Anyways I can set up many chat with or without another program to trigger auto DM with a “like”? On Instagram post, reels and stories 

I accidentally charged the wallet with an amount larger than necessary. Can I use this amount to charge the monthly subscription?

Trying to troubleshoot - I had to change my IG Password this weekend and reconnecting ManyChat has taken me more time than I care to admit.  None of my automations are working no matter how much I refresh my persmissions, edit my meta suite, and all the ManyChat instructional videos I’m finding are too old to help (My screen looks completely different than what they’re showing).  I tried re-doing my automations, still nothing.  ManyChat has no customer service so I’m at a complete loss of what to do next.   I’ve been at this for hours. 

Hi, there! I’m using the Auto-DM Links from Comments feature and it’s sending responses/links to SOME of our users, but not all? Anyone else had this? Any fixes? **Yes, we have refreshed permissions. ;) 

Hello I ran an Instagram Raffle contest where people had to comment on the post. Is there any way to export all the comments to a .csv file?

Manychat has been triggering a DM automation every time someone comments the word “good” on any post (which you can imagine is a pretty common word). I never set up a DM trigger using that keyword and have searched my automations at least 10 times and it doesn’t show any trigger with that keyword. It is triggered at least 10x’s a day at looks extremely unprofessional. Does anyone have any idea of how to stop this from happening or how to actually get a hold of Manychat customer service? Thank you!

Hi, We want to trigger automation from comments for people to receive a “pre-save link” for music release. Once pre-saved, we want to resume automation. How can we achieve this in a workflow? Thanks in advance

When using a custom vairable to hold a simple string it fails to be displayed in a message or be picked up when sending it a a field to Aweber as part of a signup process via a webhook to Make. As can seen, the variable MainlyAnswer is set to A, B or C and passed to the SendMessage (and on to the webkook). When running in preview the message shows the internal name {{cuf_12545289}} not its value. This is also displayed when using the variable in the webhook json field. How can I get the variable content to display?Thanks Tim 

Hello everyone,I was reading in the Community post. Are Instagram DM Lists completely gone?I have a 2 steps flow. First step is about getting a product, e.g. an ebook. Second step is about providing feedback. The second step should automatically trigger after 7-10 days. Did I get it right that this is no longer allowed? Do I have to contact the customer personally in chat and ask to trigger the feedback flow, e.g. with a keyword? 

what this happen in first time that the contact answers me? There are two bottom but they do not appear. 

Hi, i’ve a number of contacts and i try to add some of them to a sequence: than in the sequence there is a message with a link to an event (these contacts previously asked to be informed via DM about the event in the link).The first person i added to the sequence for testing received the message and everything was fine… but after i added other contacts to the sequence I had few issues:1 - only 10 contacts were added over the more than 50 i added with bulk action2 - none of them received the planned messages3 - there is a “processing window” that is idle… and seems it does not work…can you help me? what am i doing wrong?

I get this far and get an error that says something went wrong. I have did all the troubleshooting  

Hello, the "If Message Does Not Contain" keyword filter is not working. It does not save or update when I use this trigger.  Is anyone else experiencing this? I badly need this for my automation because it is too hard to predict all the keywords for some of my automations.  Am I missing something?  Any advise would be much appreciated.

when i signed up for manychat, i selected a USA phone number since my country (singapore) was not available. on the sign up page it said i can change my number later on after sign up, however i do not see this option in the settings?

Hi team!I’m finding that the “comment” is delivering and the first automated message is sending via DM (which is “click the link below” but the URL isn’t ALWAYS delivering via DM.  I’ve refreshed my automations but should I refresh every day?

I've launched an ad campaign and the ads optimization settings are going well. Then, after a few days, nothing works anymore. I look at the trigger Instagram ads is deactivated and doesn't appear at all. I go to redo the “Ads optimization” settings, then when I reconnect a “messaging” data source, the instagram account selection is no longer available because it's apparently ineligible. Thanks in advance for your help.

También he configurado AI Steps y palabras clave, pero en algunos casos no se activan o el bot alucina respuestas. Necesito ayuda para entender si es un tema de configuración o una limitación de la plataforma, porque esto está afectando la experiencia del cliente. Gracias de antemano.
