I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue we've encountered within our ManyChat automation.We have a pre-assembled sales funnel sequence set up in ManyChat, which sends a series of text messages and banners to clients after they register on our webinar landing page. Hola,Hoy he recibido este mensaje que pego en imagen abajo.Al parecer Instagram va a bloquearme la cuenta por tener Manychat instalado.Os cuento cómo uso las automatizaciones por si acaso ese es el problema.1.- En mis reels invito a los seguidores a que escriban la palabra X si quieren que les ayude con mis servicios.2.- Sobre cada comentarios con la pala bra X Manychat les responde un “Te he escrito por privado” y les envía un MD automatizado diciendo “Has escrito la palabra X  en uno de mis reels. Dime si quieres ayuda” --- Dos botones Si / No --- Y según lo que pulsen, se va abriendo un arbol de preguntas y posibles respuestas con botones hasta filtrar a mi cliente ideal al cual, ya como paso final, le facilito el link a mi agenda para que reserve una cita conmigo a través de un link externo a YouCanBokMe¿Por qué Instagram no me deja usar estos mensajes automatizados y quiere cerrarme la cuenta? ¿Qué hago mal? 😔

I have a account in Manychat where I connect a page called "Desko". Lets say I invite two of my office colleagues to handle the live chat inquiries. I created account ion manychat using my Personal FB login credentials where my FB account has access to 5 different client pages (one among them is Desko)Now my question is,1) Will my team mates whom I have invited (role: Admin, owner) to Manychat be able to see the incoming messages to the other 4 FB pages associated with my personal FB account (I have not connected those pages to Manychat yet)?2) Can any of my team mates (whose role is Admin/owner) can see any option to connect Manychat with the other 4 FB pages (associated with my personal FB account. But my team mates are not associated with those 4 FB Pages)?3) The "Contact" section in Manychat will only have the people who have interacted with "Desko" alone right? And does not have anyone from the other 4 FB pages. Am I right?Kindly clarify as its very confusing to move ahead.Thanks,

Ok this might be simple… i want to build a massive automation that starts with a keyword, i have worked that out, but i want to ask the user a question like “where are you from” they answer “USA” and because “USA” is the keyword it fires off the next part of the message.from there i can build everything out, i just seem to be stuck with this bit…I would love any help cheers

Hi, I am building my Instagram bot now and I want to keep testing the conversation starters on live.So I go through my personal account to the business account on which I am building, but once I initiated the conversation starters once, I can’t trigger them again. How do I reset the conversation so I can go through the starters again?

Preciso de ajuda, meu perfil do facebook foi excluído e a pagina que conectei o Manychat também foi excluída. Com isso perdi meu acesso a conta do manychat pro, criei uma nova e não consigo conectar meu Instagram e não consigo cancelar a antiga e parar o pagamento. Alguém pode me AJUDAR?

Hi, we want to use ManyChat for IG automations and our CX team uses Gorgias to respond to any live support that pass through the automation. We selected ManyChat as the “Default routing app” in FB Page → settings → New Pages Experience → Conversation routing (see screenshot)We initially thought this is enough, as we were seeing the tickets open in Gorgias, but it seems whenever we try to actually respond to the tickets in Gorgias, we get this error This issue appeared since we selected ManyChat as the default routing app, and we tried reconnecting both platforms, but still the same issue

I'm having a nightmare connecting WhatsApp (not your fault) so I just want to check that my use case is even possible before continuing and to also get an estimate of the potential cost.I would like to set up a service whereby people can send some data (a list of 5-8 data points like weight, length, depth etc) to me via WhatsApp. Then using Zapier I would connect ManyChat with OpenAI to form a response, as a personalised automated response to the users message.Is that possible? Imagine that 1000 people sent a single WhatsApp message and received a single reply, daily, what would the cost be for me? Is there a discount for more scale?Hope this makes sense.Many thanks ManyChat community.

Hi all! There were a few people that made a typo in the automation so they were never entered into the flow--is there a way to get the in the automation sequence without telling them to send the correct keyword?

Just started using Manychat and launched my first ad campaign yesterday. Have a little over 40 Messenger conversations, with most making it to the end of the flow with no issues. But 10% of them have stopped at random places in the flow (not the same spot each time), which leaves the respondent with questions but without a coupon, which is what they clicked the ad for in the first place.Is there a way for me to force the next step for a specific conversation or something? I’d prefer to keep them in the flow instead of me sending the offer manually, as then I won’t have their email & SMS opt ins.

Hello! I just made an account and this is my first entry on this forum. I am thinking of using Manychat on my WhatsApp account. The only thing keeping me from doing this already is that I am not sure if the software will work properly on WhatsApp accounts made via Skype phone numbers, instead of an actual cell phone number. I need to be kinda sure about it because a Skype phone number is really expensive and they do not offer a free trial so I can run tests on it. Could please anyone help me with this? I know that's a very specific question, so I appreciate any help from anyone willing to help me. Thank you so much!

Hello, I am new to Manychat and wanted to say hi and also let you know of some things I have been struggling with. When I watch some of the training videos you can see in the screen where the vido creator can create “New Flows” and I think even with a large template selection. I am not seein this anywhere in my MC. I have the trial that is about to convert to pro in 3 days but cannot seem to get past a few blocks. I noticed in flows in the training videos you can even organzie your flows into folders. This does look similart but not exactly like I see in automations and I do not know if they changed the name from flow to automation or I am missing some things. Either way I am struggling with some basic fundamental startups. 

Hey guys, as it usually happens to me, I’m kind of deep now into Manychat functionalities but I don’t understand one very basic thing. Let’s say I want to mainly run mass Instagram promotions (send to all my subscribers at once).Can I do that to all my followers? Or do they have to be specifically Instagram chat subscribers? If yes, then how do I convert them to subscribers?

I’ve been eager to learn from igsummit.com after purchasing the courses offered there.However, I get malware & riskware warnings from many anti-virus and protection softwares and websites.What is this issue really about? Will it ever be fixed?
