Hi group!We’ve been using ManyChat with Instagram for 1 month to automatically send links via DM when users comment on our posts, reels, or stories.Everything was working perfectly, but suddenly all automations stopped working.I already tried refreshing permissions twice, reconnecting Instagram and Facebook, and following all troubleshooting recommendations from the documentation and internal help tools, but nothing has worked so far.I’ve also seen other users reporting the exact same issue on the forums, but I still haven’t found a real solution.One thing that confuses me is the contact limit. Our posts regularly reach more than 1,000 people per post, so the Pro plan limit doesn’t really make sense for our use case. Even if we upgraded to a higher plan, we could easily reach 8,000 contacts in just a few posts. Are we supposed to constantly delete contacts to keep automations working?At this point, I’m not even sure whether this is a permiss

Hi There, I made a email integration, where I also want to collect the first name. But after collecting the name, then it just stops and no confirmation message is sent and then in the end doesn’t send through Klaviyo;I am becoming crazy because I checked everything, blogs, claude, … Nothing is fixing it.Thanks!  

I just found out I am being billed based upon old contacts from different actions. Why would I be getting charged each  month for contacts that I am not going to do anything with?THis is insane.Are you all clearing out your contacts each month so you don’t get charged for this?

Hi, We are having issues on couple of our client’s accounts where new follower message if not sending. We have tried the usual fixes, like refreshing your IG permissions but they don’t work. One client also reported that when he tried to refresh his permissions, it would just open the IG inside of the pop-up window, instead of presenting buttons to confirm the permissionsWe have also found other bugs with the New follower automation as well, such as if someone quickly follows, unfollows, and then follows again, they will start the automation twice, even thought it should be only one time thing per lead, if I’m not mistaken 

I never set up the automation to "contact them later" and it will not allow me to take it down because it's no where in my automation. How do I get rid of this ICK reply asking for their email?

Setting up an Instagram Ads trigger in ManyChat. When I try to flip the trigger from Disabled to active, I get "Don't use more than one content block in the first message to set up Instagram Ads."What I've already tried:- Removed the button from the first message- Merged all my text into a single text block (was originally split into multiple blocks)- Deleted the whole message and rebuilt it from scratch- Removed the "User sends a message" trigger so "User clicks an Instagram Ad" is the only trigger now- First message is now just one Send Message text block with my intro copy, no variablesCurrent state: First message is a single text block ("Hey, thanks for reaching out...") with no variables. Hi everyone 👋I’m trying to set up ManyChat so that when someone comments a keyword on a post in my Facebook Group, it automatically sends them the link in Messenger.Here’s where I’m stuck: In ManyChat, I can only see posts from my personal profile, not my Page. In my Group settings, I can’t find the option to link my Page to the Group. 👉 Has anyone here successfully set this up? Do I need to create or switch to a Business Page first? Is there a workaround if the “Linked Pages” option doesn’t show up in my group? Any step-by-step help or screenshots would be super appreciated 🙏

Question 1 — Instagram Collab Post AutomationI want to know how an automation would work in this scenario when a collaboration post is set up between 2 accounts:Account A = 0 followers, original poster, ManyChat set up on their endAccount B = 500K followers, accepts the collab inviteIf a viewer follows Account B and finds the post through Account B's profile and comments the trigger keyword — will Account A's ManyChat automation fire for that comment? Or does it only fire for viewers who found the post specifically through Account A's profile?Question 2 — TikTok SupportDoes ManyChat currently support TikTok comment automations? Specifically, can it trigger an automated DM when someone comments a keyword on a TikTok video — the same way it works on Instagram?

So far I have 1.5k contacts with about a 15% delivery rate which is awful. When I went onto the ManyChats Q&A and asked about delivery rate it was mentioned that it just means if people opened the message and not if it actually lands in their inbox. So I went out to test this and encourage people to open their messages ect. Nothing changed, same 15% overall delivery rate. I have tried without links in first message aswell and no change. There are no restrictions on my account aswell.Is anyone having/had same issue on FB? I am probably going to see which countries actually have it delivered but not sure if manychats has that information. Is it some geo location issue? (EU restrictions)?Literally cannot find anything to help with this.

So i made a validation loop which insists on a specified answer before moving on. It works very well except for one issue.Once it starts its impossible for me to stop it. Even if i message, pause or start a new automation. the loop will continue untill the valid answer is given. Obviously this can cause a bit of unprofessionalism and frustration. Can anybody perhaps try its and see hw it can be stopped or improved?(FYI if you want to reproduce the data collection box has a space “ “ which fills the field but will not show to the client.)

The whatsapp id is valid but manychat return its not and fails to create the subscriber through the api. We are not able to fully sync the users because of this problem. So I’m trying to connect my Tik Tok account to ManyChat but its saying I have to turn my account into a business account first? Is this the only way? Thank you!

I’ve got a TikTok business account, but trying to authenticate my TikTok account via manychat won’t work.I’ve tried in two browsers (chrome and safari). I’ve tried signing into my TikTok using different methods (QR code, password, phone number). I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in. All give the same error when trying to authenticate. Telling me to switch to a business account when it is a business account. It used to be a creator account then TikTok removed creator accounts and now only offer personal and business. I think that changed caused ManyChat’s integration to break. After clicking Continue in the authentication popup, it always shows the business account popup as in the screenshots below. I click done, then nothing happens. I’ve checked multiple times and can confirm my account is 100% a business account.What is the solution here? My feeling is that ManyChat development team needs to fix the

I have tried a dozen times now to connect my business TikTok account to ManyChat. It keeps telling my that my account isn’t a business account and gives me a message to switch it, even though it is a business account.  1) I have a business account, 2) I have reviewed and confirmed all the info provided. Can someone explain this? I am US-based and was told this wasn’t available yet in the US but that now it was. Please can someone help? Hello ManyChat Support Team,I am writing to formally escalate an issue that has been ongoing for the past few weeks regarding the cancellation of my subscription.Despite repeatedly requesting cancellation through your platform, I continue to receive a generic confirmation stating that my cancellation request has been received and will be processed. However, no actual cancellation appears to be taking effect.Instead, I am still seeing repeated billing attempts, including notifications from Stripe indicating that my card is about to be charged. In some instances, I have even received messages suggesting that my subscription has been successfully cancelled, only to later see renewed billing activity or pending charges. This inconsistency is confusing and unacceptable.To be clear: I am requesting the immediate and permanent cancellation of my subscription.I do not want any further attempts to bill my payment method, and I expect confirmation that:

Im trying to do the automation of when someone leave a comment, the system will answer it and then DM them with a link. It did not work and I follow all the steps. Help!

48 hours and still no response from ManyChat support.The irony is hard to miss: a chatbot company whose own chatbot can't connect users to a human support agent.If you're building tools that help businesses communicate with customers, your own support experience should set the standard. Right now, it does the opposite.Anyone else dealing with the same issue?And that's the most frustrating part — just the same automated message telling me to wait for an email. I have a business to run. I can't just pause everything and wait indefinitely for someone to eventually reply. An issue affects your operations, you need timely support, not an endless loop of automated replies.

Out of nowhere I was logged out of my account and now I can't log in anymore! I tried everything from clearing cookies, different browser, different device, but the same issue persists.I just spent two days building complex chat automations and they're all lost now!!! I'm missing out on customers and I need this fixed ASAP!I've already reached out to Manychat support twice and no answer. This is so unacceptable.I'm a paying customer and I get locked out of my account with zero explanation and now I'm missing out on tons of clients and serious income. This is not how you should treat paying customers.Customer support is extremely slow and I would never recommend Manychat to anybody. 

Hello there!I have created an automation for my FB business page and IG one, and it’s been going pretty good.But there is a problem. We are on the PRO plan ($15/month, for context).People respond to our Reels/ Posts with: “Community”/ “Italian”/ “Yes”, etc. It is running a flow for sending link to join the community on Skool.But from what it seems, only 30% of messages are delivered. And I don’t know exactly why.On IG it’s showing 100% sent/ 100% delivered.But on FB - 3249 Sent/ 33.8% delivered.Meaning, only 1000 people get the messages. But, idk exactly, is this something from Facebook? I found this one, that maybe people didn’t enter on the facebook to get the messages (like logging in). But I find it hard to believe.Let’s say maybe for 5-10% of people, but 70% to not login again? And some of them comment again on the videos.So, idk exactly what is the problem, and what to do. I
