Hi I want to ask you I am collecting emails from people, I used to set different tags on different leadmagnets, but now I have an issue with the condition that will check if people gave me their email once.  What I wan to do is that I have 6 tags created and I want to add all the contacts from these tags to one core tag, that would be “GAVE EMAIL” then I can setup condition for email checking easily.  Can someone give me advice how to do it ?  Thank you.

En este momento tengo una nueva lista creada pero me gustaría usar mi lista principal para que no tenga que traspasar contactos todo el rato. ¿Hay manera de identificar los contactos que entran por Manychat en Klaviyo? Hay alguna propiedad que se recoja?I am using Manychat to collect emails in Klaviyo. I am using the feature called “Action for Klaviyo” and I have one question: if i connect with my main list how do i know which contacts came via Manychat? Is there a way to identify in Klaviyo the source as manychat? Thank you

Ya revise todo, actualice los permisos, elimine la cuenta completa y volví a crearla. NADA FUNCIONA. 

I work for a big brand and I’m worried about people abusing the comments to DM automation and commenting the prompting word but sneaking in abuse/ rudeness/ comments that don’t align w our image.Is it the case that only comments that contain the prompt word and only that will receive a DM?

However, when I send a DM from another account, it never reaches the ManyChat inbox and doesn’t trigger my simple keyword automation, while everything works fine on Instagram.What I’ve tried so far: Refreshed TikTok permissions multiple times Disabled all automations in TikTok Business Suite Tested DMs from different TikTok accounts Any idea what could be wrong? Hey, I deleted a funnel and the manychat automation linked to it. I have new automations using the same trigger word GUIDE, someone just commented on an old post, and the word GUIDE triggered the old deleted message, but then obviously the link to them to a deleted page. How can they receive a message that has been deleted? And how do i get the trigger word to only send the new guide?

We have been using Manychat with Instagram for a few months now to send links via DM after users comment on posts/reels/stories.All automations have suddenly stopped working.I've seen other people on the Manychat forums with the same issue, but no solutions!I've tried all troubleshooting recommendations on their documentation pages and internal help tool, to no avail.Anyone ever solved this issue here? Any tips?We are at our wits' end and losing leads despite being paying customers! Also no response from support on our ticket yet...

OLD ACCOUNT MANYCHAT: I've reached my limit of on my free plan. Can't use contacts because of 24h rulesCan't add more than 1k, unless I pay a plan I don't need on this account... What if I delete contacts? Do I have other new 1k contacts "space" available? Thanks

My Manychat is connected to WhatsApp api number, and Facebook, but when I am running the engagement app, the destination to message. Yet unable to connect partner app. It is showing the JSON method, which is not available in Manychat.

Criei um campo personalizado do tipo texto (Subscriber ID) e uma regra, tendo como gatilho a inclusão de uma tag (Cadastrar ID Usuário) e com a ação de preencher o campo personalizado com o ID do usuário.Quando aplico a tag individualmente, a regra funciona. No entanto, quando seleciono todos os contatos e tento um ação em lote, apesar da tag ser adicionada aos usuários, os campos personalizados não são preenchidos.Alguém saberia informar o motivo? Haveria outra forma de fazer isso?

Hola comunidad!!Reciente hice la conexión de Whatsapp business app a Manychat, escanee el QR de la app en mi navegador y funciona perfectamente.Ahora cuando se intenta escanear el código desde otra PC da error y no se conecta (Pc para dar ssoporte)Alguien sabe cuantas sesiones de WhatsApp puedo tener abiertas cuando está conectado a Manychat, o simplemente debo usar la aplicación de Manychat con diferentes puestos para que diferentes personas intervengan en el chat.Saludos!

I’d like to manually add an email system field to a contact and I cannot find a place to do it. Support articles say this can be done in contacts by clicking on the user, but I’m not seeing the option to add system fields at all. I can add custom fields, but the automation I’m trying to trigger requires the email system field to be filled out. Here’s a screenshot to show you what I see in the contact with nowhere to edit the system fields or add one for email.  Thank you!
