Congratulations! Can anyone tell me why the buttons below the message are not displayed? I made a block where the button is under the text, also a block where the buttons are separated from the text, but nothing helps(((I'm losing customers

Is there anyway to add colour to a button or change the font? My buttons appear as a white box with text. I would like to change either the colour of the text or the button box so that it stands out more. 

HELP..  I have one automation set up that has been working great! The PROBLEM is I set up another one, with a different KEYWORD but yet its not working. Anytime someone comments the new keyword they get sent my first link and DM message. Not the new one..Please help!YES THE NEW ONE IS LIVE!

✋ Question: Deleted Chatbot Automation (Messenger Ref URL) Automation Appears Under Widgets on the Contacts Tab I’m working on setting up the bots for my client and I noticed that whenever I was duplicating an automation that the widgets would appear under the “Contacts” tab when I had already deleted the copies of the automations.  Do you guys know if there’s a possibility for me to delete this? I don’t see a trash button beside it. I do hope it’s possible to remove it 😭  Thank you to everyone in advance for helping out an OC marketer 😫 Kind regards,bettdoesmarketing

How I send auto dms to custom users list on Instagram?

Starting your morning 5am prepare for 4 kids to go to school,do house chores,take care of your husband after that you must be prepared to start your day in the office come back at 2pm to fetch the kids from school and from the creche go back home to prepare for the supper it hectic but we are strong as women because we are coping each and everyday. 

FB AD trigger will not activate?

We have a “user mentions you in their story” trigger set to send a 10% discount code to thank them for tagging us. I have it selected to send “once per 24 hours” if they tag us (some people tag us multiple times). It is sending them the message + code multiple times. Thanks in advance for the help! BTW - I have refreshed Instagram and Facebook permissions. 

If my client doesn’t have access to the Instagram Broadcast is that because they never applied for the beta (and it’s too late to do so as I’ve seen they’re pausing the beta?). Wondering why I don’t see the option to have them join it when I am building a message.

Hi everyone! New here, but I’ve been working on building out my first lead qual flow, which basically takes responses from my FB Ads, and asks them a series of questions to qualify them. I’ve attached my screenshot here of my current flow, but I’m not sure how to set up the ability to collect all their answers and save it to their record in ManyChat so I can integrate with my CRM. I have a series of questions and at the end I ask for their name, email and phone number. What would I put in the flow to save all their answers once they’re done with it? 

Since last night, manychat has not sent the message to Direct. He counts the shot, but nothing arrives.

Hi all,I have a question that hopefully can be answered by someone!I want to save my first outbound message to something like a custom field, so I can use it in my automations. But currently I can't seem to find a way to do this. I can only save the responses from a user as a custom field but not my first outbound message. If you have any solutions, possible solutions or ideas I would love to know!Kind regards,Lars

Bonjour,Depuis hier soir, plus aucune automatisation ne fonctionne… pendant 24h il y avait bien une réponse par commentaire si le clietn écrivait le mot clé, puis cela n’envoyait pas de lien par message. Aujourd’hui plus rien ne marche, alors que toutes les automations sont bien en vert, active. Rien du tout, si je reponds le mot clé, rien ne se passe… cela fait 5h que je suis dessus, personne d’instagram ou de manychat ne peut me répondre  

I have created a professional Instagram account and need to change the current connected one, can I delete and add or is there another way?

On the older version of Manychat there was no need for a trigger event to start the Welcome Message.After pressing ‘Get Started’ you could select the Welcome Message as the ‘Start’ of the automation. With the new version of  Manychat you seem to have to first ‘trigger’ an event. How do I set the welcome automation without a trigger event, and if I have to use a trigger, which trigger should it be to start the Welcome Message after the ‘Get Started’ button is pressed which is performed as part of the ‘Greeting Text’?

Hi all I made a bot, so when you press start, it shows you a list of other telegram groups to join. Ive linked the telegram groups via the http link. The issue is when clicking the groups, it seems to go to manychat; it loads up manychat, then it sends you to the telegram group. Why is it not just loading up the telegram group to join?Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

Hi, has anyone’s video not showing or playing in Messenger? My video is always showed and played in messenger, but recently it’s not showing and it has been days. How to solve it?

Manychat AI did not save phone number sometimes so I can not create a deal for my company. It should happen 5-6 times in day. You have to fix that.
