I got the free version at the moment and use it for Instagram comment reply.I did eight campaigns so far and used four keywords. When activating a new campaign, the app tells my i can’t do that without upgrading to pro.Did i reach a limit somehow?What am i missing?

Hi everyone,I'm hoping to get some advice on a specific issue I'm facing with my Instagram account linked to ManyChat. I've set up ManyChat to send automated DMs with a link to my app whenever someone comments a certain word on my video. It works well, except for a problem I'm encountering with Android users.When these users receive the DM and click on the link, Instagram asks them to click "Continue" to open the external browser. However, the external browser doesn't open as it should. The workaround seems to be that users need to go into their Instagram settings and manually allow external links to be opened from DMs, but realistically, no one is going to do that.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips on how I can fix this so that the link opens directly in an external browser on Android phones without requiring users to change their settings?Appreciate any help or insights you can provide!

hello everyone i’m new to manychati trying to trigger manychat flow when user click on facebook ads by using JSON Adsbut i’m not sure if i can pass some of facebook ads attribute like campaign_id, ad_id to the custom field in manychat when manychat is triggered. i’ll be very thankful if you guy could provide me some solutions or some keywords that i can research further.

Is that right?Secondly, Messenger Kids will only connect with profiles, right?We are launching a membership for kids around healthy eating, and if the parents give permission, want to provide the education and content directly to the children (without any option for them to upgrade or spend money or anything of the sort). I want to find a way to make this work. I need DM automation help for Instagram.The automation starts with a keyword trigger to a post/reel and a response that says "just confirming you want blah blah blah - with a button that confirms the trigger"The person pushes the button which triggers them to say the button text. Which then triggers another message that says "okay just drop your best email below so I can send you the link"The person responds with their email.That's where I'm stuck. Hello, what I currently need the most help with is whether it's possible to automatically send follow-up messages if a lead doesn't respond after 23 hours and 59 minutes. Attached is the current script we're using, which should remain the same without any buttons, etc., just with an automatic follow-up. Is that possible? Important: I don't want to use any buttons.If not, what would be the minimum number of buttons that would need to be added? 

I’m concerned if thousands of users trigger my automation on a reel on Instagram and comment “live” which triggers my comment reply and dm with a link, it will get rate limited. Can someone at ManyChat confirm that I will not get rate limited if thousands of people comment “live”?

Instagram ai automation did not save answers user field and did not answer when reply came over 24 hrs. 

It would be amazing if we could capture the keyword that triggered an automation.For example, if you have multiple keywords you can see which one was used. If we have a keyword trigger like begins with or contains (let's say the key word is MENU and someone sent MENU123. We can get and manipulate MENU123 in different ways...) we could get the whole thing and manipulate. This can open a world of opportunities for us.
