Hi! How are you? I'm Malena, I work with doctors, and I'm thinking about offering automation services. The first thing I want to offer is ManyChat. My clients are doctors who work all day and want absolutely nothing to do with technology. This presents two problems. They generally want to pay and have everything done for them. I already had a situation where I ended up using my MetaAds account to run campaigns because the client didn't have time to connect the MetaAds console to me and didn't understand the tutorial either (it's bad practice, I know).The thing is, now I want to start offering automation services.1. I have two options: either I help them configure their ManyChat, or I do it myself from the admin panel, absorbing the costs within the service price.2. I want the FAQ bot; it would be very useful. Do I have to pay for that per client, or do I pay for it once for my account, and if it's from my admin panel, do I pay for it myself? Thank

I am managing one company’s accounts and we have many branches and locations. Is it possible to have only one pro account and sub-accounts, since owner is same person. Each sub account has it is own social media accounts and web sites. Or do I have purchase pro accounts to all sub accounts (branches)?

i have a free trial running until March 15 but want some of the pro features and cannot find a way to activate pro right now.  do I have to completely cancel my trial subsription in order to activate pro.If I do have to cancel, will i lose all my automations?

Hi everyone!I'm new to the platform and trying to achieve something simple.I want to send a WhatsApp template message (already approved) to users of my app who are paying customers. For example, messages like a welcome message or a notification that their booking received a new review.I've been trying to do this with ManyChat, but I'm a bit confused about the correct setup.Do I need to make sure each user is subscribed to my ManyChat account first? If so, should I check whether the user is already subscribed before sending the message?Since I already have an active system with active clients, what would be the best way to handle this?I originally thought I could trigger an automation when ManyChat receives a webhook, but I couldn’t find a way to create or listen to a webhook in ManyChat.Also, I noticed that you can’t use an external request as the first step in a flow — only after another step.Any help

My comment-to-DM automation has stopped firing and I’ve had no response from support for 4 days. This is affecting lead delivery for an active campaign. Ive alreayd submitted two support tickets and done all the steps to recitfy issue with noCan a Manychat team member please escalate this? I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Refreshed the Facebook/Instagram connection Checked page permissions Confirmed ManyChat still has access in Meta/Facebook settings Reviewed the trigger setup Confirmed the keyword/comment trigger is correct Tested with a new post and new comments Checked that the automation is published/live Checked that the correct page/account is connected Tried reconnecting/re-authorizing where possibleThe automation still does not send the DM when someone comments.

Hi everyone,I duplicated an automation to start fresh, but the new duplicated flow isn't working at all.The Setup: Trigger: Instagram User comments a specific keyword, e.g., "Fix" Flow: An automatic DM is triggered asking the user for their email address. Action: The email is successfully captured in ManyChat, and an action is set to send that email data directly to MailerLite. What I've Tried: Tested with a friend's Instagram account using the exact keyword comment. Nothing happens, it’s not triggering the dm. I’ve refreshed meta/insta permissions Does anyone have any advice?Thanks!

I set up an automated message on ManyChat, and it started sending it to every person who messages me on IG - every time.  It is too much, of course.  I tried to delete the message and it didn’t work.  I have also disconnected the account and tried every possible way to stop it, and the message still sends every time.  I have no idea what to do about it - does anyone have an answer to this?

I bought the $39/mo plan which said I could include three accounts and ive only connected my instagram i tried to connect my facebook page now its asking me to pay again?

Hello,I am new here, I created and linked my Business FB profile, IG account and business page on Manychat easily. The only feature I was interested in using is unavailable to my account. I think I have all set up correctly. So, I have a FB page - FB business page - my IG profile is set as Business - On IG Connected tools are OK. all seems in order I refresh Manychat permissions but that feature remains unavailable.See image.I am not sure if this is something I can solve, if so how?

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat-to-MailerLite integration and could really use some help.The Setup: Trigger: Instagram User comments a specific keyword, e.g., "Fix" Flow: An automatic DM is triggered asking the user for their email address. The Problem: Everything was working perfectly for the first 135 commenters, but then it suddenly stopped. ManyChat is still successfully capturing and storing the emails. The data is just not being pushed over to MailerLite anymore. I’ve already checked my MailerLite account, and there are no issues, limits reached, or errors at that end

Has anyone else experienced wrongful Instagram account deactivations because of manipulated DMs or false reports?About a month ago, my Instagram account was suddenly deactivated for alleged “sexual solicitation,” even though I never sent any inappropriate or violating messages myself.What actually happened was this:I had an active ManyChat automation running in the background without realizing it was still enabled. A user received the automated opt-in message, then started sending sexual messages on their own. Shortly after, my account was immediately disabled.I appealed the decision and my account was restored, which clearly shows there was no real violation from my side.What makes this even more concerning is that a colleague experienced almost the exact same thing — and he wasn’t even using ManyChat. How do I setup a ManyChat automation and Make Scenario to automatically reply to Instagram DM’s with AI (I will be using Relevance AI module in Make). I have seen a video on how to do this in n8n, but cannot find any resources on how to achieve this with Make. I have connected Make to ManyChat.

Hi Friends,I'm part of the Manychat Partner Program and I referred a new user who signed up using my referral link. The one-month free trial that's supposed to be applied through the referral isn't showing up or being applied to their account.I can confirm the signup is being tracked, I can see my client's email listed under Signups in my PartnerStack dashboard, so the referral was attributed correctly. However, on their end, the free month doesn't appear to be active or applied.Has anyone else experienced this?Is there a delay between PartnerStack tracking the signup and the free month being applied in Manychat? Any help or insight from the team or other partners would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I know that sometimes Comment Replies can be going out slower, but now DMs after somebody comments have been missing in large number of cases.Leads would comment the right keyword, for the first time on that post, all of that. Manychat permissions have also been refreshed yesterday. Does anybody else keep having that bug, and if so, I’m curious how have you been able to solve itThis is seriously impacting our business, as both this and new follower automation haven’t been working for months now
