Hello everyone,I’m in the process of creating an automation that responds to FAQ or sends the client to a Live Agent if the issue is not resolved.I’m doing this by using the AI Step but I haven’t found a way to import my company’s knowledge base into ManyChat.Does anyone know how I can do this?Or how else can I train the AI inside ManyChat to answer questions based on my company’s knowledge base?Thank you!

I have a free account as I am a new user trying the platform and also only starting my small business.All ads show that KEYWORDS is a function available on the free account and I have watched multiple video tutorials and read all instructions but there is NO KEYWORD OPTION visible in my Trigger search, or automations page, which is where the tutorials say it should be?Is there something I’m missing, or a different place this should be appearing? Cannot see the function anywhere.

So, what we want to happen is that if someone comments "unicorn" on an ad, like a feed ad, ManyChat will send them a message. Right now, it seems they only respond to comments on regular posts in our feed, not on feed post ads.

Hi, I setup a DM Automation on a FB Reel on my FB Page.I have never had these issues with Instagram.The automation triggers and responds to the comments fine, but it appears that non of the comments recieved a DM response. (Over 400 comments)I have checked everything multiple times, but not sure where the disconnect is.It seems no one recieved that first Message after the trigger

Hey guys. Is there a way to disable Live Chat visibility for specific members or users? I need to manage client automations without violating their privacy by  having the access to their Live Chat messages. Perhaps an editor role with restricted Live Chat access(viewing) could be a solution.Thank you . 

I have an issue with the following automation : As you can see, 61 contacts passed through my automation, but only 3 messages were sent. It seems like the issue comes with the delay because when I put a 10 seconds delay it works perfectly fine.Do you have an idea on how I could solve this issue and having message sent for every contact that passed the delay?

Hey guys! Hope you are having a good day.My automation has a custom contact field that gets filled once the user started a conversation. However my automation starts if this field is unknown, as it gets a value when the automation runs. In my use case, there are some users that write on a daily basis, so what I am doing right now is creating new custom fields every day and modifying my automation with them. Is is possible to erase all the values that a contact field has taken without having to go through every single conversation/contact? That would save me a lot of time as I would not need to update my automation every single day.Thank you in advance.Juan David

I’m trying to sync Manychat with Active Campaign and have set up the appropriate external request. When email address changes to “any value” trigger external request “update/create contact.”The external request triggers just fine but the contact does not get created in my account.However, I am seeing a 403 Forbidden message and I have no clue what that means. Very frustrating.  

Hello everyone! I have a question. Can I capture the user first message they sent in the conversation? Lets say I dont have a specific keyword that activates my automation but I want to capture this first message to use it later on. Is that posible? How to do it? Thaks!

Hello ! I have set up our first automation with quite a success regarding our audience interactions.BUT I do not understand the drop of people in my tunnel after the SMART DELAY. How come I have 94 people “passed” and only 26 “sent” after the SMART DELAY.The DM sent after the SMART DELAY is the only action set up at this point . I run an agency.We wish to run multiple clients through one login, so for instanceA bakery IGA restaurants IGA gyms IG Do we need to create separate accounts every time with complete new logins? Or when I add the new IG I see it creates a new one using, so this will be billed x2 if I am using two accounts. Cannot find any documentation on this and cannot speak directly to ManyChat

I’ve been following the prompts to connect my Instagram account as a channel to ManyChat, as I can see the ManyChat connection on my Instagram account, but it doesn’t appear on ManyChat, and everytime I go through the setup process I get told that an access request has been sent to the owner of the account, which is me.I had the emails asking to approve access, and have also followed this procedure accordingly, but still there’s no IG account in my ManyChat channels.How do I fix this?

When manychat messages are sent out after people commented under my reel - 90% of people don’t even open/don’t see them, why is that and how can I fix this? My automation itself works fine, it’s tested. But most people don’t even see my message.

If a user who used a keyword in a comment does not see the automated dm message on Instagram because it is blocked in his account settings, can I automate a comment (in response to his comment) in which I ask him to change the settings?

Please help. I just signed up for the free account and tried connecting my Facebook and Instagram accounts to the system. It is looping and asking me to set up the account even though I have, and I've tried this on my phone and laptop 3 times. I've looked in "accounts," and it says there is no account there. It prompts me to add an account, and I click the blue button, and it takes me through the process of adding an account again! What am I doing wrong? Can anyone advise?

Hello 👋Since there’s some sort of API issue with Meta for Facebook scheduled posts, it’s impossible to select a specific post inside an automation (comments growth tool) that was scheduled via Meta Business suite.So is it possible instead at least to have an option (that is available for Instagram) to enable it for Next post/reel?That would be super helpful 🙏
