Buongiornoè fattibile collegare l’automazione di many chat con google calendario affinché mandi in automatico ai clienti i promemoria degli appuntamenti su whatsapp?Ho provato un’altro sito in cui basta creare l’evento su google calendario inserendo il numero di telefono e tot ore prima manda il promemoria in automatico al cliente su whatsapp; è possibile anche qui? Sto provando a fare dall'automazione i vari messaggi, ma poi non trovo il modo di collegare il tutto con l’account google Grazie

Hey there - I was trying to set up an automation for a Facebook I created asking people to comment a specific word to receive a reply to their comment and message from the page. When I launched it, nothing was working.Am I wrong to think this is possible to do? Does it not like that it originated as a dark ad and not a social post first? Is the way around this posting to the page? Any way to create a dark post just so I can tie the two together?

Hi everyone,I’m noticing something odd with the Instagram "Say hi to new followers" Flow and I’m wondering if this is expected or if it can be improved.Whenever a new follower gets the Welcome Message and clicks the link inside the flow, Instagram shows a long white “redirecting” page with the ManyChat domain before the actual URL opens.This delay feels unnecessary, because normal redirects on the web don’t show a visible intermediate page like this.Is there a reason this Flow forces this visible redirect layer, and can it be disabled or optimized?A direct, clean redirect would dramatically improve the user experience.Thanks!

Hi, My Manychats account keeps coming up with the error ‘to connect to your instagram you must link your facebook’My instagram is linked to my facebook, but for some reason it is not letting me connect many chats to it. It allows me to connect manychats to facebook though – super confusing…I’ve spoken to the Bot, but it is useless. I believe it could be the fact that the last Social Media team has connect to many chats in the past, but never actually used it. So its may be already linked to a manychats account.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Harry

I logged into my business Instagram page just fine via MC and can see all my posts etc, even after refreshing permissions it sees my accounts in Meta, but none of my live automations go through, I’ve tried different DM automations and ‘comment’ ones as well. I’ve tried following step by step looking inside of Meta / Facebook settings but it seems like a lot of the instructions are out dated or I’m having trouble finding the right areas inside of Meta as to how to link ManyChat to the page properly, I think that may be the issue. Any help would be much appreciated here.

Hi, I'm trying to set up automated public replies to Instagram comments (not DMs). My automation triggers correctly (runs are counted), but no replies appear under the posts. I've tested with different accounts, reconnected Instagram, and checked all permissions. Can you help me figure out why public comment replies aren't posting? Everything works perfectly inside the 24-hour window. Result: The module reported status: success, but the message was never delivered to Instagram. I assume it was silently blocked by Meta for a content/tag mismatch. Direct HTTP API Call: I then switched to a direct API call to https://api.manychat.com/fb/sending/sendContent to get more control and see the raw errors. This is where it got strange. My auto DMs have stopped working for all my posts even though it says LIVE on all of them. The new post from yesterday isn’t even showing on my Manychat profile - it’s got over 600 comments already for the recipe but I can't use Manychat since it’s been stuck like this since yesterday. Hi I run Facebook ads and get a bunch of FB messenger leads I have to negotiate with daily l. I can spend 6 -8 hours daily  negotiating.  I would like to automate this? Is this possible to do with manychat?Basically I have a base price I buy items for, eg...itemA $X. Item B $Y etc....but then if there is an issue like a broken light or broken light plus broken glass  for example then the quote needs to be lowered.  Anyway there is always negotiations back and forth so it would be a spectacular if this negotiation process could be automated. I’m trying to setup an Instagram and a FB Ad Trigger that is based on the conditions of following both respective channels. I believe the triggers need to be live before I can connect the Ads Manager to ManyChat, but I keep getting weird setup errors like “You can’t use Next Step for the first message with Facebook Ads trigger” and “Add at least one Quick Reply to the first message to set up Instagram Ads”.I’ve tried troubleshooting these by redoing the flow from scratch, but it’s just not working.
