now I want to use the knowledge to make money, how can I manage multiple FB/IG pages on Manychat without asking my clients to make me their page admin, is there a secure way to do so? I know each client has has to have a specific ManyChat account weather its Instagram or Facebook, I want to work as a freelance only to make them bots, broadcasts and more of Manychat services.  Is it possible? Thank you for your assistance 

Twilio assigned me a phone number for WhatsApp but for SMS required me to get one from Twilio… could we use the same number both for SMS & for WhatsApp?

I have an automation set up, so when a follower sends me a message with a keyword, it triggers an automation. After that, I start the conversation with the Follower. But sometimes the user sends that keyword in their messages again, and my automation gets triggered again. Since this happens, when I’m not active in the conversation, the 30 minutes pause function does not solve the problem. Is there a way to stop followers from entering one automation multiple times?

Tudo bem com vocês? Eu gostaria de receber um orçamento do Plano Elite do Manychat para implementar em um de nossos clientes aqui da agência, pois precisamos de 8 ‘live chat agents’, o que o plano Pro não permite pois é limitado a 3.Já enviei uma solicitação através da página inicial de contratação e recebi a resposta, por e-mail, nesse sentido, em resumo: “Você provavelmente não precisa desse plano.” Alguém saberia me dizer algum outro contato do Manychat que posso conseguir um orçamento personalizado?  Desde já agradeço grandemente!

Buenos diasSoy nueva con Manychat y aún no he comenzado. Lo usaría con InstagramAlguien me puede explicar como es el plan gratuito? Y como se contabilizan los contactos luego? Entiendo que son mil contactos gratis. esto significa que cuando una persona entra a una automatizacion pasa a ser un nuevo contacto?Y luego, cuando se llega a los 1000 y se siguen sumando contactos se pasa al plan pago. Por lo que veo en la pagina dice que hasta 2500 contactos con el plan pro son 25 dol al mes. Esto corresponde al plan de hasta 2500 contactos que entren al flujo, verdad? Si todos los meses entran contactos hasta 2500 pagaría 25 o los contactos se suman? Es decir… cuando tenga el contacto 2501 (aunque en el mes se sumen 4) pagaría 45?Es que no quiero liarla. Muchas gracias

Não consigo conectar conta do Instagram pelo meu Celular Samsung A53. Clico em Conectar Instagram, aí aparece a a opção "continue em Instagram". Clico na opção,entro no aplicativo Instagram e nada acontece! Simplesmente nada! Como é fácil conectar o Instagram né? É mais fácil em minha situação trocar a senha do Instagram 10 vezes do que conectar o Instagram ao Many Chat.

Actualmente tengo un numero de telefono que utilizamos en la empresa. Es un Whatsapp Business. Este numero ya esta vinculado a Facebook para las campañas que hacemos en redes sociales, pero ahora queremos utilizar el mismo numero para ManyChat y asi automatizar los chats. Entonces, ¿como puedo vincular ese mismo numero telefonico en ambas plataformas? 

Hi all, I’ve just setup my manychat account. I’m still on the free version. I’m trying to use manychat mobile to reply on whatsapp however it says “You can’t send messages from this Manychat account. Please log in to Manychat’s web version and follow the instructions to resolve this.” Does this mean it is not possible? Or is there something i need to do to set this up?

Hello,I need some urgent help.I’ve been using Manychat for months with pretty much no issues.I’m running a keyword comment trigger that DMs the user and then collects email in exchange for me sending them a free guide.I’ve been receiving an influx of comments over the past weeksOut of nowhere about 24 hours ago, my account stopped auto-replying to comments and it stopped sending out DMs to everyone. It basically just completely stopped working.I have went through all of the troubleshooting, refreshing permissions, and anything else I could find.Can someone please help me? This is really hurting my business.Thank you for your support very much. 

Hola a todos! Recientemente comencé a usar las automatizaciones de Manychat para el envío de mensajes por DM para personas que hacen click en alguno de mis anuncios de Instagram. Estoy buscando que luego de llegar al último paso de la conversación, se le aplique una etiqueta a esos contactos. Hasta ahora eso lo pude lograr sin problemas. Lo próximo que quiero hacer es poder empezar a capturar información personal sobre los contactos con esa etiqueta, como su nombre, email o número de teléfono y exportar esa información utilizando la API para enviarlo a mi CRM. Es posible hacer esto? Muchas gracias!

I’m facing an issue where messages sent through ManyChat automation workflows for Messenger aren’t appearing in Bitrix24’s open channels. However, messages sent manually or outside of the automation workflows do show up correctly. Has anyone experienced this problem or knows how to resolve it?

WhatsApp broadcast frequently encounters with message not delivered, this started happening about a month ago, why is this? Technical support keep telling me is because the user blocked us, which is not true. Why would multiple clients request for us to contact them and blocked us? Our normal WhatsApp account is able to reach these clients.

Esta cuenta es muy, muy activa y cada día que este down es bien grave Se afecta el Canal de WA asociado? Porque sólo nos interesa usar ManyChat para que el Canal aparezca en la búsqueda de canales de WhatsApp 

Now I am trying to start a flow via Make automation. But now it says Flow does not exists. But I grabbed it from the top URL like it said and still nothing.

Right now I have it set up, where when someone updates their email in ManyChat, it sends that new email address over to the email marketing platform (in this case to Drip via Zap). But what it does is create a brand new contact vs replacing the email address that was previously there.Is there a work around for this?

Hi all, Recently I ran a post on Instagram driving people to comment, and in return we would DM them a link. As it was a free pass, I knew it would do really well - so didn’t include autoreplies to their comments, as I know sometimes Instagram could stop you commenting for 24 hours.It’s done really well, 6k uses in like 48 hours - but now a lot of people are not going the link. They are being told we’ve sent them a message but are not able to view it. Is this a Manychat issue in that it’s struggling with the volume - or is Instagram starting to block them being sent because it views it as spam? Would love to know of any work arounds! As it’s annoying because I’m having to manually send lots of people the link when they complain that it is not working!Thanks,Harry

Hello, friends!Only the first day I registered in Manychat. And I mistakenly changed my email after registration. I did not understand correctly. I thought it would be visible to all users, so I wanted to change it. Now I immediately have problems. Can't log into Manychat. What should I do? How to fix it?Please help.

Is there a way to automatically mark contacts as closed after a certain period of time?  I don’t want inactive contacts going towards my monthly bill, but don’t want to have to manually close out all of the DM conversations that I’m receiving.
