I'm trying to link my instagram to manychat but my instagram was connected to an old facebook account that got hacked and deleted. I can no longer log into that facebook to grant manychat access to my instagram. Is there a work around for this?

Looking for a way to connect Manychat to X (twitter), similar to what you can do with a facebook page, auto reply to replies to my posts, DM, etc

Hi Guys,When I go to make a new automation, I click all posts and reels, but none of my posts or reels show up in the box. My Ig account is connected. None of my triggers are working new or old.

I accidentally removed the page from my Instagram profile and now multichat doesn't work for me, as if I didn't have it. I put it back but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Help!How do I use ManyChat to generate conversations and leads on my WordPress website?I saw that FB Messenger no longer plugs direct to the website. So there has to be a dedicated plugin. I'm not able to connect my Instagram to many Chat and it's sending a request to page for ownership but it's the same exact page I just changed my name, so I don't understand why it's not connecting.

I recently changed my Instagram name but still have the same Instagram account.  So my facebook is now under new name, Instagram and stan.store link.  I don’t want to lose my contacts so I really don’t want to remove my Instagram.  How do I change it so it will link to my new name.  Example:  I was lifechangeaffiliate and changed to the_kriskonnection.  

I have recently hanged my instagram username, and no matter how many times I update permissions in manychat, or how many times I try to disconnect and reconnect manychat in my fb back end, I cannot get things working again. Can anyone help?

Hi everyone!  I’ve got a problem with my automation in Manychat, I hope you could help me.When users send multiple sequential messages, the assistant only processes the first one or restarts the conversation, sending duplicate messages. Anyone knows how can I fix this error? Thank you.

I’ve seen loads of documents going through all the troubleshooting for this.My instagram is a creator account under 500k, so it is eligible.As for FB, I have my main personal profile and an added profile from my main which is the profile I will sync posting with for my insta. Manychat seemed to want a business page rather than a profile so I created one under my personal FB profile (wouldn’t let me on the other one) and have now linked my insta to that business page but I’d really rather somehow link it to the business profile rather than a page as I don’t want my personal fb friends being able to find and follow my business account as I like to keep the 2 worlds separate and I know fb pushes things out far too wide for my liking.But even with this fb page linked it still won’t come up as an option for instagram.  I considered just creating another fb to log into Manychat with but every time I try to log in with FB it only lets me log in with the one I logged in with before or it goes

Do you or do you not need a credit card for the free plan? The pricing page shows no credit card needed but the directions show that you do need one - and when I try to activate the free trial since it shows us as using 0/1000 contacts, it won’t let me without a credit card. We have one account with a paid plan and automations are fine there, but the other account with the free plan will not work account.I deleted all automations on the free plan - I had tried to set several up but was unable to make them live so they haven’t been used.Super frustrating that it’s so hard to ask manychat. 

How can I activate an automation in a free plan? My trigger doesn't utilize any advanced features; it's straightforward (comment “XXX” to receive the XXX link in a direct message). I was under the impression that the free plan supports up to 1000 users, but only a few people have interacted with my message on Instagram so far.I appreciate any assistance you can offer!

As simple as that, I have a small test scenario and all the connections working (tested with other actions).I’m trying to send a massage from make.com and I’ve tried all types of messages, non is showing up in the whatsapp chat.Is this issue connected to the credit line that haven’t been shared by ManyChat with me?

Hi guys,I am a beginner in Manychat and I have a question.Let’s say I want people to get my checklist when they comment CHECKLIST.I want people comment “CHECKLIST” ONLY. I dont want people to get my checklist when they use “checklist” in a sentence. For example, they write a comment “I like checklist” - I don’t want these people to get it. Is this possible? Any way to set up something like this?

My contact list still going up, and mu company want to know how it works after 40000 contacts? Am i get a plus services or something else? and is there any discount services if my company spend that much for manychat?

Hello community,  i’m having trouble running multiple automations at the same time and need some help on how to do it or structure it. We have a chatbot on manychats which feeds our crm, so we have multiple triggers such as detect city of interest and detect product of interest e.g. if user sends a whatsapp message that contains “X”, a flow of product “X” starts and it stores “X” in a custom field called product of interest. At the same time, if message contains “City Y” in the message, it stores “City Y” in a custom field called “City of interest”. But seems that if message says I’m interested in X in City Y, it runs only 1 automation (not sure how it chooses which to prioritize) Help would be much appreciated. Thank you
