Hello! Would a support member or a community member be kind enough to hop on a call to help me setup the automations on Manychat? Right now I’m doing this script:Comment “word” for resource!They comment then get the resource, but then that’s all that happens. I want to create an automation that will followup with these leads even AFTER I send the resource so I can ultimately convert them to paying customers or at least join my community to potentially convert later. It would also be cool if Manychat allows me to do automated replies to common questions which I would love to setup as well. I get the question of “how do I start day trading” very often. I would love to learn more about the capabilities of manychat on a call and I appreciate your help.

Do I receive additional affiliate earnings if the person I’ve referred subscribes to Manychat AI? 

Hi guys!Just set up my first automation and it works as planned.It’s an automation to send a DM when a user comments a trigger word.But, is there a way to make it not look so “robotic” by setting a delay in both the comment reply and the DM? Like a few minutes after would be great.

Hello eveyrone,I renewed my subscription after a year and now I am seeing “Some issues with account's permissions were found. Facebook page Admin has to Refresh Permissions.”. When I press “Refresh Permissions” the initial warning text still stays and down below of that warning text the new text appears “The page connection was successfully reloaded”. My automation or anything is still not working, not seeing the “Get started” text, etc. What should i do, i want my automation to be started ASAP.

I’m trying to join Manychat, but i really can’t connect my instagram account. In order to join, i need to also select my facebook, but it doesn’t find the page. If it doesn’t find the page, manychat ask if he should create it. When i press ok, the messagge “Something went wrong.” Pops up. I really don’t know i watched every tutorial but nothing can help me.

I solved this error. In case someone is looking for a fix, the issue could be the following:Your chatgpt need credit to fuel the responses. (Check in settings > logs) for external links: Double check the JsonPath ( (Check in settings > logs) 

Hello Team,I use manychat for some months now, and last Friday I had to change the connected Facebook page from my Instagram page to another, which was also in another Business Manager.After that I cannot connect to Manychat anymore, I always get this error: The following Pages are ineligible to grant messaging API permissions  After talking to Meta Support the told me there is no restriction on my Facebook nor Instagram Page and the problem is on Manychat side. Does anyone know a fix to that?

I had an old fb page that previously owned the manychat account and I lost access to it. Hello, we are receiving account blocking alerts due to reports of spam WhatsApp. Apparently the stream is being triggered to people just by clicking on the ad link. We have already tried to adjust the trigger that triggers the flow but it also triggers in the middle of the conversation. We would like to trigger the flow only when the person starts the conversation with a word but we would not like it to trigger in the middle of the flow. How to proceed?

Hi i want to setup an automation for people who are sharing me my own reel, i wan to send them a message once they have sent me my own reel.HOW TO DO THAT?

 I see in my Manychat account that I have 100 subscribers. These are people I can see who have engaged with me via DM on Instagram but it says that they subscribed. Can someone please explain to me what this function is? I haven’t enabled a feature for someone to subscribe so I'm not sure how that's possible through my DM's. Also the subscribed contacts appearing in many chat don't include all of my DM's so I'm not sure how it's being filtered.  How do these contacts work on Manychat? Is there a functionality beyond just listing some of the people who DM’d me. 

How do I delete this unknown contacts? I’ve had them for more than 7 days now and I hate how I can’t do anything about it to remove them. I already refreshed everything. 

I just noticed that on the notification list on Instagram – under comments – the “message” button is missing all of a sudden. Anybody else experiencing this?

Are there any tips to not getting your IG account reported as spam with many chat automation? This is the second time in less than 10 days. It is gravely affecting my business. their only solution is don't use many chat but there has to be a way.

I connected my Instagram account, but I can't add any automation because it keeps saying "Instagram channel is not active."Has anyone had a similar issue and could help me?I also tried to remove my Instagram channel, but after typing "remove" in the window and clicking CONFIRM, another red window pops up with the message "Something went wrong."Please help 🥺
