I want to use Manychat for auto-replying to comments, but without sending a DM to the commenters. The auto-reply should be based on a preset reference.

Estou tentando usar a nova automação de "Diga ‘Oi’ para seus novos seguidoresEnvie uma mensagem de boas-vindas única quando alguém começar a te seguir" porém ao tentar usar sou informado que preciso atualizar as permissões, porém ao clicar em atualizar permissões e ser redirecionado para login na Meta simplesmente não consigo e recebo a seguinte mensagem de erro "Você não pode entrar com esta conta do Instagram Tente usar uma conta do Facebook que você sabe que está conectada a esta conta do Instagram."”Já tentei de todas as formas possíveis e é simplesmente impossível atualizar as permissões.Observação, nas configurações está assim, mas não consigo mudar "Atualmente, sua conta está vinculada via Instagram OAuth. Para acessar todas as funcionalidades, conecte-se através do Meta for Business."Preciso de ajuda urgente, alguém consegue ajudar?

A função de mensagem de boas vindas a novos seguidores, não esta funcionando na minha conta ManychatPro. Informa que preciso atualizar minhas permissões para sincronizar com a conexão mais recente. Mas não tem como. Já tentei diversas formas. Quando vou criar uma automação nova, a opção de enviar essa mensagem para novos seguidores não aparece. Li em alguns foruns que o erro pode ser que ainda não tem essa habiltação na minha conta.Então pergunto, é problema nas permissões ou o problema esta ainda no Manychat que nao implementou minha conta para uso desta função?

Hello ManyChat Team, I hope you’re doing well. I recently subscribed to the Pro plan ($15/month), but I noticed that my latest invoice was over $60. I understand that the price may vary based on the number of contacts, but I would like some clarification on how this is calculated. Which contacts are counted in the billing? Is it based on followers, clicks, or the number of automation messages sent? How exactly is the cost determined as contacts increase?  Also, I have another question regarding automations. According to the plan description, automations should work on Facebook and TikTok, in addition to Instagram. However, in my case, the automation only seems to function on Instagram. I want to be able to tag those who’ve been added to Klayvio via ManyChat so I have a running tally of how many leads are coming from ManyChat — stuck on how to do this as I don’t use Klayvio often… any insights?

This feature finally appeared in my account yesterday - as I am sure it did for many people. But I am having trouble connecting to it as it’s asking me to refresh permissions. I have been a MC user for a long time so I am connected the ‘old IG API’ apparently, and this feature needs to run on the new IG API. But when I click to refresh, I get nowhere - just sends me round and round with IG log ins.Pretty sure all my back end set up is correct. Accounts are linked in accounts centre - never had any issues with connection previously. Have been through all the troubleshooting docs - but nothings working. I do have a support ticket in but am keen to resolve asap.If I remove Manychat from Business Integrations - not just toggle off, actually remove - will it keep all my contacts and automations if I manage to reconnect? I can’t think of anything else to try?

I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems. 

How do I make the lead receive a notification when I send a message on instagram?I noticed that many leads leave a comment but don’t read my message — maybe they don’t even get a notification about it. How can I fix this and make sure that people who don’t follow me receive the automated messages in their main Instagram inbox?

Could you please explain why the WhatsApp Templates Flows feature is not yet available for use?

I’ve set up a “comment to DM” automation in Manychat. A follower commented under my post, but I found out the comment has slight difference from the keyword trigger I set, so the comment and DM wasn’t sent to him automatically. I then mortified the keyword in Manychat, since the comment has already been posted under my post, can I re-trigger the automatically, and send back my comment and DM to that follower? Or must I manually send the info to him?

Is there a way with manychat where you can setup an autoDM bot that DMs every new follower on Tiktok?

What have you found works best for filtering out unqualified leads without losing good prospects?

I’m running into a problem with overlapping automations in ManyChat and would love your advice or best practices on how to solve it.Here’s my setup: I have several automations that include Smart Delays (e.g. 1–3 days). Sometimes a user triggers a new automation (for example, via another entry point or keyword) while the previous one is still running. As a result, both automations continue in parallel, which creates chaos — they might receive mixed messages or conflicting content. What I would like to achieve:👉 Whenever a new automation starts, I want all other currently running automations or sequences to stop automatically.Basically, the user should only ever be in one active automation at a time. Questions: Is there any built-in way to automatically stop other running automations when a new one starts? If not, how do you personally handle situations where users might enter multiple long-running automations at once? Would really appreciate your input or example setups 🙏Thanks

When I try to do this feature it asks me to “Update Instagram permissions” when I sign in to my Instagram account I keep getting the same error message (see screenshot). Has anyone found a work around or a way to fix this? I have my Instagram connected to my FB account to and tried logging in through FB as well but still getting this message.
