My SmartDelay to send a follow up instagram message does not work on any of my automations. Even when I wait the 24 hour period, check 2-3 days later, the SmartDelay still has not sent any of my follow up messages. Does anyone know how to get this trigger to work? This is my current flow: Instagram follower comments on reel > I send them an automatic DM with the link to my ebook > SmartDelay to send a follow up message 2 days later asking if they had a chance to check out the link I really appreciate any insight here. I’ve included a snapshot below of my flow as well. Thank you!

Manychat Automation not triggering Facebook conversion event

Hey, my automation is firing correctly and people are opting in and completing the flow. However, Facebook is not picking up that a conversation has started. Obviously this means the pixel is getting no data for optimisation. I am using the ‘clicks facebook ad trigger’ as the Facebook JSON trigger isnt an option in my account. I have made sure the autoresponder is disabled. How do i fix this?

Automation not work against the contact event trigger

I created an automation that triggers when a new contact is created or a tag is applied. However, when a new contact is created and a tag is applied, the automation does not send a WhatsApp message as expected. On the other hand, when a user sends a message on WhatsApp with a defined keyword, the automation successfully sends a WhatsApp message, as intended.

I’m using many chat web portal, editing a flow to be able to capture the contacts 1st name. after this step, i opt to use the users input (response) to say Got you ( user inserted name) this step never follows through. i always get a response showing the backends attempt at remembering the persons name. I’m confident im missing something, chatgpt seems to be giving me steps from an outdated manychat instructional.

"Couldn't load Posts or Reels" error

Hi allI got this error "Couldn't load Posts or Reels" when trying to set the automation chain and select the reel for the autoresponder. I am using desktop pc and so far all the solutions or tips I could find to solve the problem, such as one Youtube video, were meant for the mobile app. In pc browser version there are no permissions to any other application and no option to select/allow them although the connection was apparently ok when first starting off with Manychat. At least it did not complain of any connection errors.And secondly, is it true that only in paid Pro version the autoresponder can be set to all posts/reels? Not just for one as in free plan.Cheers

Hey everyone! I need some help. I am confused about the automations for IG. So, I have set up an automation that send someone a message when they comment a keyword. That part works. However, if they don’t buy the product or just click on the link, I have another message that kinda reminds them that they didn’t make the purchase.. I currently have that message on Smart Delay for 1 day after they get the initial message, but the second message hasn't sent out to anyone but 4 people. I am so confused. I have over 70 on passed & over 100 on pending.

It looks like I can have one account for both channels. is this correct? And if it is how can I cancel the Pro on the Instagram and move the contacts into the other Pro account?

Previewing a Whatsapp Flow gets stuck at email address step. Does not finish

So I’ve created a whatsapp flow. There is a step where I ask the contact to provide his/her email address. Upon previewing this in whatsapp, the flow does not continue to the end even after typing in my email address. See screenshot of the flow, and a screenshot of the whatsapp conversation. Any idea why it’s not taking me to the final step?

How to collect the button answers and store it as a contact field

Hi, I’m a beginner here. I am trying to build a lead gen flow that pre-qualifies the user. I am using Whatsapp as the channel. If I add a button to a whatsapp text message, how do I store the answer they selected as a custom user field? Example scenario: The Whatsapp message says “please select the dental treatment you are interested in” > the user selects option A How do I store that answer to the user’s contact data? Worth noting that I won’t collect the users contact info until the end of the sequence.

How to manage multiple Clients

I’m trying to offer my clients in our Social Media Marketing a new service, where a generated lead (via Facebook etc.) gets a “welcome massage” after they signed up. My Question is, if it is possible for an Agency to manage all their clients within one Manychat account.The most important detail is, that every client we manage has their own Business Number, so they can chat with their leads after the “welcome message”.
