Tengo un sheets con dos columnas que muestran la disponibilidad restante de un restaurante (por ej. 40) y cuando busco ese valor con get row value en Sheets no lo esta captando. La conexion parece estar bien pero nose porque ni siquiera trae el valor, alguien sabe que puede estar pasando?Adjunto Imagenes: 

Buenos días comunidad, tengo una duda. Ya tengo configurado Whatsapp con ManyChat (sim nueva y sin problemas), pero quería saber si necesariamente el telefono tiene que estar encendido siempre o ya puedo apagarlo y funcionará todo igual. Un saludo y gracias!

I have gone through the trouble shoot for automations, but its weird; Every other manyChat automation works except for the “reply to story with key word function” I tested the automation with the numerical code, and it works, but the actual phrase doesn’t activate the automation. Any ideas?

There are two buttons available: 'Single' and 'Married.'If the user clicks on 'Single,' can I capture that information directly in Google Sheets as 'Single'?Currently, it seems like I can only capture responses if the user types their answer as text or the regular variables such as phone or email. However, to improve the user experience, I would like them to be able to select an answer by clicking a button, and then I would receive the corresponding information automatically.Is this possible in ManyChat?

Hello I have the issue of the instagram already connected to manychat, but don't appear in the profile or I'm which part I can guide the client to know which email was activated, or how to delete that connection. I have access to the instagram account

Olá Comprei um fluxo de automação, porém eu já verifiquei em outras postagens de dúvidas que após as alterações, seria necessário clicar no botão no canto superior direito "Configurar chat ao vivo".Esse botão não aparece pra mim nesse fluxo, ao invés dele aparece o botão "Editar Automação". Até aí ok, eu faço todos os ajustes que preciso, mas aparece outro botão chamado "Atualização".Quando clico nele, só me manda pra comprar a versão Pró e não sai disso.Eu confesso que já tentei várias formas aqui e nunca sai desse botão.Se crio uma nova automação, ok. Mas se mexo nessa automação específica não aparece nada.Alguém sabe o que pode ser?Obrigado

How can I export all followers by manychat?

When trying to connect my ManyChat to my FB Business Page, it sent an access email to someone who used to manage my page in the past and that company is no longer in business so the person will never receive the email.  I then removed them as a partner who manages my page, but it still says Access Request Sent to the guy’s email.  How can I start over or reset it since I have now removed him and the email granting access can come to my email?

I was using Chatcenter with my whatsapp number, it is a chatbot from a different company, in Spanish. I am now signed in to Manychat, but I am not able to connect the number I had linked with Chatcenter, although this number is unlinked from Chatcenter.The number is a landline, and the only option Manychat is giving me is to send a text message.Did anyone encounter a similar problem?Any suggestions on how to solve it? Thanks in advance,Georges

Olá, Alguém pode me ajudar?  Fiz todo o passo a passo de automação e com resposta de links. Para os sistemas IOS, os links funcionam normalmente de forma clicável. Porém, o público que utiliza Android, não consegue acessar o mesmo link de um usuário de iOS. Para os Android os links são enviados como texto, não clicável. Como faço para corrigir e conseguir que todas as pessoas sem diferenciação de sistemas Android e IOS, consigam acessar os links sem problemas?.

I asked a question about the red notification saying ‘Mark this message as comment reply’ and the thread has been marked as solve, but it isn’t.i was told it wouldn’t show up as a comment but a DM but thats not what the screen is saying. This isn’t message 1, it’s message 2 with a free guide, so i don’t want it to post in the comments, it has to be by DM.Can anyone help?

When we have an automation to send a message to a user, they do not receive the message if it’s their first message engagement with the given account. Is there a workaround to this?

trying to setup where if my bot can't answer the question it transfers to human and if user sends a message requesting human it transfers to human, I saw about fallback flows but struggling to set up on my current built automation as the reply seems to be in settings for the whole account rather than an individual flow

The Manychat guided articles keeps directing me to “Growth Tools” and “Setup”, but these does not exist in my account as well. I am following the instructions but in my account -> Automation -> Website Widgets I don't see the "Setup Your Website" with the JavaScript Snippet.What can be the reason and where can I find this snippet and why all the Help knowledge base of Manychat keeps telling me about “Growth Tools” and “Setup” sections that does not exist in my account? Thanks!

Administro una tienda retail que tiene muchos productos, cada mes se lanzan promociones de diferentes productos normalmente la conversión se realiza mediante mensajes de WhatsApp o IG.  Hace unos dias nos pasamos a Manychat para utilizar la funcionalidad de live chat y asi poder dar una mejor atención a los clientes, pero la persona encargada de las ventas de dice que antes de usar manychat ella podía por que producto estaba preguntado el cliente específicamente debido a que las conversaciones siempre inician por anuncio de mensaje. He estado buscando por todos lados y no logro hacer que manchat diga por cual anuncio inicio el mensaje. ¿Saben si esto se puede hacer y si hay alguna forma de configurarlo?  (Dejo unas imagenes para que vean a lo que me refiero) Al hacer clic en “ Ver anuncio”  Se puede saber por cual producto esta consultando el cliente.  o simplemente con ver la miniatura.

Para darles contexto, tengo una página de comercio electrónico en la que vendo productos, es una pagina desarrollada desde 0, y por ese medio vendo cientos de productos al mes, por lo que me gustaría saber si es posible realizar una integración que consista en que si un usuario realiza una compra en mi sitio web, se cree automaticamente un chat de whatsapp en mi Manychat notificando el pedido de esa persona que podría haber escrito antes, o puede ser totalmente nuevo.Inicialmente me gustaría saber si eso es posible, y si lo fuera, más o menos con qué herramientas del API. Muchas gracias
