Hi there,One of my friend got his Instagram linked to a business manager which no body has access too in his team.How can we use Manychat now?Please help

I have already set up a flow in Many Chat where someone drops a word, it tiggers a DM with a link.  I would like to go into the automation to send a follow up DM to everyone that received my first DM. Some of these people may or may not have clicked on the link.  I need the follow up to go to everyone.  How do I do this?  Thanks

There are two issues:1) You don’t have right filter to start a trigger for Make.com (Integromat) for any message user want to send in any language – in that case for english only i’ve found stupid workaroundIt obviously doesn’t work goodMake regular expressions (regex)2) The operation failed with an error. [400] Content can’t be sent to subscriber id='925547444' without message tag. Subscriber’s last interaction was over 6h ago (more than 24 hours ago):??? I replied several times – automation in Make with your send message module doesn’t work. 

I have been using ManyChat automation for about a year. On my Instagram page, an average of 1,000 people message me daily, and the automation replies to them. However, for the past two weeks, I’ve been experiencing an issue. My ability to send direct messages on Instagram has been banned twice in a row. The reason stated is: "Something you sent in a conversation violated our community standards."The first time I was banned, it lasted 3 days. After the ban was lifted, I could send messages again, but three days later, I was banned again, and this time it lasted 7 days. Currently, I am unable to send messages to anyone for 7 days.I have a verified account with 250k followers. Because of the verification, I was able to request a direct consultation, and during the meeting, I was advised to remove ManyChat. How is this possible? Does this mean I can no longer use ManyChat?I have been using ManyChat for about a year. I only send automatic replies to incoming messages

Setup my first automation for a competition using a link to click to enter. the landing page was used with mailchimp and the facebook message works perfectly but the instagram automated message comes up with page not found above and no link to the page. the broken page works when you click on it but look like it wont to a customer..kind of like having an open sign on your shop and the doors closed. any help would be great.

I’ve attached a photo for my broadcast and the users only received a text, also the same photo in the automation for comment tools haven’t been sent. 

Hi folks,I have a flow where I ask the user for a PDF file. I am using a User Input field that saves the URL of the uploaded file to a custom field. That works great. However, Messenger on Android doesn't offer an option to select documents from its internal storage, the only offered option is to select images. Different to the desktop versions of Messenger, which have an icon to upload documents (any type), next to the chat text field. My solution is to instruct the user about selecting the PDF file from the internal storage (not from Messenger) and Share it to Messenger / Chat. That way, the bot in Manychat can receive it and works fine.To show this message only to users on Android devices, I would need to determine if the user is chatting on an Android phone. Anyone has had this need? Any native recommendations?

I have an idea for automation, but I’m struggling to implement it. As you know, Instagram has its own subscription system with fees like $5 or $2. What I want is to identify users who subscribe to my page on Instagram (e.g., those paying $5) when they initiate the first chat.I need to detect whether the user is an Instagram subscriber. If they are, I want them to follow a specific path. If they are not a paid Instagram subscriber, I want them to follow a different path.How can I achieve this? Is there an alternative way to approach it?Finally, I want everything to work automatically. I don’t want to manually tag subscribers or assign labels.

Hi! I have a flow on Instagram where I ask for the user's email and phone number. In this flow, I also send an email. However, when this happens, ManyChat creates a new contact using the email, even though I already have a contact with that same email. This results in duplicate contacts. How can I fix this?

I have two Facebook accounts: one with about 4,000 friends and another with around 5,000 friends. I don’t need all those contacts in my account. I need to transfer most likely no more than total of 2000 Contacts combine... How can I easy transfer selected Facebook contacts to ManyChat?

I'm aiming to build a chatbot that relies entirely on user input for the conversation.Unfortunately, I'm encountering an issue where the user input option seems to be malfunctioning. I'm unable to create a field that allows users to enter numerical data.  I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on how to resolve this issue and successfully implement numeric user input within my flow.Thank you for your time and assistance.

I was trying to enable auto liking the comment in the automation flow and seems the option is missing. It’s available in the story reply but missing in the comment. Hope there is an option to do the same or expecting it in the nearest updates

Hi, I can’t upload files easily to my chatbot on Messenger using mobile. Regularly there is an upload button (+), but my chat doesn’t include that. Other chats have it. I think it’s because the profile is business? I really need the file upload of the client to work easily, what can I do?

Hello everyone,I do community management for a large number of people (over 2000). Message automation is therefore a very important part of my process. The problem I'm encountering is as follows:When using messages with options (as you can see in the screenshot below), the automation sequence is only taken into account if the customer presses one of the buttons. It sometimes happens that some customers respond below the message by writing rather than clicking on one of the options. When this happens, my teams have to manually assign the next tag to “replace” the customer back into the automation chain. Individually, this doesn't take much time, but with a high volume of customers it wastes a lot of time.Is there a way for ManyChat to take into account the answer if it's written and corresponds to one of the options?Thanks in advance for your answers.

To automate for an upcoming Instagram post, the only option is to automate for an existing post. The upcoming or scheduled Instagram post requires users to comment to receive a link, however the post doesn’t appear in the Manychat dashboard. We don’t want the post going live and people comment, and nothing happens. Is it possible to automate for a scheduled post?

Hello again community of experts.I have a challenge, let’s see what we can do:A user messages me on WhatsApp, and I ask him “Tell me the phone number of the person who invited you”The user responds with a phone number.Now comes the challenge:I want to automatically send a message to that phone number, (which will already be in my contacts list, so it won’t actually be a new number for me). That’s it. I don’t know how to achieve this, isn’t there a “forward message” block that I could add to kickstart the new conversation? So i am working on a instagram dm automation where i wish to showcase products catergories using dynamic buttons. I am currently using zapier to fetch the products data from my wix store using a webhook block, then transforming those into the format that the official documentation wants using the code by zapier block. The documentattion that im following is (dynamic message documentation for instagram)Theres a manychat block in zapier with the action called “send dynamic message” which takes in the user id and the json in the format that this documentation has asked to write it in.
