Hi there!I have a quick question regarding ManyChat triggers. If I activate a trigger now, will it apply retroactively to a post where I’ve already started replying manually (in comments and DMs)?Specifically, I’m wondering: will those users receive the automated message again or could it create duplicates?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I’m currently using ManyChat with an active account based in Iran.I’ve set up a flow that triggers correctly — I can see that incoming messages are being received by ManyChat — but the reply messages are not being sent to the user. I’ve double-checked the flow, triggers, and conditions, and everything seems to be configured correctly. Is there any restriction or technical issue related to my region (Iran) or Meta’s limitations that could be causing this? I would really appreciate any guidance or a checklist to troubleshoot this, as I’m trying to set up automated DMs for my Instagram business page and currently stuck at this point. Thank you in advance 🙏

Hello  Was on vacation for 2 weeks. Came back and purchased a new phone. Transferred whatsapp over and setup a new automation for customers to text a keyword > send message back > add tag  A few contacts sent the keyword and it didn't fire so I followed the usual suspects in troubleshooting. Then I realized all of my automations are not working in whatsapp. I tried reconnecting and all kinds of stuff but I can't figure it out.  These are automations that have been working fine for almost the entire year. Please help! I am using WA business.

Porém este mês esqueci e acabaram cobrando o valor de 2500 contatos que é o próximo nível.Até ai tudo bem, só que agora mesmo excluindo os contatos para menos de 500, na página de cobrança continua a informação de que serei cobrado o valor de 2500 contato.

No momento da integração, o site informa duas mensagens que não direcionam claramente por onde devo começar - tanto pela integração direta via Instagram, quanto pela integração via Meta Business Suite. O que fazer para solucionar isso? 

Hello, I'm reaching out for help because after connecting my WhatsApp number to ManyChat to test some features, I completely lost access to it.I can still make phone calls and receive SMS messages, but I can no longer access WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business.When I try to log in on my phone, I get an error. When I try on the computer, it says there's already an account connected.After finishing the test on ManyChat, I canceled and deleted my account directly through their website, but even so, I lost access to my number on WhatsApp.

Hi everyone,I recently encountered an issue with WhatsApp on my phone. I tried using the manychat but didn't find it helpful, so I decided to remove everything related to it. However, now I can't return to my WhatsApp account on my phone.The main problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to receive the SMS code required for verification. I've tried using different phone numbers, and they work fine, but when I use the same number that's associated with manychats, I don't receive the code. I keep getting an error message saying to try again in an hour.i tried deleting the app, restarting mobile, clearing cache/ I’ve already removed and deleted everything in setting, but the issue persists. Sorry if it may be obvious, im currently checking manychat prices for a client, but noticed the pricing is weirdly different. My country currency is Real (R$), and converting the  45 dollar plan to R$ it´s around R$ 252, but instead its priced at R$ 499 here.  Shouldn´t it be R$ 252? Without VPNWith VPN on "Americas" 

Hi community, im triying to update my current automation (Instagram) with some edits and when I press update, and error message appears with “stop linked ad in your ads manager before taking this action”. I have tried countless times, stopping all campaigns in the ads manager but its still not working. Need help! 

If I am the creator of the post but I invite a collaborator, will my many chat automations still work for all comments coming from all collaborators followers?

Hope all is well everyone, my name is Dj and I’m having quite the issue and was looking for a bit of help. So I have an automation flow that involves about 4 different automations, my goal is for one contact to finish the first automation then once that contact is finished, it will start another automation but I want to send the 2nd automation to a different user, not the same user. I tried using conditions but that usually just stops the automation after the first automation ends and doesn’t send the message to the user that meets the conditions. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Funciona usando Respuesta predeterminada. Yo estoy necesitando hacer algo similar, pero en mi caso la interacción viene desde una pregunta puntual, usando Recopilación de datos. Es decir, le pregunto algo al cliente, y quiero dejar que mande varios mensajes si hace falta… y recién después de un tiempo , concatenar todo eso y recién ahí mandarlo a la IA. ¿Alguien probó algo así? ¡Gracias desde ya por la onda!Slds.

Im looking to build a Basic follow up sequence where i would manually opt the conatct in, they then get followed up with 5 follow ups all delayed by 1 to 2 days. If a prospect replies at any point in this sequence does the sequence pause or stop? if not how do i make it stop.  Thanks.
