Hi guys ill be happy to get someone help, I did all the process and after that the dataset not created and i want to try to make new dataset for the CAPI again i cant find the Instagram account. No i went into instagram setting Website & Permission and i saw over there ManyChat Connected i tried to remove it and still is not shown on facebook CAPI process Connect Data > Messaging > Instagram Account > *instagram not shown any more* What should i do i have no idea. Ill very appriciate any help.

Assim que eu entro no Manychat e tento mexer na área de automação para responder os comentários direto no direct, aparece para mim essa mensagem “Parece que a conexão está indisponível”. Eu não sei se isso se deve porque o período grátis já passou ou o que houve de fato, mas não consigo entrar mais (nem quando tento pagar pela versão pro tenho êxito!). When I'm trying to set up my Facebook automations, when choosing to turn on ‘public auto-response in feed’, it gives me this message - “We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature.”   I select the option to “Grant Permission” and then select  “Edit access” to only allow for the ONE Facebook page I have connected … but receive this error message.  Do I have to allow this for all pages (I am the admin for several) when I have only connected the one page? This is the first day of my trail, really hoping someone can help.  Thank you!

Messages are sent to contacta but when trying to open the link it doesnt open. I reviewed the link, opened separately and it works fine. Users are not on instagram desktop.which is the problem? How can I fix it?

Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

Olá, tudo bem? Estou com algumas dúvidas sobre “Enviar evento para a API de Conversões do Meta”, minha ideia é criar um publico personalizado com quem avançou na minha automação, exemplo, fiz o disparo de mensagem do WhatsApp para meus contatos e a pessoa foi para a próxima etapa (interagiu), ela já seria taggeada como um evento ou algo do genero, para eu conseguir fazer um anúncio para ela via publico personalizado no Facebook Ads, isso é possível, como eu faço isso da maneira correta? Atualmente eu estou fazendo assim, porem não sei se realmente está funcionando, ali no caso eu envio a mensagem no whatsapp, a pessoa interagiu (exemplo clicou em um botão) aí ele vai aguardar 1 minuto, vai adicionar no evento de conversão da API do Facebook e depois vai seguir o fluxo de mensagens normal, está correto?  Dentro das fontes de dados do Facebook, eu não sei se essas conversões abaixo, estão vindo dos meus disparos do WhatsApp do Manychat ou das minhas campanhas do Facebook Ads que estão in

I have successfully connected WhatsApp to Manychat, and I can see messages when they are sent however the recipient doesn’t see the messages I sent whether it’s automatic or manual.. do I need to download WhatsApp business and connect my phone?
