Hi everyone! I’m trying to set up the following flow, reminding non-clicking users with a follow-up message:  However, if I use “Reply in DM”, I can’t add another “next step” after the reply, as shown in this screenshot.If I set this first step after the trigger up as “Send message” I can’t save the flow since it wants me to set this step as “Reply in DM”. Is there any trick I don’t see? Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone.I have a query that i have seen its written “1000 accounts or 500” accounts for DM.For 15 USD plan, if i asked them to comment something to my reel and only 500 people will get DM? Please clarify what do you mean by accounts and only 500 people will get DM after they comment something on my reel?Thank You

Hi everyone,I recently connected ManyChat to my Facebook Messenger for my business page, but before even sending any messages, my account was restricted by Meta due to suspected automation issues. They cited automation violations, but I hadn’t run any chat sequences yet.Has anyone faced a similar issue, or can you provide advice on how to resolve this and stay compliant with Meta’s guidelines? Hey everyone, I’ve set up up a many chat flow and as you can see in point 1 I have a condition block then a follow up message. But what’s happening is when the customer goes down the funnel to point 2 and 3 it still keeps triggering the follow up even if they message / interact with me.  I’ve tried a smart delay, refreshing permissions and tried the “last interaction” “last seen” and “messaging window segment” conditions with no luck.  Has anyone solved this problem before. any help will be really appreciated :)  Thanks, Carrie x

New Manychat Pro user here. I’m trying to set up an IG DM automation that sends the user to my website, using the  “Add Button - Open Website” option. The problem is that Manychat is using a redirect from my.manychat.com and then to my website, which causes my website to malfunction.Going to my website directly by typing the URL into the address bar does not cause any problems.If you test it out yourself, you’ll see it go to my.manychat.com first before it goes to your link.Is it possible to skip the redirect and go straight to my link instead?

How can I allow a client to write only from a specific point in time? I would like to force them to select a few tiles at the beginning and allow them to write freely only from a specific moment. Today there are tiles flying, but the client can still write as much as he wants, ignoring them.

As GIF is a type of image itself, we can send GIF using the Whatsapp Cloud API for Image. As if I use image tag and pass the gif url to it, I am not able to recieve it.Can anyone help me with this issue, how can I be able to send gif files using url through manychat flows.

Looking for recommendations for best practices for 2 things:How do you like to select your keywords? How do you make them easy enough to comment, while unique enough not to accidentally happen? How do you share the keyword (specifically in IG)If I say “Comment below with KEYWORD” I think IG will flag that and I won’t get as much traction. What are more unique ways to say that? 

I'm having a problem delivering simple WhatsApp templates. But as you can see in the image, I'm having this problem with "active" conversations. I'm not spamming people 

In messages it is authorized, I have already deleted the contacts and uploaded them again, I changed the message, it only says hello, it is never delivered 

My scheduled Reel posted last night. This morning, I noticed that the automation I set up on it had not been used. When I checked it, I realized that ManyChats is not “seeing” it as posted. This is preventing me from using the “next reel/post” as a trigger option for my upcoming reel (for this afternoon). I’ve tried refreshing permissions on ManyChats, refreshing permissions (completely) on Facebook, and making sure the messaging settings on Instagram are correct. Nothing works.  

I created a flow to get users that click on our ad to trigger the Manychat bot, but only the first part of the chat is triggered. When customer enters email, the rest of the flow doesn’t work.  I have 44 messages sent on first flow, but then nothing from there.  What am I doing wrong? 

So in the past new weeks I been running into an issue with this app when it’s not working, the when people DM me it’s not responding back! Upon checking the status of this, I see that there’s a message stating, lost connection!! Ok? So I try to refresh this and noting is happening another page pops up stating an error and then another page pops up saying that I have my figures turn off in FB or IG, I have check all my settings and everything is on! I have trouble shoot this 3 times and still is not working so I went and deleted my account waited a day and started again. Same issue is happening!!! Has anyone run into the same problem? is it only on the free accounts? I was thinking to up garage and pay but since I am having so much issues and there is lot no live support it’s very scratchy to me!!!! Is there’s anyone who can help me? 

I speak spanish but i’ll try my best.I going to describe my use case: I have to confirm appointments when the appointment is created. In this case is a Business Initiated Conversation, so I know I cannot send flows, so, i created my whatsapp message template to send the confirmation messageI checked for other topics in this community but is not clear for me how to use the endpoint /sendFlows because there are not enough information in swagger documentation. I’ll be grateful if someone can explain me how to send this kind of message through APIThanks

I have made some changes to one of my flows and as I would usually do i went to update the live and it now says upgrade. I select that and it wants me to upgrade. I am already a pro member and don't understand what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Chris

There is no way to do it inside Manychat so i was wondering can i at least be able to pay for the Whatsapp messages through Meta with a different card?  

 In my ManyChat subscription tab, it shows "Trial" while also indicating that ManyChat Pro is active. Despite this, I'm unable to add contact numbers in ManyChat. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue and guide me on what needs to be done?

I want to send Videos and Audio files to a Whatsapp user using the URL of those files instead of uploading it from local storage. I am able to send Image using the URL but not Audio/Video. Is there a way I can do that using the external request block? 

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on an automation flow that integrates ManyChat, Calendly, and Zapier, but I'm encountering an issue with identifying and tagging contacts who book a call via Calendly.Here’s the flow I’m trying to achieve:A lead engages with our Facebook Messenger bot and provides their details (such as phone number, email, AC type, etc). We then forward them to Calendly to book a call with our sales team. After the lead books a call, a Zap is triggered in Zapier to create a task in Asana for the booked call. At the same time, we want to tag the ManyChat contact based on their Calendly booking, which will then trigger another Zap that sends the contact’s additional information to Asana i.e. it should update the task associated with that contact.The information we collect in ManyChat (name, email, phone, etc.) will only be forwarded to Asana once the lead has successfully booked a call
