Currently, when a message fails to send due to Meta delivery issues (like the error: "Meta did not deliver message"), there is no notification or trigger to let us know. These failures happen silently-without alerts, tags, or error events-making it easy to miss leads or conversations that didn't go through.Request:Please add a way to trigger an action or notification when a message fails. This could include: A system event for failed delivery (usable in flows or conditions) An automation trigger for failed messages The ability to apply a tag or send an internal notification Even just logging failed messages to a specific place in real time Why it matters:This is crucial for customer support, lead follow-ups, and reliable automation. Right now, we only catch failures manually by digging through history. A simple failure trigger would make ManyChat flows far more dependable and proactive.
hola, tengo la siguiente dificultad, normalmente no estoy en el computador ni en mi celular, pero estoy atento a que suene por alguna notificacion de algun cliente. pero ahora que he implementado manychat, a pesar de asignarme los chat live, no suena el celular ningun globo de msj nada absolutamente nada. y han pasado dias y no he respondido y perdido clientes por lo mismo. la configuracion de mi celular estan activadas las notificaciones tambien las de la app pero no comprendo porque no suena. alguien que le haya ocurrido lo mismo con un iphone que me oriente
I already have Albato triggering on new Facebook Lead Ads and pushing contacts into MailerLite. Now I need help configuring ManyChat so that: The lead’s name and WhatsApp number (received from Albato) populate custom fields in ManyChat An automated WhatsApp message is sent to that number using those fields What’s the best way to set up: The custom fields or tags in ManyChat to receive Albato data A WhatsApp flow triggered by those updates Any template/message settings to ensure delivery Has anyone done this before? Any step-by-step pointers would be hugely appreciated!
I want to know how to enable my manychat account to send template messages for a 1st contact to another user that uses manychat (vecause messages are not delivering). I ask the customer and now I know that he uses manychat too and does not receive our message. manychat message: your message automations are disabled temporary.

On Manchat.com I selected Instagram channel. Then I connected Facebook and Instagram. Followed Every steps. Provided All the permission. finally I got this embedded popup.after clicking ok. asking me again to connect. I did it may times but this is final thing I’m getting.I tried on Different Browsers, mobile phones and other pc as well. I checked my Instagram profile. and My profile is business profile. Hi everyone,I already have one WhatsApp Business number connected to my Meta ad account and running through the WhatsApp Business App on my phone. I’m now trying to add a second WhatsApp number to handle new-lead automations in ManyChat. When I started the setup, I connected to my Meta account but stopped before completing the process.My questions: Will Meta allow me to register and run two separate WhatsApp Business numbers under the same Business Manager? Could having my existing number already in use on Meta ads prevent me from adding a new number or messing up my Meta ads by changing the number ect? Is there any special verification or provisioning step needed to keep the two numbers completely isolated? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

Intenté conectar mi Instagram, pero cada vez me aparecía una página que decía "solicitud pendiente desde la cuenta" y luego me daba la opción de cambiar de cuenta o regresar. No entiendo por qué no me deja conectarlo. No he recibido ningún correo con una solicitud de acceso ni veo nada en mi cuenta de Instagram.Otra cosa, como esto no funcionó, intenté eliminar mi cuenta, pero en el "Centro de ayuda", las páginas que explicaban cómo hacerlo no tienen la misma interfaz que yo veo.

Hi! I am setting up a sequence however due to it requiring me to create a “flow” for every message I am having troubles on what trigger to choose. I can’t choose “subscribed to sequence” because this causes a double firing in messages. Anyone know how I go about this?
Activé una automatizacion dentro de una publicación orgánica y ha funcionado correctamente. Sin embargo, cuando la he boosteado desde un anuncio, he obtenido +100 comentarios extra con la palabra clave que debería haber activado el disparador, pero en las métricas de manychat no se ve reflejado. No sé si es un error en las métricas de manychat o en la automatización. ¿Alguien sabe qué puede estar pasando?
Hi guys, I’m working on AI agent with Manychat + Make and I noticed that when users responds with a reaction or sticker the content of the last input is the same from the last text message. I wonder if there’s a way to ignore when I receive a reaction or sticker from the user. Is there a way to capture this info? Thanks
