Olá, tenho uma automação com Whatsapp business que está configurada certa, tanto no Many Chat, quanto no Meta Business. O cliente envia uma mensagem no Whatsapp com uma palavra de disparo, o fluxo é disparado no Many Chat (eu consigo ver as mensagens automáticas indo no Chat Ao Vivo, mas o cliente não recebe mensagens em seu Whatsapp.Alguma ideia do que pode estar acontecendo? 

Hi! My IG (@dcmoms) has people directed to a link on my website (I have double checked it a lot), but Manychat is sending people the link to my facebook page instead. What am I doing wrong?! I want to connect Facebook Messenger with Manychat, but there seems to be a problem with the connection.If I go to the settings and click on “messenger - connect”, I see the correct page to connect (I also have the necessary permissions), but I cant connect it, I can only send a connection request for the page to another page admin. Why is that?I also tried to reconnect the facebook page with manychat but as soon as I go to the connect-window for facebook messenger, the button says “request send” and “ Your request is pending XXXXXXX`s approval. They can easily access it in their Email inbox or under the account`s Settings → Team Members.”.The request however was never send or received by the account in question, but I cant pull the request back or resend it.

Hi, I am curious if other people are having this error. When I try to assign a tag manually on manychat I get get an error saying “user_id cannot be blank”Adding tags using API still works for some reason.I would like to hear more from you guys

The pricing page says Pro is $15, but when I click “Become pro”, I’m led to my dashboard with only a “Renew subscription” link at the top. When I click that, there is a $25 item in my cart called Marketing Automation with no mention of the Pro plan on the page. So did you change the Pro plan to this new thing and increase the price?

HelloI want to have a work flow like belowWhen user comments→ They get a DM asking to follow if they aren’tfollowing the instagram page→ It only allows to send the link if the user follows→ user follows→ link sent. Like belowIt should look like this.Basically I don’t wanna share link without user following me. Is there a way to do this without Pro subscription? 

Hello, I am getting an error in my Messenger settings: 'No Valid Ad Accounts Shared'.​I have already clicked 'Refresh Permissions' multiple times, but the error persists. I have full control over the Ad account in the same Business Portfolio as my Facebook page 'NVTours - Your Travel Agent'.​Could you please help me fix this so I can create marketing campaigns and send messages on Messenger? I am very new to all this, so please be patient with me. I go live three nights a week and do a project. I have a flow built that connects to my website and a cartlink to the products featured in the live.  I use a keyword trigger to generate a message.  I have a different cartlink every night.  How do I duplicate my flow from night to night where all I have to do is change my keyword and cartlink?  I hope that makes sense.  

Hi.I have an issue with an integration from ManyChat to Kit. Here is the ManyChat automation: cf. screenshots.The part happening in the ManyChat DMs is working, but then my test contact (email) isn't being added to the Kit form and my Kit integration doesn't start.Meanwhile, when I opt-in directly via the Kit form, the automation starts and runs normally.So the issue seems to be in the connection between Manychat and Kit.Any advice?

as per title, i’m getting error “ Login issue "try to connect to a facebook account linked to this instagram" - HELP” see screenshot. What to do? everything seems well connected on my end. what to check?

Manychat users are facing issues with the functionality, but manychat doesnt offer customer care live chat. Can you do something about it ?

Hello,I’m running Facebook Instant Form ads using “Chat with leads from instant form.”In ManyChat, I can only select Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads as the trigger — not both.If I select Facebook Ads as the trigger and choose Send Message via Messenger, will that same flow automatically apply to Instagram ads and open in Instagram DMs when the ad is clicked on Instagram?If not, what is the correct way to set this up using one ad campaign and one flow, since Instant Forms appear to only allow selecting a single flow?Thanks

Estamos com dificuldade para gerar automações para responder comentários em anúncios. Como conseguimos fazer isso? A única opção está sendo responder por ‘’palavra chave’’ que vale tanto para orgânico ou anúncio, mas queremos fazer automação específica para um anúncio por exemplo.

O problema é que, quando meu Social Media entra para conversar manualmente com o lead, o chatbot continua disparando e interrompe o diálogo humano.Existe alguma forma eficiente de “pausar” o bot temporariamente assim que um humano assume a conversa? Ou alguma regra / condição que impeça o bot de disparar se houve uma interação manual recente?Como vocês gerenciam esse conflito?Abs.

He visto que hay gente que dice que ahora si y en algunos paises solamente, estoy en Uruguay. Conozco ManyChat desde los orígenes y hace años no lo uso, al principio solo automatizaba Facebook y se podía cortar la conversación y poner a un humano. No sé ahora con Whatsapp, se integra con IA? 

I want a flow where the post is an offer teaser, and when people comment how much what is the offer etc, they get the offer in their inbox with buttons to order, but the business has a new post with a new offer daily, and i can’t just create a new automation every single day, there must be a better way to do this instead of running 365 automations by the end of the year, please help me :) what can be done to do this smoothly with logic idk p.s. i need all of them to eb running and i can’t do unique trigger words 

Now, practically, what I want from the flow is I want to create a flow that I can then reuse, and that if a person sends a specific keyword that I set up previously, then it will ask him, hey, do you want to download it? where ? do you want it to your inbox or email?Practically, and I want from them their email address. That's the main goal. And no matter how we do it, it sends only the first initial message and then it stops. I used the prerdesigned simple commnt to DM flow and it doesnt work. I tried this for the entire day since morning, probably about 15 hours  - but its not firing away the entrire flow. quisiera saber como se cobran los contactos x el plan de 15$ mensuales para máximo 500 contactos. son 500 nuevos contactos mensuales?  son 500 contactos en total, es decir, se suman los contactos de meses anteriores? y si llego a 500 y solo estoy usando 50 en el siguiente mes, puedo borrarlos para que no me cobre adicional? o no se pueden borrar contactos? para mantener la lista de contactos en menos de 500 

I had 2 organic posts that I was using the comment a word to DM automation. It was working fine. I then went into Meta Ads Manager, made a Traffic Objective Ad optimizing for Instagram profile visits using these two existing posts. Now neither automation for those 2 posts work.Is there a way to resolve this? Thank you.
