Hi everyone,I’m having some trouble with conversation starters in ManyChat and was wondering if anyone else has run into this.I currently have two conversation starters working fine, but I’m trying to add another one that’s pretty important to my business. The issue is: When I try to edit the response of the new conversation starter, it doesn’t let me build out the automation. Once it goes to the Routing tab, I can’t set the trigger as “Conversation Starter.” It basically stops me from connecting it to the flow I need. Has anyone experienced this before? Am I missing a step, or is this a bug? Any help would be much appreciated — this link/conversation starter is really important to my business. Thanks in advance!

I have set up a new automation that I want to link to my welcome message. I have set it up per all the instructions but it is not working. The automation works as the default replay but that means I can’t have a conversation with potential clients as it triggers every time they type something!I had an old automation that was linked to the welcome message - could this be the issue? Can I unpublish it without deleting it?

I created a Manychat Account some time ago, but when I tried to log in recently, I received the following error message: “A ManyChat account for this sign-in option does not exist. Please try another sign-in option or sign-up.”What should I do to recover my account or confirm if it still exists? Attached are screenshots of the issue:I can’t disconnect/connect the instagram or do anything.

I was running a WhatsApp broadcast and, due to an incorrect calculation, I ended up sending it to more people than my balance could cover. As a result, the broadcast stopped. When I top up my wallet, will the broadcasts resume automatically? If so, how can I stop that from happening?

Tenho 2 números no meu portfolio empresarial. Ambos os números estão com todos os status verdes possíveis para poder conectar com alguma integração e ambos são waba. Vamos chamar de N1 e N2. N1 era utilizado no tiledesk, e posso livremente utilizá-lo em qualquer outro app que eu vá criar nesse portfólio, configurando webhooks, etc. N2 era utilizado no manychat, mas recentemente removi o manychat como parceiro dele, para que eu pudesse utilizar esse número em um app meu para uma automação que eu mesmo construí. Acontece que, mesmo esse número não tendo mais vínculo com o manychat, ainda não aparece  no meta. Existe algum delay que devo aguardar, ou realmente tem algo de errado? Preciso muito que seja esse número mesmo, pois ele tem boa nota, e tem capacidade de interagir com 10.000 contatos. Por exemplo, na parte de configuração de api, só aparece o N1, e não o N2, sendo que ambos estão perfeitamente configurados, ativos com nota boa e com métodos de pagamento configurado.

Hello, Can someone PLEASE help me. My Many Chat account is saying it is already connected to instagram and facebook and sent a “request” there is no request anywhere.  There is no way for me to contact customer service, no way for me to delete my account. I am been going around in circles for an hour with chat gpt. I am going absolutely insane.

Hi I am designing a 3 days quiz on retirement to test my audience knowledge on retirement planning and needs in my country.in day 2 and day 3 of the Quiz I will ask the audience if they have any friends that might be interested in this type of quiz as well.I will than encourage them to share their friend’s contact by using the Telegram and Whatsapp share contact feature. However I am not sure how to capture the data in my UserField.I try using {Input last Text} {Contact ID} {Phone} but it can’t capture the data directly froim the share contact feature.The worse case scenario is to tell the quiz participants to type in manually their friend’s name and contact number as that is making it way harder than purely sharing a contact.Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?
