is there any way to integrate Manychat and Wix for email automation? I see integrations for HubSpot and other platforms but no instructions for Wix email marketing. Can this be done via API or do I have to send emails from ManyChat itself? The goal:start the conversation in DM or comments collect email and name send the lead magnet (via Wix email) continue email sequence in Wix email)I currently have email channel set up in Manychat but I don’t think this is how to achieve what I’m explaining above

I want to connect my whatsapp bot so that users can create appointments from whatsapp connected with my outlook calendar (or other i can change calendars) and then send reminders for the appointments.

I’m trying to collect data prior to sending information, it’s asking me to change to ‘send as comment reply’.  When I do that, I receive this error message.  Can I not collect data when a user replies to a post? Please help!

Hi all, Been using Manychat with much success, however I am unable to find a use for keeping and paying for all these contacts. I want to be able to message all my contacts about a new app i have coming, however, I cannot find broadcasting in the browser or in the app. How do I message all of these contacts without sending it individually 11,000 times and getting a 24 hour ban on Instagram??

For facebook and Instagram, I have a small business where I deploy and manage manychat bots for my client business.Right now, they add my personal facebook as an admin to their Meta Suite, then I connect with my personal account.I would like to do everything through a business meta account instead to look more professional. What is the process to connect using a business page instead of my personal one?I’ve done some research but have not been able to test yet. My understanding is that I create a business page on Meta, then the client must add my business portfolio ID as a partner to their Meta Suite and grant me permission.This would keep all of my personal info separate from the business as they are granting the business permission. I then would log into manychats with my personal account and I should see their accounts to manage.Is this the correct process? My business Instagram account was previously linked to another ManyChat account. However, when I log into that ManyChat profile, I don’t see any Instagram account connected.When I try to connect my business Instagram account to a new ManyChat profile, I get an error message saying:"This account is already connected to another profile. Do you want to send a request to the owner of ManyChat?"The problem is that I don’t know which of my ManyChat accounts is the owner. I remember linking one specific ManyChat account to Instagram, but when I log into it, there is no indication that Instagram is connected.I have tried multiple times to remove any linked websites from my Instagram profile settings, but that didn’t solve the issue.What should I do to successfully connect my Instagram account to my new ManyChat profile?

Can manychat use the WhatsApp api for integration instead of losing access to my WhatsApp business app?

Hello, this is the part of my automation. So, there’s a ‘Send Message’ step at the end of the automation, its count is ‘1’, which means it already sent a message to a user. There’s a ‘Insert Row’ step that is 2 step before the ‘Send Message’ step and its count is ‘0’. Is there anyone who can explain how these automation is skipping a step?

Im trying to setup ice breakers on whatsapp to get our leads to redirected to a curtain flow.The button(s) show up in the chat, but they are not clickable. Also the text bar on WhatsApp is gone whenever the ice breakers are on. This is on my device but also a few others.Please help

Hi,I want to create an automation that sends an auto-reply to customers who contact me on WhatsApp. I can set the default reply to trigger with every message the user sends, or once every 24 hours.However, I would like the auto-reply to be sent every time a user stops interacting with me for more than 2 hours.Is this possible? Hi Community, I’m assisting a customer who is trying to integrate an existing WhatsApp for Business (phone number )with ManyChat. However, after attempting the integration, the number was blocked, and they are unable to unblock it. The reason for the block is unclear, and unfortunately, WhatsApp has not responded to the support tickets we submitted."Phone Number has been blocked. Please check alert prompt in WhatsApp Manager Overview or follow instructions in Account Quality"I can't see any notification or flag when I go to Account Quality.Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I have setup a automation for instagram where a word trigger from a post is suppose to be replied with a message with a link.Unfortunately I cannot get it to work. I have gone trough all the steps in troubleshooting and tried to read through the forum to find a sollution, but I am stuck.Here is my automation: Worth mentioning that when I first created this automation, I already had a automation setup that had the same keyword and where suppose to work with all posts. I have deleted that one now, and created this one from scratch. It is the only one active right now.Also, I have a trial pro subscription. And I have not connected any facebook page to my instagram or manychat. But that shouldn`t be necessary in the latest version, should it?
