Olá, configurei inicialmente o whatsapp de um cliente (padaria) para criar diversas automações de atendimento (Whatsapp e Instagram..)Porém o pessoal da loja as vezes precisa acessar alguns clientes para falar com eles para follow up de status ou até mesmo para falar com fornecedores.Minha dúvidas são: Como falar com esses contatos sem ser através de mensagens padrões cadastradas na plataforma e ter que aguardar o cliente responder? Pois na mensagem padrão não conseguimos inserir informações personalizadas (exemplo número de pedido, ou algo mais específico) e ter que aguardar o cliente responder pra poder enviar o que realmente é importante seria um problema de atendimento..   Como falo com meus fornecedores de forma ilimitada sem estar dentro dessas 24hrs?Vi que existe uma forma de o contato "aceitar" receber mensagens de forma ininterruptas, como funcionaria essa funcionalidade?Agradeço desde já o apoio.

My client made a new post, but the automation for instagram comments to reply comment and dm wasn’t set up for that post yet. He got many comments, but none of them received a comment back or a dm. I’d like to kick off the automation manually for the people who never got their DMs for this post - is there a way to do that?The people who comment from now on will get the DM because the automation is now linked, but the people who commented previously got nothing.I hope there’s a way to manually kick these off retroactively without needing to do any manual work.Would appreciate any help - Thank you!

How can I connect manychat to meta ads manager? The option to choose manychat as partner app is now gone. the only option is create template or use a JSON code. I tried to follow the guide in Manychat Instagram Ads triggerBut the information on the guide is obselete, because there is no option to choose partner app. Any info how to find the option?

It has the quick reply and works. When I come to integrate with the facebook ad manager however it does not show manychat under the partner apps.  I'm basically having the same problem highlighted here: https://community.manychat.com/general-q-a-43/partner-apps-not-available-as-option-during-ad-creation-4973?postid=15731#post15731 Any fix? 

I changed my brand and I need to change the display name and profile picture of my Whatsapp number. I already changed it on Meta's Business Manager, they approved it and issued a new certificate, but I can't figure out how I update that information inside ManyChat.

Hi,I have setup manychat autmation ‘Auto-DM from Comments’ for a reel and it works perfectly fine. However, the automation doesn’t work at all when the reel is boosted. How to fix this?P.S. I noted that meta creates a different reel ID for the boosted reel and perhaps that’s why manychat is unable to apply automation to it.. but at the same time, in Manychat’s documentation, it is written that it does work for boosted content. 

Hi everyone! 👋I'm running into a strange issue with my automation. In one of my flows, I added a message with just one button as a reply option. But when I test it on Instagram, two extra buttons show up — and those ones doesn’t exist in my flow at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Rebuilt the entire flow from scratch (no copy-pasting) Cleared the Instagram conversation and started fresh Double-checked that no other keyword, trigger, or default reply is interfering Made sure there are no other conditions, fallback paths, or user fields affecting the flow Even after all that, the mystery buttons still appears Has anyone experienced something similar? Hi everyone 👋I’m running a ManyChat → n8n → ManyChat automation that used to work perfectly fine until recently.Now, every time I try to send a message through the ManyChat API using n8n’s HTTP Request node, I get this error: 400 - {"status":"error","message":"validation error","details":{"messages":[{"message":"Subscriber does not exist"}]}}At first, I thought it was a permission or token issue — but after debugging, I noticed something strange:👉 The last digit of the subscriber_id sent from n8n is different from the actual subscriber_id shown inside ManyChat.Example: Actual ID in ManyChat: 25021534494149752 ID sent in the API request: 25021534494149750 That one-digit difference causes the ManyChat API to reject the request with “Subscriber does not exist”, even though the user is active and subscribed. How to fix

Been having this occurrence where I set up a node to create a contact, and when the contact already exists inside our database on manychat, we try to retrieve their ID through a request to find subscriber by custom field, to then send a flow. The thing is, the output on N8N sometimes is “data - success”, with no info regarding the contact. Other times, id the is not found on the immediate previous node, but on some other one a few steps behind, so I’m always having to manually change the parameter so it can get the right info from a different node.But sometimes neither request display the contact’s info.I’m new to N8N, any help would be highly appreciated!

For example, If a user selects from any of the three therapist name, I want their name to be exported to my google sheet that I have already integrated.
