What's the easiest way to automatically send a Whatapp template from a Albato lead to ManyChat?

hi When a brand‑new WhatsApp contact triggers our automation by sending a massage throught a url , the system sends the intended first message and immediately follows it with an unsolicited message that contains only the character “0”. This extra “0” is not configured anywhere in our flow and does not appear for contacts who have already chatted with us before.

I have this automation set up from a while ago. Keyword is fine, didn’t change it. Refreshed permissions. All of a sudden prospects have not been getting this. how can I fix this?As you can see it’s a simple flow https://www.instagram.com/p/DLuX_V3g1JQ/?igsh=MXQyMnF0enZyOWg0eQ== 

Estou com problemas em salvas as edições que faço no meu fluxograma. Sempre que vou editar alguma informação, essa informação atualizada não é salva e não existe um botão especifico para salvar. como posso proceder?

¡Hola a todos! Soy nueva en Manychat y ayer lance una automatización, desde la computadora aparece el botón “empezar” pero si intentó escribir desde mi teléfono, no aparece la opción. ¿Alguien sabe por qué o si tengo que moverle algo a manychat para que aparezca en dispositivos moviles?

How can i make the flow show in (Request messages ) only . not for all accounts even old one.

I have two separate PRO accounts on Manychat. One account is working fine, but the other is not registering any of the comment to DM automations-- whether they’re my older ones that use to work or new automations I’ve just created.I’ve refreshed my account connection and received confirmation from Manychat that it has been connected properly, but the automations still don’t work. It’s unfortunate because I use this for business and I’m receiving hundreds of comments, but none of them are receiving the link. The contact list is still under the 2,000 mark too. Can anyone help me?? Thank you!

When it comes to dm, I want to give different answers according to which post-reels the customer has commentedFor example1. comment came to reels. No estoy seguro de como funcionan los puestos de chat en vivo. Somos una agencia de viajes de 13 personas y todos tienen el permiso de Agentes de chat en vivo pero al momento de intentar responder los mensajes, dice que no tienen los permisos. ¿No es lo mismo un Agentes de chat en vivo que un Puesto en el Chat en vivo? 

I got restricted by Instagram for 6 days because I went viral and too many ManyChat responses were deployed in a short time. Is there a way to limit the response rate to stay in the parameters? I appreciate your help! 

Olá, comunidade do Manychat!Estou enfrentando problemas com automação do Manychat para Instagram.Sempre que programo uma automação no Instagram, adiciono a opção de respostas aos comentários do meu público. Ao comentar, o usuário recebe a mensagem por direct e uma resposta ao comentário sinalizando que a mensagem por direct foi enviada com a informação que ele deseja. Sempre configuro na opção “qualquer comentário” para evitar problemas. Ocorre que minhas automações não estão respondendo comentários E NEM sinalizando ao usuário que a mensagem por direct foi enviada! Isso está acontecendo em todas as minhas automações! Já atualizei permissões do Instagram, já apaguei e refiz uma automação e simplesmente não volta ao normal! Alguém pode me ajudar com isso? Estou perdendo interações por conta desse problema!Desde já, agradeço a ajuda!

Aparentemente ya está hecha, pero no llego a acceder al panel principal porque me dice que me ha enviado una solicitud a mi cuenta de instagram que debo aceptar, pero no he recibido nada. No puedo avanzar ni retroceder. Esa solicitud parece estar enviada (no la he recibido en ningún sitio) y hasta que no la acepte no podré seguir. A alguien le ha pasado y sabe cómo solucionarlo? Olá pessoal!Não estou conseguindo colocar o gatilho para todas as pessoas que mandarem mensagem na nossa DM do Instagram.Antes eu havia colocado o gatilho “O usuário envia uma mensagem”, mas ele me obriga a colocar uma palavra-chave, diante disso, havia colocado asterisco para que fosse algo “global”, já que não quero nenhuma palavra e não existe a possibilidade de não colocar, das opções que aparecem, há apenas: Mensagem éA mensagem contémA mensagem contém palavra inteiraA mensagem começa comA mensagem não contémPara dar o gatilho, mas necessito que sejam qualquer mensagem.Como proceder?

Hi everyone, I need help with a WhatsApp number issue.My phone number is connected to Manychat via WhatsApp API, but it seems to be linked to a Meta Business Manager account I no longer have access to.I want to release the number and connect it to a different automation, but I can't remove it from the Meta account myself.Has anyone dealt with this before?Is there a way to disconnect the number without access to the original Meta Business Manager?Thanks a lot in advance for any advice!
