Hello everyone,I was reading in the Community post. Are Instagram DM Lists completely gone?I have a 2 steps flow. First step is about getting a product, e.g. an ebook. Second step is about providing feedback. The second step should automatically trigger after 7-10 days. Did I get it right that this is no longer allowed? Do I have to contact the customer personally in chat and ask to trigger the feedback flow, e.g. with a keyword? 

what this happen in first time that the contact answers me? There are two bottom but they do not appear. 

Hi, i’ve a number of contacts and i try to add some of them to a sequence: than in the sequence there is a message with a link to an event (these contacts previously asked to be informed via DM about the event in the link).The first person i added to the sequence for testing received the message and everything was fine… but after i added other contacts to the sequence I had few issues:1 - only 10 contacts were added over the more than 50 i added with bulk action2 - none of them received the planned messages3 - there is a “processing window” that is idle… and seems it does not work…can you help me? what am i doing wrong?

I get this far and get an error that says something went wrong. I have did all the troubleshooting  

Hello, the "If Message Does Not Contain" keyword filter is not working. It does not save or update when I use this trigger.  Is anyone else experiencing this? I badly need this for my automation because it is too hard to predict all the keywords for some of my automations.  Am I missing something?  Any advise would be much appreciated.

when i signed up for manychat, i selected a USA phone number since my country (singapore) was not available. on the sign up page it said i can change my number later on after sign up, however i do not see this option in the settings?

Hi team!I’m finding that the “comment” is delivering and the first automated message is sending via DM (which is “click the link below” but the URL isn’t ALWAYS delivering via DM.  I’ve refreshed my automations but should I refresh every day?

I've launched an ad campaign and the ads optimization settings are going well. Then, after a few days, nothing works anymore. I look at the trigger Instagram ads is deactivated and doesn't appear at all. I go to redo the “Ads optimization” settings, then when I reconnect a “messaging” data source, the instagram account selection is no longer available because it's apparently ineligible. Thanks in advance for your help.

También he configurado AI Steps y palabras clave, pero en algunos casos no se activan o el bot alucina respuestas. Hello, is there an integration with Whatsapp, when in automation you add a delay, let's say 3 seconds, for the user to see that "typing" functionality?I believe this already exists in the integration with the messenger.Thanks

This isn’t so much of a question as it is an official complaint.  I understand ManyChat had to change a few things to comply with platform rules like having to send an intro message before sending the link in DM’s, etc.  But today, I launched a product and was devastated by the absolute failure this site.  I refreshed my permissions when I saw new features to ensure efficiency.  But the toggles didn’t work so I couldn’t select “Reply to DM’s” despite refreshing a million times.  There were so many glitches, and the format is completely different.  By the time I finally got an automation up and running, I tested it on a separate account and the link didn’t work.  I canceled the automation, refreshed permissions, and redid everything only for the automation to not work at all.  I have had multiple issues with ManyChat and now I am officially saying goodbye after today.  StanStore has a reply to DM automation that I will explore.  I just need something super simple that W

Hello community, I have two questions about smart delay1.I set up an automation to notify my Instagram followers about a product promotion since we cannot use broadcasting in Instagram to all followers who used to leave a message.I'm not sure if this will work as expected. The Smart Delay is set to send them the promotional link 10 hours after their first interaction with me (=clicking the Show Me the Deal button), and they’re supposed to receive it between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM in their time zone, right?2.An Instagram creator sent me a DM on March 29 right after I left a comment on her post. I only clicked on the button yesterday, but I still received an automated reply.That should have been outside the 24-hour messaging window, so I'm not sure why the auto-reply still worked. I don’t want my clients to be bothered by another message that is not relevant to them at all. Please tell me why messages like this are happening!

The last 5 days my opt in to message lists on messenger has broken. No-one has ‘opted in’. When looking at the facebook inbox side of things, people are clicking the button which sends the ‘get updates’ message from their end. But when looking at the manychat logs, this ‘get updates’ message does not appear, and none of my inquirers over the past 5 days have opted in. I have attacghed screenshots showing how this conversation looks on both the facebook and manychat side of thigns. This is not an isolated things and is effecting everyone who messages my page.This has been happening on my collegues accounts as well. Is anyone else encountering this problem or know of a fix?

Hi friends, I've been using ManyChat for a while to automatically answer comments and send links to DMs. But I haven't yet reached the next step of following up by offering those who messaged to opt in for individual broadcasts  (I.E. once they've opted in, I can send people DMs when there's an exciting announcement).I can't find out how to send people a follow up message asking them to sign up for my ManyChat DMsI got as far as Instagram Settings -> Opt-in Automation -> I set a trigger word "subscribe" -> I automatically send people a DM saying they're subscribed to receive our broadcasts -> But I don't think anything actually happens... I haven't cracked the middle part which is to "Set Instagram Opt-In"... Help?

Hey, The question is in the title. That is SO frustrating to progress in your automation, then you save it and many parts of it randomly go back to a previous old version of the automation. I’m forced to review all the parts of the automation. It may be “due to the fact I didn’t clean my cache” but why would you keep this in the cache anyways and for some reason put randomly parts of the automation to an older version? Please fix basic things like that!
