Hi Community, I exported all contacts in this way 👉, but I have a lot of them and I need to stop it, but it doesn’t work, I deleted the automation, took away tags from the contacts, but I couldn’t stop it

Hi MC Community!For some reason, our Auto-Lead assign is not working properly and messages are automatically moved into the ‘closed’ section. The auto-assign is turned on, as well as the option to automatically open conversations for every new message. Some of them are working, and others are being automatically moved to ‘closed’ and staying ‘Unassigned’ Has anyone else experienced this before and know how else we can trouble shoot to fix the issue? Thank you!

I have a Facebook Business Account connected to my Instagram Page. My Manychat account connected to my Instagram - but my Facebook page is not popping up.  When I went to Business Integrations to give ManyChat access to my permissions and settings, Meta would not let me save it. This error message kept coming up despite my selecting the appropriate boxes. Any suggestions? Should I just delete my ManyChat account and start over??

I have put in two requests to hear back from Manychat about more info on the Elite pricing subscription and have not heard back. Just looking to see if anyone else has had this issue, and see how to reach anyone from Manychat to ask about it? Very frustrating!

Hello all, we are new here. We are trying to figure out how to track track keyword when we use the same one “get started “on all of our posts to know where our increase/leads are coming from. Is there something that I’m missing that I’m not seeing so we can learn how to set this up. I didn’t think I’d have to make a different keyword for every individual post because that would be really, really hard to track And confusing .  Please advise  comE across this  with a  solution :) Thanks 🙏🏻 Stephanie

I am attempting to set up an automation that involves an external request to send data via API to an outside platform. Is there a way to determine the IP address from where the API call used for the external request will originate? This other platform could potentially require the server’s IP to be whitelisted in order to allow the API calls to come through

I would like to send content to user in this way:day 1: user subscribed to my TG channel and received welcome messageday 2: I send user lecture 1 at specific time (e.g. 19:30 in the evening)day 3: I send user lecture 2 at specific time (at 19:30 in the evening again)ets.How to setup Smart Delay to have this delay (between day 1 and day 2) if I don’t know then in day 1 user actually subscribe to my TG channel? If I use standard 1 day delay and user subscribed e.g. at 13:45 then with 1 day delay the lecture 2 will be send at 13:45 at day 2 but I want to send at 19:30

Hi, I signed up for Manychat last week, but I cannot find any email from Manychat to be able to verify my email with the code in order to proceed with my automation campaign. Please help! Perhaps I accidentally set it up with a wrong or misspelled email, but I cannot find my account info in settings to verify which email I used to set it up.

When trying to automate a message to IG stories replys, the stories don’t appear when they are a repost story. Does anybody knows why? 

I am having a problem about manychat automation is sending double messages to customer.So basically  if a lead sent us a keyword I can see in the manychat live chat, the lead’s message seems like he sent the message for two times which is actually only one time when check instagram, that’s why the chatbot triggers two times.Has anybody had this issue?

Hey, i’m going mad… Hope anyone can help. My automations start giving multiple responses to the Leads.Event the ones I created a year ago now not only send the message once, but 2-3 sometimes 4 times. It’s ridiculous and I dont know what to do. This caused to drop the engagement by miles and right now I think about stop using Manychat altogether!Anyone experiencing the same problems`? I could not find anything in the Q&A or Troubleshooting …Maybe someone from the Manychat Team can see into this :(

Hi guys so this is a long shot and a pretty specific issue that is most likely only going to be resolved with the help of someone from the Make team, now I have set up a scenario (on make) where I want to send a text message to a user during an AI assistant-generated call, a program called Vapi sends the data through my Webhook URL during the call and I use make to use that information to create a new subscriber ID after the user has given consent. On make it says that the phone number field isn’t filled out (in the screenshot). Now I know it is a chance in a million that anyone has ran into and resolved this exact issue but does Anyone have any advice or has had issues with creating subscriber ID’s before and may know what to do from here? Thankyou.  (btw its 100% not a data formatting issue, hence the text parser and GPT steps to make sure) 

I have a comment automation set up to send a direct message on Instagram when someone comments me on a post. However, it’s triggering even when me is part of a word (such as saME). Is there a way to fix this or I just need to remove the keyword from the automation? 

In ManyChat, is there a way to present users with a list of several options to choose from (similar to how Chatfuel does here: https://docs.chatfuel.com/en/articles/7916889-whatsapp-list-message)? The normal WhatsApp button questions are limited to 3 (and our use case requires us to present the user with 6 to 8 options to choose from). 

Hello,I am trying to make a Quiz on Facebook-Messsenger via AD.Last year I was using Json.This year it does not work anymore.The AD-Trigger works, but somehow the chat flow does not work anymore.Also I cannot test the AD in the Mobile feed.Can someone help? Or has a idea what I can do?

Hello! As of now, when people reply i don't see their messages in telegram but just in the manychat dahsboard.How can i see the chats within my telegram? 

I’m trying to integrate Manychat to Make but nothing works. I got the API Key in MC, connected it in Make and it shows everything ok in it. But when i look in MC, nothing happens. There’s no Make option in trigger, actions, anywhere. I tried to refresh API key, tried everything but nothing works.   I was facing this problem in my account that i paid for PRO, so i created a new account and had the same problem.Need help urgent in it.
