Hello,I created a new basic flow. I added my URL to the button. However, the URL is coming back as page not found. I checked the URL on my browser, and it’s working just fine. So I changed the URL to a page on my website. Again, I’m getting the same error page. And once again, I checked this link in my browser and it’s working just fine. I’m not sure why it’s not working within ManyChat. Any ideas that may help would be appreciated

I'm doing a series of tips on my Instagram account and set up automations for them. However, tip1 is triggering for every comment. For example... If someone comments tip14 they get the message for tip1 instead. Adding in exclusions for all of these (over 100) would be a nightmare because 16 would trigger instead of 163 or 169.  I'd there a way to make the comments an exact match instead of a partial match?

I’m curious whether ManyChat's actions—such as AI messaging in DMs, auto-DM links triggered by comments, and scheduled posts/Reels through the API—are treated similarly by Instagram's algorithm. Could these actions as a whole impact organic engagement or visibility for accounts? If so, what steps can we take to minimize potential negative effects?

This is my ManyChat flow. How do I fix this flow so when the lead is choosing their kitchen equipment, I want the flow to save each option they choose and list it it back to them. Then I’d like the next step to re list the options if the contact would like to keep adding options and a choice “done choosing” when they are finished. After that I’d like the bot to list everything they have again. I keep having issues with the bot replying back with a placeholder and not saving and listing each option as they choose them.

Hello, I just signed up to ManyChat and set up my first automation. I set it up so people commenting Free on my reel would be sent a link to my free ebook. The DM is not sending and there are no automated replies either. I’ve tried troubleshooting on my own and with the ManyChat AI and I’m needing human support LOL. I have a pro plan.  I have enabled a trigger “when user comments on post or reel”.  When I close, the trigger automatically disables.  Not sure why.  Any help is appreciated.

I have a Facebook account (my personal name) with a Business Page (my business name)When I subscribed to ManyChat, I paid for the Pro version for my Facebook account, but the Business Page did not upgrade as well. I thought this was one account. Do I need to pay for 2 accounts?  

Hello! How to run automation if they wrote a custom 'replied to an ad' text instead of clicking a button on Messenger/FB? This automation is connected already to my FB Ads. This automation has buttons for them to click. Now, I want them to send them my given ‘prompt’ even if they wrote a custom chat. Is there a loophole to do this?I know I cannot use conditions/data collection since I connected this to FB Ads.Sample below. It stops right there since they wrote that. How do I do this?

Hello please help I have an account with my Google account which has my Facebook connected.  I then try to add a new Facebook page and it says I already have an account, which it then logs me in.  I cannot get into the manychat page to edit and remove the page.  So manychat keeps sending me in a loop.  Please see my loom below. HELPPPPPPP  

Hi, I’m trying to use the flow that sends DM automatically when someone comment on a post. Am I able to set to only send DMs to followers that comment the post? If this person is not a follower then I do not send the dm. I’m using the free account from manychat, not the pro version. Thanks .
