Hey! Trying to connect our IG account to Manychat. Only works through Meta Business Suite in some way, not through the new Unified login. When I try logging in, at the end it says:“• You can't log in with this Instagram accountTry using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account”How to solve this, so we can start trying Manychat and use the Follow to DM feature?Tried 2 IG accounts, both the same.

I had a manager connect me with ManyChat a few years ago, but I haven't used it for a while. Trying to create a new connection with it so I can do some automated responses. But as I go up to verify, it tells me that I already am connected. and I need to switch accounts. But every time I switch an account or click the button to switch an account, it just has me doing the same thing over and over again. I feel like I'm in a loop. When I click on the “request” email, it literally sends me back to this same thing. Any help would be great. 

Hi, i have a quick and simple question. If i set “Instagram Post or Reel Comments” Trigger to ANY POST Or If i set “Instagram User Shares Your Post or Reel as a Story” Trigger to ANY POST  Will these triggers still work for ads created in ad management? For the profile that is connected to manychat? The post will not be in my feed, but even if it is created in ads, will it count and the trigger will be activated?

Hello,  I am facing a problem. and don’t know if it’s normal. in de organic automation (comment on post) it’s working fine. But I used the same post/reel in meta to make an add. With automation (click on add) then quick replay en then go to the organic automation. but when people comment the word in the add then it don’t work. Is this normal? 

I have a Pro Plan but I have almost exhausted my contacts, can we purchase additional ones apart from the plan renewal ones?

hi guys, I want to connect facebook ads with manychat but facebook has changed their system I dont see partner instead this is only JSON code, and I dont see any flow in manychat i've set. Please help me  

Has something changed? Red Box message: “Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages”, these delays are 23 hours and under. It won’t let me update my automation, only thing that works is if I put it to minutes, which doesn’t work how I need.

A bit frustrated, but still hopeful.We’ve reached out through support tickets and email while trying to move forward with the Elite plan, and unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. Hello Manychat Community!On behalf of a client that expects to have more than a million active users a month, I would like to find out:how much the license for 1M, 3M and 10M active users would cost (Advanced plan) whether the monthly payment plan is a monthly rolling contract that can be terminated at the end of any month or whether it is, as the name says, just a payment plan, i.e. with an annual contractual commitment  how I can contact Manychat (the company) to get a binding quotation. I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems. 

 Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s follower DM automation. The automation is active, permissions are granted, and the account is properly connected. However, the DM is not being delivered to new followers and the automation is not triggering at all. I’ve already reviewed all settings and connections. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

Hi everyone,I have a question about using ManyChat automations with Meta ads.I currently have a comment-on-reel automation set up for both Instagram and Facebook. Now I want to turn this into a Meta ad that sends users into a DM flow.My questions are: Do I need to create separate ManyChat flows per platform (one for Instagram DM and one for Facebook Messenger)? In Meta Ads Manager, is it best practice to also create two separate ad sets, one for Instagram and one for Facebook, each connected to its own flow? The flows would be almost identical in content, but I’m not sure what’s required technically vs what’s just best practice.Thanks in advance for your help!

I am getting a popup every time I try to create a new template for “Say Hi to New Followers.”After clicking “Update Permission,” it asks me to connect Instagram again, even though the account is already connected and all other templates are working correctly. When I try to reconnect Instagram, I receive another error at that stage.Please note that I am using the same Facebook account that is already connected to the Instagram page.I need help fix this issue

I connected my facebook account and set up that when people post on my specific comments using those trigger words, an automated message will be sent to them. Well its not working. Anyone can help please?

Hi, I trying to add an automation dm and everytime after I press preview and go live it tells me unknown error. Does anyone have this issue or had it before and resolved it? And how?

Hello, so my automation dm has been set for over 3 hours now and I've received around 40 followers from then not once has a message been sent. Is there something I did wrong or is it a problem from manychat?

Just signed up for a ManyChat account and I am trying to setup the beta WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence via my existing WhatsApp Business number (+1 country code). It keeps cycling between scanning the QR code and putting in the access code while also asking me about the chat history each time. I have the latest app (v 2.25.36.75) and when I’m putting in the access code, it is correct. It also scans the QR code.Initially, it would not scan the QR. So, I opted to put the access code. That’s when it began cycling between the two. I stopped the process, refreshed, and tried it again. This time, it automatically scanned the QR, but then started cycling back to the scan QR screen. After a few attempts, it changed to putting in the access code. During both attempts periods, it resent the “get started” WhatsApp Business message to me too. Any suggestions on getting this setup? I was looking forward to trying ManyChat.

Hey we try to connect existing Whatsapp Business app account to Manychat by “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence”.We added the number on Meta business and it’s ok. but when we choose here “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence” and than select the number from the dropdown there is an error “your whatsapp business account is currently limited. choose a different account or fix the issues” and also there is a button “send an error report to Manychat”please help us, we already try even with a new number but no luck

Basically I want it so that any dm thats sent to me will trigger the automation. Im aware of the default response, but this is not what im looking for.  I want my automation to read any dm, use ai to understand it and reply to it.Thanks.
