Hello everyone .so my problem is I want to integrate chat gpt with many chat but I want to be able to personalize this chat gpt agent .meaning I want to be able to add My business information in some kind of a sheet to the chat GPT so it gives the response based on that information that I provided toit.  can anyone help me how to do this I have seen every video on the youtube but I cannot find a solution for this .thank you very much.

Hello,  I’m using Custom Field for data collection there, but when they type a text under the conditions, it won’t run the automation. Can anyone help why it won’t work? This was working for the past few months but I don’t know what happenedn now.

Hello please help I have an account with my Google account which has my Facebook connected.  I then try to add a new Facebook page and it says I already have an account, which it then logs me in.  I cannot get into the manychat page to edit and remove the page.  So manychat keeps sending me in a loop.  Please see my loom below. HELPPPPPPP  

Hi, I’m trying to use the flow that sends DM automatically when someone comment on a post. Am I able to set to only send DMs to followers that comment the post? If this person is not a follower then I do not send the dm. I’m using the free account from manychat, not the pro version. Thanks .

Hello,  I’m currently trying out manychat and i’m on the free plan. I’ve built my messenger bot and when I preview the bot the variables e..g, first name which i opted to be saved in system field. It just comes out as {{first_name}}. Also, I’m building a bot for generating a quote. I’m using custom bot/user fields(number) and it’s basic calculations like “increase value by x” . Now when the bot shows the final number it shows up weird e.g. {{cuf_1093894}}.Please assist with this. Thanks in advance.

I have just created a new automation where I send a message with a button for a form. After saving the automation Manychat says it is online. When I come back to look results two of the three triggers are turned off. Manychat just keeps the Story trigger activated. The trigger for Post or Reel and the trigger for Live are automatically turned off.I´m using a PRO account and a verified Instagram account.How can I keep all the triggers on?

I am programming an automation on Windows+Chrome, and the constant autosaving is bugging out the interface and interrupting everything, from typing, text selection and even sometimes prompting the deletion of automation steps becuase it interrupts whatever I was doing and then captures certian keystrokes equivalent to deletion commands.It will be extremely beneficial to let us set up the frequency of autosaving during automation editing. For me, anything other than constant real-time saving would be better to stop this annoyance, which is almost making the use of Manychat unbearable.My recommendation is to offer: Real-time (current), every 10s, every minute, or every 10 minutes. Perhaps you have a better idea, though.Best regards

When the system receives the webhook from meta it includes the metadata, like IGSID and CTWACLID that allows the dataset events to be attributed to the user… but how can I have access to this data through manychat? Id apreciate this information, thanks.

I’ve been using manychat off and on for a long time and it has worked wonderfully for automation. However, the last few automations I’ve created do not trigger and I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong. I had the basic plan and triggering seemed to be no problem. I upgraded to see if that was the issue (paying $25/month), and its still not fixed.

When I try to share my flow the link comes up to a screen that says “Sorry, this flow is unavailable” I am trying to share the flow with a client and have no clue why this is happening. Please assist, I need this badly.

Hi Guys,When I go to make a new automation, I click all posts and reels, but none of my posts or reels show up in the box. My Ig account is connected. None of my triggers are working new or old.
