Hi Team,I have been trying to renew my Manychat account since yesterday, but everytime the payment is failing. For the past two days, we've been having problems with our WhatsApp messages and our bot. The ManyChat bot's replies are not showing up on the desktop version of WhatsApp Web, but they do appear on our mobile devices.The ManyChat bot works and replies to messages, which are recorded in the ManyChat conversation and displayed perfectly on our mobile devices, but they don't appear on the desktop version of WhatsApp Web. When we log out of WhatsApp Web and re-link it using the QR code, the old messages do appear, but the new ones still don't.Is there a reported bug or issue that could explain this?

I am trying to understand how to get a person who comments (for example) “Core” on one of my videos to then go through the Manychat messaging to eventually be brought into my Active Campaign Automation. All the Youtube videos i see suggests it can only be done using Zapier, but then I don’t understand why there would be an integration in Manychat for AC?

Hi everyone,I already have an active ManyChat Pro account.Instagram and TikTok are connected and working correctly.Problem:When I try to connect Facebook Messenger, ManyChat forces me into creating a NEW FREE account / NEW Facebook Page.There is NO option to connect my existing Facebook Page + Messenger.Details:- I am admin of the Facebook Page- Correct Facebook profile is used- Page already has Messenger enabled- Same Business Manager is used- Still, ManyChat always redirects to “create new account”I’ve tried:- Removing all Facebook connections- Incognito browser- Reconnecting in different order- Checking admin permissionsNothing works.Has anyone experienced ManyChat forcing a new free account instead of linking an existing Page?Is this a known permission / workspace / Business Manager bug?Any real solution (not generic permission advice) is appreciated.

Hi everyone,I’ve used ManyChat successfully for over a year, but for the past few weeks buttons in the first Facebook Messenger messages randomly don’t work for some users. I’d estimate ~20% of the time — which is huge at scale and causes real brand damage.Sample flow in screenshot.Issue: users click buttons and nothing happens.I’ve done everything Support / AI Bot suggested (permissions refresh, reconnect, automations off/on, Advanced Messaging checks). The manychat automation worked fine yesterday, even after boosting, but now it is not working at all. I have refreshed permissions, deleted it and re-set it up. Yet, it’s still not working. Help! I am building a WhatsApp bot to collect customer information and send two daily reminder messages at 8 AM and 8 PM. The flow works until the reminder stage. I am using Meta templates and have set up rules with tags to trigger the messages. During testing, the evening message came through but the morning message did not. Hi everyone, Facebook just flagged my account for suspected automated behavior and warned about possible restrictions. I’m not sure what triggered this since I’m only using standard flows and broadcasts. In the notification, it says they believe my account is engaging in automated activity and that I should ensure no third-party tools or unauthorized users are accessing it. They also warned that the account could be temporarily restricted or permanently disabled if the issue continues. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it and prevent it from happening again? Thanks in advance!

I just set up a free account to see if this will work for me. I was able to add my Instagram account. When I added my Facebook business page it made a whole 2nd account it seems. When I am on the Facebook one I cant seem to send a dm when someone comments a key word like what I can do in Instagram. Is this user error or is it not an option in FB like it is in insta?

I’m currently trying to integrate ManyChat with our Meta account, but it’s showing that the account has already been linked. Unfortunately, we can’t locate which email address it was originally connected to.How can I remove the linked email some how without having access to it and regain access?

I can see that in the Manychat live chat it is able to see the full DM conversations on my IG account which includes the reels that another user directly shared to me.  However, i cant figure out how to trigger an automation when this happens, it only works if someone sends a message with text to my IG account but it doesn’t trigger if they share a reel.  Is this feature possible with Manychat?

Hi Everyone, I’ve tried many troubleshoot and ensures that:Facebook page and instagram accounts are being connected (I see from setting > linked accounts in page settings) Im the owner of the page with full control I ensure that i click ON on “allowing message” from another aps in Instagram account I ensure that my instagram is professional account; creator. (I use another MC Account that connected to creator account but it works well) I already tried to disconnect/remove manychat-IG from my Instagram and try to connect as a channel again, but failed When I try to connect instagram as a channel, after I log in to instagram log in pop up window, it shows like picture above.  I watch several YT video as troubleshoot but none work  

Hello,I am pretty new and have around 3500 contacts now and it's only connected to my Instagram….but a lot of them are subscribed ‘unknown contacts’. What is the difference with known contacts? Is that spam? I am wondering also how a contact can be ‘unknown’ as the only way to get onto my Manychat contact list is through commenting on my reels or my stories.Hopefully someone can help me with shedding some light on this 🙏 Thank you so much in advance, Kate

Hello ManyChat Community, I’m on the FREE plan and trying to build an Instagram automation. When I create a new flow and add a “Send Message” step, I see the message:“👇 Tap some step to edit”However, clicking the step does not open the sidebar, so I am unable to edit the message or set up Collect Reply / User Fields.I have already tried the following:- Creating a new automation from scratch- Refreshing the browser- Using Chrome- Clearing cacheDespite this, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before? Are there any workarounds or solutions for free plan users? Thank you for your help!
