Ações em Lote nos contatos não iniciam fluxos de automação

Criamos um fluxo integrando via API Hotmart e Manychat onde a automação faz uma verificação se o contato comprador já existe em nossa base de contatos no Manychat. A idéia é: caso ele não exista, o contato é criado e uma tag é adicionada a ele pra startar um fluxo de disparos de boas vindas no Whatsapp. Caso ele já exista na base de contatos do manychat, o contato seria atualizado com a tag, para seguir seu fluxo. O problema se inicia aqui, porque não é possível usar o campo do sistema Whatsapp ID pra verificar se o usuário já existe ou não na plataforma. Fizemos então um campo personalizado chamado Whatsapp ID para armazenar o mesmo valor do campo do sistema WhatsApp ID e buscar o usuário por ele e criamos uma regra para que todo novo contato que entrar em nosso banco já atualize esse campo. Funciona perfeitamente para os novos contatos mas o problema são os 20mil contatos antigos em nossa base.Como alternativa, criamos um fluxo que ao receber uma tag o lead entraria nele e atualizari

Has anyone experienced WhatsApp disconnection on Manychat without any notice?

Hi everyone, has anyone else faced this issue? Due to an unauthorized payment for my Manychat subscription, my WhatsApp stopped working, and I didn't receive any notification. I wasn’t informed about the payment problem, nor was I notified that my WhatsApp had been disconnected. The only email I got was from Stripe, letting me know about the payment issue, but I missed it because it was Sunday. As a result, my WhatsApp was disconnected for four days (from Sunday to Wednesday), and I didn’t receive a single alert from Manychat regarding this. I find this situation really frustrating. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?

Hi! I could really use some help. I have sent up many automations that were only triggered when specific words were chosen. Currently, anyone and everyone who comments on ANY of my posts is getting an auto reply. I can not see anywhere to turn this off! Please help. Thank you!

How can I activate this condition in ManyChat, so that whenever someone wants to message me for the first time in direct messages, the following message is sent to them: "If you haven't followed me yet, you need to follow me first, and after it's confirmed that you have followed, you can communicate with me."

"Skip" Button Not showing Up When User Input Type "Email" is Being Used

“Skip” button, to surpass or skip a user input (I’m specifically setting up an email type - email collection block), does not show up when testing or previewing, or even set live.Why doesn't a “Skip” option or button show up on this “Email” type user input block, especially if I have the “Skip Button Text” set to “No thanks” or “Skip”?

Hi,I have some questions around groups of contacts on IG that have been tagged and segmented. I have a list that of users that have been tagged and segmented on IG and I would like to know: How do I message that group specifically? What options do I have to stay in touch with them? I saw something about Broadcasts but there seems to be no way on my dash to set them up and anything on YouTube seems outdated? hias you know instagram has a Channel for any page to broadcast to your usersso can manychat connect to broadcast so we can also automate the Channel posts or interact with users?

When I program my bot on the manychat app on my phone, for my Instagram account, I want it to send photos to the person it's talking to. When I click on Upload image, nothing happens and I've tried adding the URL of the photo, but that doesn't work either.
