Like me, many people use Manychat for support on WhatsApp and other channels. If it's down or unstable, we lose our support flow.I'd appreciate it if you could check and let me know where I can quickly report a problem.Thank you.

I’ve searched posts on here and have not found the issue I am experiencing.   I have a trigger set up to send a reply as private with a button to press that gives permission to continue.  I’m using an Android phone to test.  I comment on an IG account with the trigger word.  The message comes back to my DM displaying the button just fine.  Pressing the button just echoes back and does not continue the automation.  I have tried with a direct button and as a quick reply.  I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting, permissions, refreshing connections, removing MC and re-adding.

Hey everyone! 👋I’m totally new to this world and spent the last few days building an automation in Manychat using a webhook to Make, so that I can send messages into a Telegram group.Quick backstory:We run a thrift shop, and whenever we post new stock on Instagram Stories, people either reply to reserve items or order directly for delivery. My idea was to create a chatbot that gets triggered when someone replies to a story → collects their info → and then sends it into our team’s Telegram group, so we can confirm whether the item is available or not.I almost have it working, but here’s the problem: when the requests show up in Telegram, there’s no way to tell which story/item the person is actually talking about. Ideally, I’d love to include the picture from the original Insta story in the Telegram message, so our team can instantly see what item the request is about.I’ve already spent hours trying (chatgpt, tutorials, videos, etc.), and I feel like I’m really close but also about to

I have about 12,100 active contacts and 8,879 inactive contacts in my ManyChat account (screenshot attached). But when I go to send a broadcast, it only lets me reach 73 people.I’m confused — what’s the real difference between active vs inactive contacts, and how do I make sure my messages go out to all of my contacts instead of just a small fraction?Do I need to re-engage my inactive contacts, change settings, or is there a platform limitation I’m missing? Any guidance would be much appreciated!  

My goal is to ask the client a few questions and, depending on their answers, continue the conversation. If the client agrees to receive a gift, I want to deliver it, and if not, I want to end the conversation. Can I set up the AI bot to read the client’s messages and automatically assign the appropriate values to fields (attributes) based on their responses?

PLEASE HELP!  I’m working on a Google Sheet integration with ManyChat where I want to collect a user input in ManyChat, compare it with a particular lookup column in the sheet, and return a value from another column in the sheet if the input IS EXACTLY SAME, OR ALMOST CLOSE to any value in the lookup column. The ‘exactly same’ part works smoothly but I also want it to check for the closest results (to cater to typing errors or incomplete inputs) as the input and lookup data is supposed to be a multiple words input. Now for the sake of my life, I can’t figure out a way to check for similar values and return the closest one - I’ve tried the integration via zapier with its filters and formatter, but even though the logic looks correct, it still only works for the ‘exactly same’ input. I even tried it within Google sheets by using accurate formulas to insert the input in a cell and then compare it with the lookup column (all within the sheet) but that still doesn’t work. Os leads que estão inscritos na notificação não estão recebendo mensagens via broadcasting fora da janela de 24 horas.Isso começou ontem, 02/10, envio um broadcasting por dia para os leads que estão ativo no notificação, nunca deu problema.E isso não está acontecendo só com um tópico da uma notificação, todas as notificações criadas e com leads ativos não estão recebendo broadcasting fora da janela de 24 horas, tornando a notificação inútil.Também está acontecendo em outros manychat que tenho, mesmo que seja de outro perfil do facebook.No facebook não recebi nenhum aviso e na parte de status tanto da conta e da página está sem nenhuma restrição ativa.Alguém mais está passando pelo mesmo problema? Alguém sabe como resolve?

What the template looks like when selected (including the attachment in header, variables, and buttons, if possible). so I want to have a clear vision on the contacts in manychat because every time you have a dm it should save as contact but i tried sending some manual dm to check that out and I see that is at 0.I know manychat charge per contacts per month and that every DM coming in should be a new contact automatically is that only from paid plan or even is it only from the automation when a dm comes and start with the automation?

I have an auto DM set up for a specific post of mine. It says “Comment the word pool” and i created the flow from scratch. It was working when I first tested it but, not it is not sending. I believe it can be due to two reasons:  I ran an IG boost on that post and it got denied so Meta is blocking auto Dm’s   I have been commenting TOO much from my test account Screenshots of automation are attached.  

Help me solve this issue. After successfully signing up for ManyChat through a browser on my phone, I linked my Instagram account, created a command, and tested it successfully. Then, I logged in from another browser on my laptop and connected it with a Google (Gmail) account. I was able to access both my Facebook and Instagram accounts (with permissions granted to ManyChat). However, I can’t get past the “permission sent” screen on the laptop browser, and now on my phone I get this message when I try to log into Instagram through ManyChat (the same account I tested before, which was working). I need help understanding what is happening that’s preventing me from continuing to use ManyChat for Instagram automation.

For some reason, it’s not working when people are clicking send me the link? Is there something wrong with my flow?I tried using the AUTO-DM links when replying to comments and that didn’t work either? Thanks!

Hi,I have a critical issue with External Requests.When a user sends an Instagram image, the URL looks like this:https://lookaside.fbsbx.com/ig_messaging_cdn/?asset_id=...This URL is passed in the payload, but the webhook in n8n never triggers. Test webhook calls from ManyChat work fine Text-only messages also work Problem only occurs when the payload contains lookaside.fbsbx.com image URLs Has anyone experienced this before? How can we make sure the webhook is triggered with Instagram image URLs?Thanks in advance!

As usual, Manychats monthly downtime has started. WhatsApp automations are not triggering. I cannot wait until another product comes along. This has been like the 5th issue with manychat affecting our business in the past few months. Supports been OK - sometimes great - but the lack of actual fixes is mind boggling. No report on the status page either. Status is showing 100% uptime. What a joke.

Currently, it seems that only 3 standard replies can be set per comment trigger.For my use case, I’d love to be able to set many more variations — for example, 20 or more — so that the automated responses feel more personal and dynamic. This would make interactions with followers feel more natural and engaging, and reduce the sense of repetitiveness.It would be fantastic if you could consider increasing the number of reply variations per comment trigger in a future update.Thanks for your time and for creating such a powerful platform!Best regards,Jan

Hello everyone!I’m building an Instagram Direct agent: ManyChat (Instagram Direct Messages) → External Request → n8n → reply to the user. What’s happening (the issue)  A user messages us in IG DM. ManyChat triggers an External Request (webhook to n8n) and immediately sends a message to the user, but it’s an old value (looks like it’s pulled from a custom field from a previous run). A few seconds later, n8n finishes processing and produces a new reply (I can see the correct text in the output of the last n8n node). But the user doesn’t receive anything else — they only get the early “old” message that was sent before the webhook completed.  How can I force ManyChat to wait for the webhook response (External Request) so the Send Message uses the updated value? Is there a reliable way to make the flow pause “synchronously” between External Request and the following blocks?
