I’ve set up a meta ad. I would like to send some promotional message to my customer outside 24 hours. What is the best way for me to reengage with them and informing all my contacts about our new promotions?Can I invite them to subscribe to our messenger list for promo & updates and send them broadcast related to our new promotion package using this messenger list in the future?Or I can only use marketing message feature to send promotion related mesaage although they have subscribed to our messenger list for promo & updates?Is messenger list function allowed to use for braoadcasting  marketing message to customer outside 24 hours?

Hi! I an running a Sales Objective campaign with a conversion location of my FB page and message destinations of FB and IG. Every ad has it’s own MC automation that tags it and then triggers a follow up automation.  For example, Service A ad 1, Services A ad 2 and Service A ad 3 all have their own flow as an ad entry point and after some tagging for attribution, they all go to the same flow, like General Service A Flow Problem is, General Service A Flow needs to be on both IG and FB. It’s not triggering if someone comes in through IG Hope that makes sense!

Hello, I have a problem. I have connected my meta business site to manychat, but in the message templates on meta, I can't find the message template from manychat. Partners app not appearing. Free version, does it matter?  Sequence: Facebook ad redirects to Messenger, you have three questions to choose from. Depending on which one you click, ManyChat will send the answer.

I have been trying to access the message to new follower Instagram automation and I am having no luck.I have followed instructions including resetting permissions, connecting all pages, but I am still getting this: I’ve already logged in meta business suite and confirmed that MC is connected via business settings. Further if I click connect through IG with the page account and the master account, it says some type of url issue and won’t load the page.Not really sure what to do here.Thanks in advance to the community for

Cuando intenté conectar Instagram para configurar el mensaje de nuevo seguidor, me pide iniciar a meta Business, pero nunca verifica ni inicia. Tomé mi computador y sin querer inicia sesión con Google y se creó un conflicto para verificar la sesión que tengo en la app con Facebook. Me pide verificación del correo socialmedia@encarguelo.com para Facebook pero nunca llega el mensaje de verificación. Ahora no puedo borrar ninguna de las dos cuentas y necesito configurar Manychat para las cuentas de mi empleador. Ayuda. 

Hi,I am trying to subscribe to the Pro plan, which is advertised as starting at $15/month. However, on the checkout page, the total amount shows as $31.70.I currently have 0 contacts in my account, so I should fall into the lowest tier (0-500 contacts). I don't understand why the price has more than doubled.Could you please check my account and let me know why this is happening? I want to make sure I’m not being overcharged before I complete the payment.Thank you.

I have a problem. I deleted ManyChat to access the beta version for sending automatic DMs, however now I have the automations set to Live but none of them are triggering. I NEED HELP :(  

I’ve created simple sequence Follow First created from template. It worked for first 4 comments, then stopped.Commenters are added as ‘Unknown Contact’.I’ve tried duplicating the automation, turning it off and on, refreshing permissions couple of time - to no avail.Last month similar known issue is resolved, that’s why I create this post. There’s ‘Automations Webhooks Missing Issue’ on https://status.manychat.com/ - what’s the expected resolution here? Hi, I want to send a welcome video when someone new follows me. I used to do this manually writing a message and sending the video file directly into their inbox. It would be great to have this automated! But, the setup only seems to allow for sending the link to the video which then opens up in their browser or dropbox. Is there a way to send the video direct into their inbox like when I do it manually?Thank you

Hi! I subscribed to Manychat from 2 accounts, however later  I was charged (although the program for Ukrainians was prolonged till the end of 2026). It is some kind of mistake?

Hi there,  Wondering if anyone can help. I set up an automation after the post had already gone up and users had started commenting the trigger word. There are at least 16 iterations of the users commenting before I set up the automation that do not appear to have triggered the flow to send them a dm. There are 3 iterations where users commented after the automation was active and that has run.  Any ideas why those previous comments did not receive the dm? My understanding is that Manychat should work even if the automation is setup after the user comments? Am I wrong?  Thanks,C

I have been attempting for so many hours (with help from the AI feature and little to no help from the “human” the AI sends my way) to turn on the facebook comment to messenger.The tutorial clearly shows that I need to set the first as a comment reply.I can not get that option no matter what I do.I have started over, I have not clicked any other links or added buttons.The top of my message node only has the 24 - private options.Please help.

Hey! I would like a DM automation where a person comments, I send them their freebie and ALSO send them an audio message, not just one or the other. A person sent this to me the other day and I saw that they were able to do both. Would appreciate any help!
