Hi! I own the Instagram account Chaux Maria | Fitness | Entrenamiento y Nutrición ​@Chauxfit . It's connected to a Manychat account called "Maria chaux", created by a former admin who no longer responds. I sent an access request with no answer. The AI assistant confirmed I need a manual review with proof of ownership, but it can't create a ticket and I have no requests in my Help Center account. Could a moderator or the support team please help me disconnect my Instagram so I can connect it to my own account? I can provide proof of ownership. Thank you!

Hi, I’m having an issue with the Facebook Messenger Main Menu for my ManyChat account. My current ManyChat Default Menu has only 3 items: 1. Энгийн меню 2. Сэт меню 3. Hi, I’m trying to connect only my Facebook Business Page to ManyChat Messenger.I follow: Add New Account → Facebook Messenger → Facebook login.I select only:my Facebook Page “L’Encre Virtuelle” my Meta Business Portfolio “L’encre virtuelle”After that, Meta forces me to choose an Instagram account. Hello,I’m trying to setup an automation so that when asking for the person’s email, it should check for validation before sending them the tutorial link. Well, even if the person puts whatever they want in the section where it asks for an email, it still send them the link. I’ve been trying to use the AI chat within Manychat for about 2 hours and can’t seem to figure it out yet. Any ideas? Thanks,Noah  

I’m trying to upgrade my free plan and it keeps saying something went wrong and try again. Then I get an email saying I don’t have an upgrade and I need to renew. That’s what I’m trying to do! How do I fix this when I can’t contact anyone in support until my upgrade is complete? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Facebook Page not showing in ManyChatHi, I’m trying to connect a Facebook Business Page to my ManyChat account.My Facebook profile has Full Access to the correct Page in Meta Business Portfolio.However, ManyChat only shows a different Facebook Page that was previously connected to the account.I have already:removed the old Page from ManyChat refreshed Facebook permissions used Edit Previous Settings logged out and tried Incognito confirmed Full Access in Meta Business SuiteDuring Meta authorization, I can select the correct Page and grant all required permissions. However, at the end ManyChat shows:“Can't connect this page due to an error! Looks like you're logged in with another Facebook profile.”After that, ManyChat still only shows the old Page.How can I completely remove the old Facebook Page/profile association from this ManyChat account and connect the correct Page?

I’m a pro user. I am giving away an online product to anyone that comments, DM’s or Messages on both FB and Instagram. I created a simple trigger sequence to deliver a link that sends the to a registration page to access the giveaway. I tested it in MC and it works fine however it is not working from the posts I have put up to promote it. Simply my automations are not working. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a Critical support ticket open since yesterday with no human response.Account: fb2059108 — Instagram @yuly_beilinSince Sept 21, no Instagram events reach my account at all: no DMs in the Inbox,no comment automations, no new contacts. The channel shows as connected.I have already refreshed permissions many times, disabled and re-enabled theInstagram channel, revoked and re-granted all Manychat permissions in Facebook,and reverted the Meta Business Portfolio change that triggered this. Nothing helps.Meta Business Suite also cannot access comments on this account.The webhook subscription needs to be re-established on your side.All 13 of my automations are dead and this is a primary lead source.Please have someone look at the ticket. 

Hi… just signed up for Manychat and getting a little frustrated. I have the automations set up and seem to work but the first problem that I’m running into is that the Trigger is not auto-responding to the Instagram comment.So, when a user comments “story”, I just see their reply.  However, my understanding was that the trigger should have auto-commented an answer to their reply. I have an IG Professional account and also see that Manychat is connected. So, not sure what is going on.

Does this feature work on the Free plan, or does it require Pro?2. Is there any known delay or limitation (account type, follower count, region/EU) for this BETA feature?3. Hi ManyChat Support, I paid $99 for the Business plan and was then charged another $165 when my active contacts crossed 7,500. My automations have now stopped. Please confirm whether the $165 was charged for an upgrade to Advanced or for contact overages. If it was an upgrade, please confirm that my 25,000 active-contact allowance is active and restore my automations. Please also show the prorated credit applied for my unused Business plan. If the charge was for overages, please explain why the automations stopped, whether an overage threshold was reached, and how the charge will be treated if I upgrade to Advanced within this billing cycle. Please share an itemised breakdown of both charges.

I have an automation set up so that when someone comments with a keyword, a link is sent to them, and there should also be a reply to the comment. The links are being sent, but there are no longer replies to the comments. I that been working properly un until now.Edited to add that there is only one post this is not working on. The others are functioning properly, and it initially started out working just fine on this post.
