Oi pessoal, estou com dificuldade para integrar as automações do manychats nas publicações em uma das contas que temos acesso. O sistema consta como falha no Facebook mas, a senha está correta e login também. Estou há semanas tentando resolver essa pendência e nada, alguém já passou por isso e sabe o que fazer? Por favor.

I am trying to use Manychat for work, we often schedule a month’s worth of Instagram posts at a time, is there any way to apply Manychat to say the third post to be posted or can I only apply it to the ‘next’ post and existing posts?

tengo un flujo en manychat, el tema es el siguiente el disparador originalmente me mandaba al bloque de acción en donde esta el enlace externo, que es a un bot de una funcion lambda (al que no tengo posibilidad de modificar) en aws, aca lo que pasaba es que el bot con el disparador me contestaba la presentacion del mismo (esta por promt en la funcion lambda del bot original) y cuando le sigo la conversacion, en lugar de seguir conversando se vuelve a presentar, y cada vez que le digo algo se presenta de nuevo, le diga lo que le diga (aviso importante, ningun tipo de loop es la solucion ya que hace que se repita mas de diez veces el mismo mensaje seguido) se que es algo de como guardar el historial, pero no estoy pudiendo lograrlo, adjunto imagenes para que vean

Configurei uma automação com palavras chaves. Toda vez que a pessoa responde uma mensagem a automação responde, porém só preciso que resposta ocorra uma vez e pare, não toda vez que a pessoa digitar a mesma palavra chave a automação responda

Some chats are ending before the 24-hour window, which should be the time we can communicate with the customer.The bot sent the automation, had a 3-hour smart delay, and automatically closed the conversation because it realized there was no interaction.After the smart delay, it should have applied a previously scheduled recovery flow (for some customers, it applied it normally).But for most, it didn't apply the recovery flow after 3 hours and automatically closed the conversation, making it impossible for me to communicate with the customer without paying again for sending the message.Did I configure something wrong, or is this an application error?

Hoping someone can offer some insite or steer me in the right direction. I recently became meta verified and about 3 days ago, Instagram had this major glitch where it would not let me in. I was stuck in a loop where it would say it sent me a code via sms to login, but never would. It finally just started working again, but my many chat/insta connection is majorly broken. The many chat app says it’s connected, but wouldn’t load any posts for automation. When I tried to refresh permissions or connect through browser, nothing happened. It would open Instagram on my main feed, but not actually refresh. I contacted Meta support, they ended up having me remove manychat completely from Instagram and trying to reconnect. After doing that and trying to re-add the channel, manychat now says  profile not found/doesnt exist with a little blurb about the link being broken.” Once I reported this to them, they are saying “not on us, contact manychat.”  Sooooo…. Here I am, asking for anyone to ple

Tenho um valor no campo texto t_segundos e que colocar no campo numérico n_segundos. t_segundos=“05” e quero que n_segundos receba o valor de t_segundos, ou seja n_segundos vai ficar = 5. Existe fórmula para isso? o Manychat menciona e as IAs dizem que sim, mas nada funciona. Meu objetivo é criar uma “Condição” onde, se o segundo atual for menor 30, faça algo, se for maior que 30 faça outro algo...  

Onde alterar o nome dos numeros no manychat, ja tentei de diversas formas mas parece que tem um bug pq nao muda nada ali;Alguém pode me dar uma luz??

Hi everyone,I'm trying to better understand how ManyChat counts contacts and how to manage my contact limit more effectively. I have a few questions: 1. How exactly are contacts counted? I deleted all my contacts and disabled all my flows, but I'm still seeing new contacts being added to my count whenever someone messages me on Facebook. Is this expected behavior? Does ManyChat automatically count anyone who sends a DM, even without active automations? 2. Contact cleanup automation: Is there a way to set up automatic rules or filters that periodically remove contacts who haven't engaged in X days? Or do I need to manually delete inactive contacts regularly? I'm trying to stay on the free plan while keeping my list clean and engaged, so any tips or clarification would be really helpful!Thanks in advance!

Hi, community. We’re having a weird problem: we have a keyword trigger for IG comments, “loyalty,” and it’s set for all comments on all posts. It’s working “sometimes,” but it’s also not firing for some people.I have not yet been able to spot a pattern here. This is an automation that’s been running smoothly for a few weeks at least. It successfully ran for the most recent comment, and it worked for me when I tested with my test account.I don’t see any common characteristic of the people it’s not working for. Some are triggering for the first time, others have been through this automation before on other posts.We have had 17 comments that should have triggered IG messenger responses over the past week. 12 have worked, 5 have not. And as I said, there is no obvious pattern.Appreciate any guidance. For this platform to be a part of our SM marketing, we need to know it’s working reliably!Thanks…Chris

Alguns chats estão encerrando antes de dar 24h que seria o período que podemos falar com o cliente.O bot enviou a automação, tinha um atraso inteligente de 3h, e automaticamente ele fechou a conversa porque percebeu que não teve interação.Depois do atraso inteligente, ele deveria aplicar um fluxo de recuperação que já estava programado (pra alguns clientes ele aplicou normalmente).Mas pra maioria ele não aplicou o fluxo de recuperação após 3h encerrou a conversa automaticamente, me impossibilitando de falar com o cliente sem pagar de novo pelo envio da mensagem.Configurei algo errado ou se trata de um erro do aplicativo?

Yesterday, I had an issue with WhatsApp integration it was working and i got banned from Meta, but solved that through ticket with Meta directly. See thread:But today after Meta removed my ban, I linked my WhatsApp to ManyChat again and I can use whatsapp through Live chat but automations are not working. I have this banner displaying on my account of ManyChat. How can I fix this?

Hey everyone, long time MC user and looking for some feedback for our development of a physical product solution / integration with Shopify and Manychat.We rely on MC heavily and love its simplicity, but the ecommerce side of things (and not having it) is taking it’s toll. Instead of leaving, we’re building for it! One important thing I forgot to mention in the video is after serving the physical products, we can hop right back into another MC flow. Question is, is this viable? Would anyone use it? Appreciate it ahead of time!  

Hi!I’m new to this and I want to set up a giveaway automation. I used the preset Giveaway option and the condition set to make sure nobody can enter twice seems wrong to me. Once someone confirm their entry, They get tagged “started_giveaway”.So to me on the condition module it should be set to TAG is NOT “started_giveaway” so new entrants would go the green way YES and people who are tagged with “started_giveaway” would be NO and get a different message.The preset as shown below seems wrong to me. What am I misunderstanding?

Hola a todos! Espero que me puedan ayudar. Tengo una cuenta nueva de Instagram desde hace unos meses y no puedo activar las automatizaciones. Me obliga a pasar a PRO. Tengo alguna hecha (2 o 3) pero pensaba que no había limite en esto, sino en los contactos…Tengo una pagina en Facebook con muchos seguidores pero no es la misma que instagram…Solo quisiera aclarar la versión gratuita. Si me permite hacer automatizaciones sin limite de cantidad o realmente tengo que acceder a la de pago. Como estoy empezando no quería tener tanto gasto...pero si no hay mas remedio..Muchas gracias!!
