Hi everyone! I was wondering if you knew how many messages I could send to my followers per day.Some of them, I already engaged with them before, some I didn’t. Is it the same as with non-followers? Somewhere around 50? Thanks :) 

I am getting a popup every time I try to create a new template for “Say Hi to New Followers.”After clicking “Update Permission,” it asks me to connect Instagram again, even though the account is already connected and all other templates are working correctly. When I try to reconnect Instagram, I receive another error at that stage.Please note that I am using the same Facebook account that is already connected to the Instagram page.I need help fix this issue

I connected my facebook account and set up that when people post on my specific comments using those trigger words, an automated message will be sent to them. Well its not working. Anyone can help please? 

I can’t connect my Instagram to manychat Did everything from help center.Deleted the apps and restarted everything, tried different devices and browsers. It just doesn’t let me log in, like something is preventing it. but it did work on other accounts!  please, can anyone help me out 🙏🙏🙏

Hi, I trying to add an automation dm and everytime after I press preview and go live it tells me unknown error. Does anyone have this issue or had it before and resolved it? And how?

Hello, so my automation dm has been set for over 3 hours now and I've received around 40 followers from then not once has a message been sent. Is there something I did wrong or is it a problem from manychat?

Just signed up for a ManyChat account and I am trying to setup the beta WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence via my existing WhatsApp Business number (+1 country code). It keeps cycling between scanning the QR code and putting in the access code while also asking me about the chat history each time. I have the latest app (v 2.25.36.75) and when I’m putting in the access code, it is correct. It also scans the QR code.Initially, it would not scan the QR. So, I opted to put the access code. That’s when it began cycling between the two. I stopped the process, refreshed, and tried it again. This time, it automatically scanned the QR, but then started cycling back to the scan QR screen. After a few attempts, it changed to putting in the access code. During both attempts periods, it resent the “get started” WhatsApp Business message to me too. Any suggestions on getting this setup? I was looking forward to trying ManyChat.

Hey we try to connect existing Whatsapp Business app account to Manychat by “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence”.We added the number on Meta business and it’s ok. but when we choose here “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence” and than select the number from the dropdown there is an error “your whatsapp business account is currently limited. choose a different account or fix the issues” and also there is a button “send an error report to Manychat”please help us, we already try even with a new number but no luck

Basically I want it so that any dm thats sent to me will trigger the automation. Im aware of the default response, but this is not what im looking for.  I want my automation to read any dm, use ai to understand it and reply to it.Thanks.

I’m not seeing the full functionality of the new “Send DM to new Follower” feature. Refer to the screenshots in this article: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/23096654243740-Follow-to-DM-on-Instagram-Say-Hi-to-New-Followers1. I don’t see the option to reset the trigger time to 1 minute. Only option is 5 or 10 minutes.2. I don’t see the toggle to collect email after opening DM?So far, i’ve refreshed the permissions as well as removed and re-added my instagram account.Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello!I’m new to Manychat and I’m on the free plan. I’m trying to test out the DM to Follow automation via my account (Business account) and I created a new account and followed my original account to test the automation and it does not work. I’ve made 4-5 accounts already and none of them seem to set off the automation. I tried to ask the AI assistant and so far, I haveAllowed access to messages on my business account (I can now see all messages on my IG via manychat and I can send messages via manychat as DMs) Refreshed my permissions on Manychatbut to no avail. What am I missing?

Hi,My script sends a webhook after every chat action to track entered messages. It works for Facebook. But in Telegram, the message is the same, the start command. Should I use a different field, not last_input_text?Telegram AutomationWebhook Automation 

Hi there so I keep running into situations where blocks / parameterized text that I use across tons of automations; I decide could be tweaked by adding some more parameters and text.  I then have to go through ALL of those blocks across almost 50 automations and update the text in those blocks 1 by 1. Is there anyway to solve for this?  For example this Action block that sends me an email uses message text - and I just had to add “From {{entry_channel}} {{entry_surface}} -- Keyword: {{entry_trigger_id}}” and now I am manually updating ALL of those blocks.  Instead of the message essentially being its own variable or something. Does anyone have a pattern / solution for this?----------{{full_name|fallback:"Contact"}} appears to be requesting support  or is following up related to the {{entry_intent}}From {{entry_channel}} {{entry_surface}} -- Keyword: {{entry_trigger_id}} IG: {{ig_username}}Message: {{triggering_text

I have set this up a couple of times and each time nothing happens. It is set up for all posts and a trigger word, with an automatic sending of data to mailerlite, I am testing it and nothing happens, no instant reply to comment or message in the DM. If the post with the keyword is already live will it not work with a new automation? So you have to create the automation and then the post?  

“You've reached your limit of 1,000 contacts on your Free account” but I only have 155 contact under my contacts tab. Any ideas how it can be fixed? I was using Manychat for Instagram comment auto replies only...

I thought I was gonna get 1000 free contacts.

However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?

They don't naturally remember the previous turn of the conversation. I tested both a direct ChatGPT and Claude setup, and both treat every message as an independent event.What I've tried: I briefly tinkered with n8n over the weekend. It looks like "context-aware" is definitely possible there (using JSON I/O and loops), but it feels like a heavy lift to build from scratch. Hi All!set up an automation so that when someone comments a specific trigger word on my reel, they automatically receive an initial DM. That part works perfectly.However, I’m having issues with the second step in the flow. When someone selects “Send me the link,” the system doesn’t send anything. I’ve noticed that I have to manually click “Send me the link” in our DMs for it to sometimes trigger the message.I also realized my Instagram inbox is separated into Primary, Requests, and General, and this issue seems to happen with the DMs that land in my General inbox.Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
