Hey there, We run some automations using Manychat, and we have a support team that answering the conversations and helping users. I'm looking for a CRM or platform that organizes and facilitates the handling of these conversations for our support team. Any ideas or recommendations are welcome. Best regards.  

why i am seeing old chats that are not available on facebook or instagram? I want to remove it how can i do?

Hello! I'm hoping someone can help me out with this issue I'm having.  so I set up my auctions and they work, someone comments on my video and they get the DM automation with an external link… BUT the actual message inside the automation that I set up doesn't show up.  I've attached an image so you know what I mean. Below the “Hi🙋🏽‍♂️” there's more text before the button, but it's not showing.  Anyone else have this issue?Jamie. 

Hello,my “Send Message” on Instagram ist not complete. Only Hi “Full Name” will be send, but not all the Text. Can anybody help me please? Why ist it so? Thanks !   

We were able to connect our Hubspot account to add new users to our emails list, however- we can’t seem to figure out how to create multiple lists to send new users to when we want to activate on different campaigns (example, our current campaign adds users to our general email newsletter, but we might want to create new lists for singular promos or giveaways). Does anyone have insights on if this is possible or how to go about it? Thanks!

Hi, Can anyone tell me is there a limit the to number of comments a trigger will respond to before it stops. We had a post that did extremely well with over 400 comments but the trigger seems to have stopped working once it hit about 300 comments on the post. Any help appreciated.

When users comment on my post or reels, I can’t send the whole message to them.It just shows up as the first line and the link. 

I understand I can create a widget for my web that opens on Meta Messenger. Where in my Manychat dashboard can I find this option? I can see the chatbot and widget in settings, but not an option to create  one.

But the answer will be given to every further message, even if we are already actively in contact. I want to turn off the automation and don't know how. Hi therew I am having issues with accessing my old account as I had to start a new facebook and instagram account. I basically created a new account so I could resolve my old account. I’m still being charged a mthly fee and can’t stop it. I also invested thousands of dollars for a workflow I can no longer access. I would like support with this thank you. I’ve sent manychat emails and no reply. I’m not sure what else I can do. Its like there is no one to contact for support. Would love your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a Manychat account with the email address: "sebastian.boettger.obis@outlook.de" and I cannot log into my Manychat account with this email address. A workflow has been set up in the account and I can no longer access it and make settings. There are also costs involved. I canceled the account via email before the trail period expired and it wasn't implemented. What can I currently do to log into the account again? And where can I effectively request that the timely termination be implemented? I have currently created a second account to describe the problem. Please show me how I can solve the problem. when i send my request to try set a custom field i use the same request in document and request manage to fail 

I created my chatbot on VoiceFlow, and I used ManyChat to deploy this chatbot on WhatsApp. However, in my automation, I am unable to see the response choices created in VoiceFlow in the bot's conversations. I really need help to fully utilize the potential of my chatbot.

I want to know whether the conversation has been closed or stopped. A message is sent to close the conversation, and when the customer responds to WhatsApp, it starts again.

No matter ow many times I tried to change it, Many chat will only show my secondary Facebook page (which has minimal followers) and not my main Facebook profile. It's really frustrating snd means I have not been able to use Many chat at all.

My subscription is only $15, why am I being charged $25?

As Pro, I haven't actively use, there is a deduction from my account that I cannot activate every month and I cannot solve it.How can I solve this situation? 

Why there was an attempt of double double payment of membership??? And this membership didn't seek my consent before the transaction was done.Instead should have given reminders for payment option. 

I already have the Business Suite API in Ads Manager, however, no Approved or Disapproved status appears. What to do? I know the Facebook Business account is not verified. Then, when trying to connect my number to ManyChat, I am asked to create another Business API instead of using the existing one. 

Id like to connect my new Insta account but it just keeps telling mr refresh permissions, I do that than it says Server isn’t feeling well. Id really lie to use the Dm automation to grow my email list. Can anyone help me
