Pessoal, bom dia. Estou enfrentando um problema no qual está fazendo minha operação ficar parada. Não estou conseguindo fazer os disparos em Massa de Whatsapp. Estou usando os mesmo templates que sempre uso até o último dia 06/02/2026, porém, hoje (09/02/2026) o ManyChat informa um erro ao tentar fazer o disparo, segue o print abaixo:  Alguém saberia explicar o motivo e o que eu preciso modificar para conseguir disparar? Não estou conseguindo usar nenhum template

Pessoal, identificamos um problema ao enviar áudios pelo canal WhatsApp.Quando o áudio é gravado dentro do app ManyChat no Android (usando o microfone na conversa) e enviado ao cliente, o destinatário usando WhatsApp no iPhone recebe a mensagem, porém ao tentar reproduzir aparece o erro: “Este áudio não está mais disponível”.Testes: Gravado no ManyChat iPhone → funciona Gravado no ManyChat Web / PC → funciona Gravado direto no WhatsApp → funciona Gravado no ManyChat Android → falha apenas no WhatsApp iPhone Parece ser um problema no app ManyChat Android ao gerar/enviar a mídia de áudio para o WhatsApp (formato, codec ou upload da mídia).Alguém mais já enfrentou isso ou o time ManyChat pode verificar?

Bonjour,Lorsque je souhaite relier mon compte messenger à manychat, il me crée automatiquement un autre compte, et pas un canal supplémentaire.Dans l’urgence j’ai fonctionné comme cela, mais là je suis limité et je voudrait pouvoir rattaché mon compte messenger comme un canal supplémentaire sur le compte pour lequel j’ai payé mon abonnement et donc ne suis pas limité en terme d’automatisation notamment. Merci pour votre aide

I have more than 200 automations active and they all seem to be working normally. However, the last one I created yesterday worked until it reached 1,268 contacts and then stopped working.It’s an Instagram comment automation where the user comments a keyword and receives a DM.I don’t believe it’s a permissions issue, since the others are functioning properly. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

Hi  Is there any built-in trigger or contact/conversation event that fires when a WhatsApp conversation is marked as “Closed” in the Inbox? My goal is:- When an agent clicks “Mark as Closed”- Automatically reset custom user fields (language, menu_choice, session fields)- So the next message always starts from language selection Currently, I don’t see any trigger like “Conversation status changed to closed”.Is the only workaround using Tags, or is there a native solution I’m missing?  Thanks! 

I have refreshed my permissions several times. No DMs and more importantly replies to the comments on my post are being made. I have followed the guides. I have tried to reach out to support n the chat and never get passed to a human. I pay for pro and feel the support is terrible. Any one have any similar issues and was able to solve it.

Is it just my account or are the messages not showing up on Manychat all of a sudden? It was working perfectly fine up until 20 hrs ago and suddenly stopped working. Can anyone help?

I have opened an account, and setup an automation to Instagram - it worked 1 time, and now no matter what I do, no automations work.  I have deleted the integration and recreated, I have refreshed permissions multiple times, I have validated I have a professional account,  What is going on?  All I want to do is have it send a response to a word in an instagram comment and I can’t make any automation work HELP PLEASE

Automação do whatsapp ativa novamente caso a pessoa no meio do fluxo escreva qualquer “gatilho”. Como faço para que não ative novamente? O ideal pra gente seria algo como “Não ativar novo fluxo dentro de 24 horas”, por exemplo. Obrigada

Eu estou enviando os dados dos meus leads do make para o many chat via campo personalizado, mas para enviar uma automação ela só funciona se o campo for do sistema, para isso eu posso fazer essa transferência la no many de forma manual, mas eu queria fazer algo automatico. Eu via que dava para fazer com regras, mas la não vi nada que desse para fazer isso. Se alguem puder me ajudar fico grato. Obg

Hello when the users (not necessarily follower) got my private message and answer, they should get an automatic reply. But this doesn’t work, although it seems to be live. Anybody has an idea. Many thanks  regards,  Nils

I set up a flow3 days ago - tested it completely - was working great and then sent ads to the post. Now the automation is not working.    It should have 3 sections - the first is the introduction - hello which completely disappears when you save now. I deleted the working one thinking maybe it had a bug and completely rebuilt it - and the exact same thing happens you now get a message that says “nothing here to automate” - so when you edit. - you see it - when you save - it disappears.  and on Instagram its not working at all when someone types in WIN.  HELP.

Hola! Estoy con la versión Pro y sólo me deja generar 3 etiquetas. Por más que actualizo permisos, etc...nada...no me deja crear más…Y...además...lo del tema bienvenidas??? Es un coñazo dar manualmente tantas bienvenidas diarias...deberían bajar los precios o arreglarlo porque la mayoría de nosotros utilizamos manychat para eso básicamente…Un saludo!

Hi I’m new to manychats and wanted to try the essential paid class but I hit the account limit even though I deleted all contacts and chats and now I’m afraid that the paid account will behave the same and I won’t be able to send automated DMs because of the contact limit.I would really appreciate your help🙏

Hello I’m a very new user so the issue could be entirely user error.  That said, what drew me to Manychat was the ability to DM new followers.  However when I try to set up this automation I am seeing that it’s a Beta feature and not available to me, which is strange because I see tons of advertising about this.  Am I missing anything?  Is it just not available to me yet?  Anything I can do to enable this feature/automation? TIA! 

Hi everyone,I’m facing a critical issue: My chatbot sends a welcome message with "Yes" / "No" buttons.  On desktop, buttons work perfectly.  On Telegram, everything works.  But on mobile (Facebook), the buttons appear but are not clickable — tapping does nothing.  I’ve tested on multiple Android devices. Cleared cache, reinstalled Messenger, refreshed permissions but no fix.This was working until last week, and no changes were made to the flow. Has anyone experienced this recently? Could this be a Meta-side issue?  Any workaround or fix?Need help urgently, blocking client demos.Thanks in advance!

With the important condition; that if someone comments 10 times, they only get the DM once. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but it does not work.
