Hello I am selecting an engagement campaign with the ad set conversion location as “Messaging Apps”. “Partner Apps” does not show up at the ad level as a destination option:     I can verify the ad account matches the connected Manychat facebook page’s ad account I have a live/published automation ready to goWhat more needs to be done to allow “partner apps” to be shown?

Hi Guys, i reinstalled my Pro subscription to send out some new Auto DM’s, i can see the money has been taken from my account, but the automation is not working! I know I’ve set it up correctly as we have done these plenty of times.. but its not working. Please help asap. Is there a lag on upgrading subscription to be using it? 

I have searched some YouTube videos about ManyChat. It shows up it automates the answer for some keywords, but can I reply to the TikTok message & DMs in the ManyChat backend?  I can not find any contact info on this website, which sucks. Help, please guys. 

Hello, I’m having trouble connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat. I’ve already integrated my Facebook page, but I’m still experiencing issues with Instagram. It says that the account is already connected, but when I check on Instagram, it’s not connected.  

Hello, I am a food blogger and DM my recipes using many chat on both Facebook and Instagram. It is costing me over $1k a month so I want to delete that contacts and bring the cost way down. I have their email address stored on my eDM system so I do not need them any longer.My question is,  after I delete them, can the user interact again if they start an automation by commenting on a post? Does it treat them like they are a new person?taStacey  

HI - I know its more a Facebook issue - but i dont find help on this and I want to use manychat to automate my whatsapp channel for my brand. However - I can not connect with manychat to it - it finds the account, it finds the number - but then somehow it doesnt work as it always says, that the number is already in use.  So the problem is: I registered one number - and somehow i can not verify the number as it says “number is already being used. However - I have no where else the number registered.  I have one business portfolio quoala.de, then I have one whatsapp account named Quoala. Then in the whatsapp manager i have this number registered - but as you can see - i cant verify it, as it is already in use.  I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this. 

Hi everyone, how are you?I'm experiencing some issues with the WhatsApp connection on Manychat. In the Live Chat, it shows that the messages are being sent to the lead, and everything seems to be fine with the Manychat connection.The problem is that, in reality, the messages sent by Manychat are not being delivered to the lead's WhatsApp, as I’ll show in the screenshots below:

I have been experiencing issues when launching my broadcasts. For the past two days, I have scheduled and sent them live to a specific number of people. The execution appears to work, and it shows that the message has been sent, but only 1 or 2 people receive it, even though I configured it to be sent to 2,000 people. I am attaching screenshots showing the number of people the broadcast was supposed to be sent to and the actual number of recipients.!

Some time in the past, I tried using many chat, I didnt like it, and deleted the account. for some reason the connection still worked. I dont remember how but I got it to stop doing its thing, and now, in the last 2 days it started responding on my instagram, when I tried to log in to manychat, I couldnt because the old account had been deleted.  I am trying to disable the old flow, but I dont seem to be able to do it. I need help please. Thank you

I have two automation: ​​​​​First runs when it gets a message from Instagram, this automation has some smart delays and after them send the message to my n8n webhook. Second runs when the variable “Agent’s answer” has been changed to any value, the sense of the automation is get an answer from n8n workflow and send it to an Instagram user.The problem is that it sends a message to an Instagram user only on second message in a row. Example of the first message:You can see that a bit below the variable “Agent’s answer” is changing to new value, but I don’t get any message in an Instagram chat because the trigger of second automation didn’t start/The funniest part is

Hey guys. Hoping someone can help me here. I am looking to send out a broadcast to my contacts but am not seeing the broadcasting section. Any recommendations? I have an admin role in our manychat with the influencer being the owner. Is this an issue?  

After talking to the Manychat support I had to realize that it was actually not possible to edit or delete notes in a chat/contact. I assumed it must have been a bug, because a notes features without an option to edit/delete seemed to make absolutely no sense at all. Especially, considering that notes lead to a very cluttered appearance of a contact. Anyway, this question thread is to point out this critical issue with notes, raise awareness for this well-needed feature and maybe increase the priority of this topic on Manychat’s roadmap :)

I’m creating an automation and I want to include a gif in a Whatsapp message response.  Is this even possible?

I got a notification that my payment for Pro didn’t go through. I need to update my credit card. I looked at the instructions which say to go Settings → Billing → Update Credentials. I went to settings and billing but there is no ‘update credentials’. All I have access to is ‘retry payment’ which simply repeats that the payment can’t be processed and recommends I update my credit card details. I’m going around in a circle. Now my account has reverted to ‘free’ and when I go to upgrade to Pro, it just brings me back to my Billings page and I’m stuck in the cycle of ‘retry payment’ - ‘update your payment details’ and there not being an option to do so. This is a really frustrating user experience. Can someone please advise me on how to update my credit card information so I can resume my Pro account.

Is there a way to turn off repeated automations?I have a set up where the automation is triggered by certain keywords, and the automated message is sent. If the customer repeats any of the trigger words, the same auto-message will be sent and makes no sense for the conversation flow. Is there a setting where an automation is sent only once within a conversation?Thanks

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm having a problem with ManyChat. I programmed an automation to only respond to comments on some posts, however, when someone sends me a message in the DM, it triggers messages that I didn't programme. I don't know how to solve it, does anyone know how to solve it?

I started an auto DM to users, but its only working on 25% of users. I know it works so its not my permissions. Need this fixed ASAP
