Hey team, I want to trigger the manychat conversion and money event when webpage loads. I have added “onload” javascript in my html coded website earlier it was working fine, But now I need to install the same on funnel builder Creatofy in Footer Section. I don’t know what code I need to write to trigger the event during onload. Can you guys please help. Here was what working earlier in body tag when page loads.  --------------------// Page visit - conversion event<body onload="window.MC_PIXEL.fireLogConversionEvent('Visit - Checkout: Manychat Course')"></body> Looking forward hearing from you guys soon on this.

I created an automation that triggers when a new contact is created or a tag is applied. However, when a new contact is created and a tag is applied, the automation does not send a WhatsApp message as expected. On the other hand, when a user sends a message on WhatsApp with a defined keyword, the automation successfully sends a WhatsApp message, as intended.     

I’m using many chat web portal, editing a flow to be able to capture the contacts 1st name. after this step, i opt to use the users input (response) to say Got you ( user inserted name) this step never follows through. i always get a response showing the backends attempt at remembering the persons name. I’m confident im missing something, chatgpt seems to be giving me steps from an outdated manychat instructional.

Hi allI got this error "Couldn't load Posts or Reels" when trying to set the automation chain and select the reel for the autoresponder. I am using desktop pc and so far all the solutions or tips I could find to solve the problem, such as one Youtube video, were meant for the mobile app. In pc browser version there are no permissions to any other application and no option to select/allow them although the connection was apparently ok when first starting off with Manychat. At least it did not complain of any connection errors.And secondly, is it true that only in paid Pro version the autoresponder can be set to all posts/reels? Not just for one as in free plan.Cheers

Hey everyone! I need some help. I am confused about the automations for IG. So, I have set up an automation that send someone a message when they comment a keyword. That part works. However, if they don’t buy the product or just click on the link, I have another message that kinda reminds them that they didn’t make the purchase.. I currently have that message on Smart Delay for 1 day after they get the initial message, but the second message hasn't sent out to anyone but 4 people. I am so confused. I have over 70 on passed & over 100 on pending. 

Hi all, I set up two Pro-Accounts for my client, one for Facebook and one for their Instagram. But I think this is now a mistake? It looks like I can have one account for both channels. is this correct? And if it is how can I cancel the Pro on the Instagram and move the contacts into the other Pro account?

So I’ve created a whatsapp flow. There is a step where I ask the contact to provide his/her email address. Upon previewing this in whatsapp, the flow does not continue to the end even after typing in my email address. See screenshot of the flow, and a screenshot of the whatsapp conversation. Any idea why it’s not taking me to the final step? 

Hi, I’m a beginner here. I am trying to build a lead gen flow that pre-qualifies the user. I am using Whatsapp as the channel. If I add a button to a whatsapp text message, how do I store the answer they selected as a custom user field? Example scenario: The Whatsapp message says “please select the dental treatment you are interested in” > the user selects option A How do I store that answer to the user’s contact data? Worth noting that I won’t collect the users contact info until the end of the sequence.

I’m trying to offer my clients in our Social Media Marketing a new service, where a generated lead (via Facebook etc.) gets a “welcome massage” after they signed up. My Question is, if it is possible for an Agency to manage all their clients within one Manychat account.The most important detail is, that every client we manage has their own Business Number, so they can chat with their leads after the “welcome message”.  If there is a way to do that please let me know.Thank you very much.

Hello!! I am new to many chat. My automations have no been working. They have worked before but not recently… I have been having to send DMs manually once the trigger word is commented on my reel. This is time consuming and defeats the purpose of paying monthly… Any reason this may be? Pleasseeee assist!

Hello,I have part of my flow for collecting and verifying contact details that I want to reuse in many flows, I don't want to just copy and past that in all the flows since they are a lot and going back to update all the flows when I want to modify that part is not ideal, I'm looking for something like functions in programming  where I can include it in all my flows and if I need to modify it, i do so in one place, any suggestions? I have a flow in ManyChat that stops midway. I make a connection with GPT via the Assistant API, send the user's question, and it returns the answer correctly. However, ManyChat does not send the answer back to the user, even though the answer has already been received by the API.In the image below, in red, is the GPT's response. In blue is the count for error location. It reaches up to number 3, as shown in the image that performs the action from this user field. Can someone help me, please?? 

Hi! Im trying to set up an Automation, but unfortunately it doesn't work, my messages never go through, except my contact is created by clicking on WhatsappURL. Can you tell me why? I'd like to contact People I Import from my CRM System automatically by tagging them. heres what i wanna get working:  beforehand i built an automation that sorts new contacts imported, and tags them, that would be the first tag that starts a chat. i tried just messaging all new contacts but these messages werent delivered aswell.

Hey Ya’ll,  So Ive run into an issue with connecting all of my accounts (FB & IG).  I have a few accounts - two of them being the following: Kristen AdolfiKrissy Krash I seem to be logged into Many Chat with my Kristen Adolfi page (as I logged in using Facebook) but then to set up automations, its connected to my Krissy Krash account - which is totally fine, but I need to be able to add automations on both of them but when I try to add another profile on Many Chat, it doesnt pick up my Kristen Adolfi page? Anyone have some advice or fixes here? I Have checked permissions and given Many Chat everything.  Please help! xx

Hiis there a problem at the moment I have been trying for days to get started setting up automation on my Instagram account. It appears to have connected with Facebook but kept asking me over and over to connect so I cannot proceed any further. Anyone else having these issues?
