hello I’ve had the following message - ‘connection to this page was lost. The bot can no longer send messages to your contacts. To fix this, you need to refresh the page’s permissions’ Ive been clicking refresh permissions multiple times but it just keeps taking me back to the same pop up box saying I need to refresh permissions.   

For some reason the instagram permissions are lost for the account and have no idea what the problem is. We disconnected Manychat from the backend of Facebook and connected it again but its still not working. Is anyone dealing with the same issue?  

Hi!I applied to be an affiliate for Manychat 2 months ago. I have not heard back and the info on the aplication is “pending approval”. Do you need anything else form me? Have I done something wrong in the application process? Thanks, Makalani

Everything is set up correctly but it just doesn’t work. The same flows work when the trigger comes by stroy reply, live reply or direct message but comment replies on reels and regular posts do nothing. I have sent a total of 3 tickets to support and I only get the same standard message, even though I have said in the ticket that I have already followed all those procedures.I have seen this thread  and I understand the issue may be out of Manychat team’s hands, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll cancel my pro account because I have no reason to pay for it.

Everytime someone dms me and it includes the keyword, the automated message is sent. How can I make it so that it will only send if the keyword is in the first message someone sends me on Instagram rather than every message? Thank you.

Hello everyone! I need you help! I tried to automatizaton my 1 reel and i failed. you have to help me where is the problem, i got i lot message pripare and i start with trigger “User comments on your Post or Reel” and after that send message to people. but not working. only working if someone send me message but under the reel when they comment, dont working my automatization. please help where is the problem. HERE IS MY SCREEN if you can see what i got set up.  

 What is meant by price per 1 conversation started ? is it when the contact click on a button from the template sent? or just by sending a template it will be counted as conversation started? 

I have a Manychat account that I have connected to make.com and open AI. The user sends a message to a phone number connected to manychat and they get a response through my open ai API. It works well. The text the user receives after sending their prompt or question is relevant but upon responding, manychat also sends the question or "prompt" back to the user along with the answer.  i have two automation flows set up. One is for when a user signs up and the other is for cyclical conversación with the user.  but when i run it, i continue to receive both the answer to my question and the question itself. the build is made using make.com and open ai’s chatgpt. Also this is for sms only, and not for instagram engagement or social media. I would appreciate any and all guidance thank you!

Hope you’re doing well!We currently saw that the messages on Instagram were not fully displayed.We were advised to insert a “quick reply” and then send the actual link as a second message when someone clicks on the quick reply. But..., I don't know how to set up this automation.. Can someone send me an instruction or describe how to set it up? Thank you!!

When I send a link to a Telegram group or my DM’s with the bot there is a pop-up when the user clicks the link. (see screenshot). I used a bot from a different company before, there was no such pop-up, the user instantly got redirected to the group/DMs. Is there a way to remove this pop-up on ManyChat for links to groups/Dms? Thank you! :) Screenshot

hey everyone Im using facebook ad for instagram messaging, I used engagement  for getting income customer requests. but  even my budget is reasonable im not converting . Does anyone knows if the engagement ootion is right choice. Hi,I have a flow that starts from the "offline world" lolImportant: this is a flow that someone can use from their phone or someone else.If I validate that the user is using the pre-registered number (it's a Whatsapp flow), when I use the {firstname} variable, it uses the value coming from the Whatsapp. But I do have on Manychat, via integration, the real name.So, if I validate the phone number, how can I correctly call my user using {firstname} and not her son's name or SuperQueen80?Thanks

HelloSay I want to create an automation with manychat, and when my user hasn’t responded in say 20 seconds I would like to ask him if he’s still there. If he’s not, we will wait 5 mins to ask him again, and if he still doesn’t answer we close the convo. But if he does answer we continue the flow. I tried to research how to implement such thing and couldn’t find anything. Does anybody have any idea?

I configured my manychat flow but after the user clicks on the first message button, the flow stops and no longer sends any of the pre-established messages.  Can someone help me?I really didn't want to have to shorten the flow process, because the messages are very strategic. It doesn't make sense to cut it and make it small to fit just one message

I’d like to create an automation for Instagram that:-When someone comments a keyword on a Reel, the bot replies to that comment and ALSO sends a DM to the user who commented.I remember that one year ago it was possible to do that, but now, there’s no “next step” after a “Reply Comment” box

Hi there,I’m new to manychat. I’ve just created a new automation.The problem is the post already has over 200 comments where they commented a specific keyword “me”.  Is there a way manychat can reach out to all those people? Or does the automation only work for *new* comments?  Thank you!
