Access denied login issue:  {"0":"Access denied","state":true} tried phone, incognito etc.

within the last 2 days my ManyChat automations have not been sending anything to the DMs or responding to the comments. It's been fine up until two days ago, but even if I try to refresh permissions, nothing changes. The automations still don’t work. If anybody can please help with this, I need this resolved ASAP, as I rely on Instagram for my business. 

I’ve tried connecting with Facebook and Instagram, set all permissions ok, but it doesnt go past the ‘request sent’ - i didnt get the request, it appears a name of an admin that doesnt even have access anymore, and neither current admin received any request, and i cant remove or try connect again

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..Terrible customer service.Anyone have any actual solutions?

I build a whatsapp automation, seems for the trigger we need predefined text, can not i just say to reply for any text?

What happen if the user send a voice note thought whatsapp channel? can we open the voice note from manaychat Inbox? Thanks

i just want to disintergrate my instagram from manychat  & I can’t see the remove button. this is so frustrating. Attaching screenshot  at bottom . this is a critical problem . i have filled out the form . I got no solution answers. I created a new ManyChat account today in Israel (after March 2, 2026).According to @Raquel C's post, Israel has the new pricing model where Active Contacts reset monthly. But my billing page shows: Plan: Marketing Automation, 500 contacts included, $15/month.The support bot also told me three times that contacts do NOT reset monthly — which contradicts Raquel C's statement.My specific question: If 1,000 people interact with me in May but ZERO in June — is my June bill $15 (new model, reset) or $25 (old model, cumulative)?Has anyone in Israel or the other listed countries confirmed this from an actual invoice?​@Raquel C  — can you clarify why the billing interface shows old model terminology for new accounts in Israel? 

Based on the Community notes this issue has been going on for three years and I dont see a fix.  I was trying to set up my Purchased local number and Twilio Said I needed to start with a trial 888 number so I did that.  I requested the local number be approved so I can send and receive text response and keyword triggers through ManyChat.  I continue to be declined.  Who has been Successful and HOW?  THanks in advance  Frank Mazzuca

Hello,I previously set up this automation a few months ago and it worked perfectly. After deleting my account, I’ve now tried to set it up again — but none of my new followers are receiving any messages from this automation.What’s concerning is that other automations are working fine. Direct messages are being sent without any issue, so the problem is clearly specific to the “New Followers” trigger (the most interesting)I’ve attempted to contact support, but it’s been extremely disappointing. Both the email and chatbot responses feel entirely AI-driven and unhelpful. On top of that, I can see that many other users are reporting the exact same issue, with no clear resolution.This raises serious concerns about the reliability of your platform. Can you explain what’s going on here and provide a real solution?

Hi there, hoping for some quick assistance! Below is my flow – for the life of me, I cannot make the Smart Delay work. What am I doing wrong?Here is how my flow is working: 1- Comment on IG Post to DM2- DM requests an email address.3- Once received, email is added to Mailchimp + email including resources is sent out via the email feature within ManyChat.4- If no response, SMART DELAY and then re-ask for email. When setting up a comment style automation with any specific new reel. This has happened several times on many different reel automations that I've tried to set up. People will click on the prompt to follow, and then the same prompt will show up again, and then they'll click the button again, and the same prompt will show up. The link is not sending properly the way that it should be! This has happened now to several new follows that I've gotten from some promotions that I'm running for specific content.  I've tried toggling the prompts on and off. I've tried updating the app for ManyChat and for Instagram, and I have updated iOS as well. None of these fixes are working. It's happened to more than a handful of people at this point, and it's a really bad look for business. 

None of the documents show me how to cancel my subscription.  No direct ways of contact. Nightmare.

I'm facing an issue with ManyChat and Instagram Direct messages and could use some help.When I receive a message from Instagram Direct in ManyChat, I store it in a variable called message and then send it to a server using an external request. Everything works fine except when the user uses the enter key to go to the next line in their message. Because the message goes to the next line, using this variable in the JSON body causes an error.For example:Message:Hello How are you? External request JSON body:{ "message": "message" } This causes a problem because the JSON body ends up looking like this:{ "message": "HelloHow are you?" } The problem is that \n is not being used for multi-line messages, which breaks the JSON structure.Does

Hi everyone,  I am hoping someone may be able to help, I have had manychat connected to IG for a log time, randomly it stopped working, I can see in instagram it is listed as an expired app, not active. I have refreshed the permissions, disabled and enabled it and I cannot seem to figure out how to connect it again as an active app. Any thoughts? I got confused on the whatsapp messages types, seems we have:-1- 24 hour message2- more than 24 hours message3- normal messages4- utility approved messages so can anyone help me in understanding those? in my case, i send a 24-hours windows whatsapp message to the user yesterday morning, now i got this message inside manychat UI:-  so how i can avoid this? using utility messages? and if utility messages is the way to allow us to reply after 24-hours, are those offered for free ? second point, now using  whatsapp business application, i can still reply to the above user even after 24 hours… so is the 24-hours limited inside manychat’s Inbox UI only?

Dear Manychat team,I can’t finish the payment for pro account due to the system mistakenly recognized me as a Brazilian (I am Taiwanese).Therefore, the payment page require’s me to provide Brazilian’s CNPJ to finish the payment(the member fee is higher also….).       What are the numbers tracking? I have a lead gen that is ONLY accessible through organic social posts, using ManyChat. I’ve added a screenshot of ManyChat analytics and a screenshot of my Klaviyo list growth for the same period.Is the 2817 total views/impressions? What is 65.5% and what is 5%? These numbers don’t make sense at all. I’d appreciate some clarity.
